Uhlenköper-Camp Uelzen

The sanitary building was great. It looked beautiful and was very clean. But most of all it was fun and creative - you can choose what toilet you take (high tech, connected to another toilet, ...) or what kind shower you like. And also there is a very nice marble track for the children. Love it!

The yurt when stayed in was on a very beautiful location! The yurt itself looked a bit old and dirty though, because it was situated under the trees.

Familiendusche war sehr gut! Und die Kinder beim Wartezeit mit Murmeln Bahn war sehr entspannt.

Jurte muss renoviert sein, vor allem die Stoffe des Zeltes war überall Schimmelich und zu feucht. Wir waren mit Kinder zwei Nächte dort, das war leider Grenzwert.

The new reception/restaurant/bathing/washing building (with hotel rooms on the first floor), is very modern and clean. There is always somebody at reception to help you. The canoe tour is very nice and one of the best we have done so far.

Not really the camping but the accessibility to highways is not that close, so if you want to visit for example Hamburg or Hannover, it's a bit of a longer drive than you might expect. But in return you get great nature and surroundings.

Everything! Great care for the stayers.

A bit pricey

It was a one night stop at Uhlenköper camp. If i had known that it was such a great campspot i would have stay for at less 2 nights.

Fantastically wonderful place

If there is cooking facility, very nice.

Nice pitches. Marvelous sanitary. FIne pool.

The pitches near the end of the camping are spacious and have a nice view of the woods.

The toilets and showers really need renovating. There are not enough showers and toilets (especially for the women, since 1 of 2 showers was broken) and there was mould and hairs in the shower (it was not clean). The floor tiles and shower curtain do not help in keeping it clean.

A very nice green, cool campsite under the trees, this was specifically nice because it was very hot weather during our stay. Nice atmosphere, cool murmel-bahn, beautiful pool. And super comfortable, spacious toilets and showers, with funny high tech ones.

The natural pool floor was extremely slippery and the children bath with pebbles. Getting around in the pool with small children was difficult. Wearing swim shoes is therefore recommended.

Very nice campsite. We enjoyed taking a walk there. The pigs were great for the kids. The service building was great!

The pool is quite small, and the slide is not good unless you buy a plastic ring to slide on. Also the playground is was too small, and not very fun or engaging for the kids.
