I am afraid from before the moment of arrival I was disappointed by every aspect of this stay. There is nothing I could say that I liked about the stay. It was possibly one of the largest sites that I have stayed at and one of the most unhygienic sites that I have stayed at. I guess that there were at least 400 people on the site and had probably 6 showers and 6 toilets in the male side. I guess the ladies had similar. I am trying to picture it but again I guess there were a similar number of sinks. Every time I visited there were one or two toilets out of commission.
As you had to pay for showers at one euro for two minutes (the most expensive showers I have come across in my travels) there should be funds available for a permanent cleaner in the toilet/shower block but it was always dirty, the floor muddy from people's shoes and a wet floor, toilet paper was always on the floor. Many times the toilets had run out of paper, and it took hours to replace. Toilets were blocked by kids stuffing paper in the toilets and not flushing. The sinks were dirty. In the men's one of the sinks taps was jammed on and running.i reported this to staff but ignored for 24 hr
Nothing, two days before arriving we were sent an email with our plut number and were advised that we would receive another email with a gate code. That email never came, so when we arrived we could not access the site. The reception office is 300 MTRS from the gate! The site roads we too narrow with cars parked half on and half of the road. We we had to ask people to move their cars so that we could access our pitch. staff were buzzing around in their golf carts and did not help. I had requested a pitch suitable for a 7 mtr RV with 3 mtr trailer.. I got one an exact 7mtr deep and 10 mtr wide
Pretty much everything....site access, pitch access, hygiene standards, shower block, reception location, open sewer type chemical toilet dump with no flush and fabric covered hoze pipe that was dripping with wet from flushing out cassettes..WEAR GLOVES!. Super expensive showers and expensive laundry facilities. No control of the number of teenaged hanging around the shower block in the evening. One evening for no discernable reason my power tripped. I walked to the reception to try and get it reset just as they were closing at 8pm. The staff were there chatting, but insisted I had to ring in.

Great trees, close to nature and very close to the centre. Easy to access site. Beautiful park nearby. Tennis courts close.
Quite noisy, airport and train noise tolerable, but noticeable for some. Street racing at night very annoying. Broken glass on ride to local shops.

I was in contact via email to reception on a couple of occasions and they were very helpful. They were able to change the dates of my stay with no issues.
Update information that is sent out to reflect the agreed time to enter the campsite. Also mention there are two entrances to campsite as we arrived at the incorrect one 1st.
Grass was a little long but all in all the pitch was great and allowed us to park the Motorhome that was best for us. (The fridge vents out of the midday sun)
There are a few statics by the lake that could do with a spruce up of the gardens it looks quite messy and does not show a good reflection on the site.

Good sized pitches, bathrooms always clean and tidy.
Lady in the bar area where touring pitches are needs to have better customer service when speaking to clients. Didn't like you using their toilets even though you are staying on the site. Would have spent some money in the bar but her poor attitude meant we spent nothing.

All in all it was good, that said groups of teenagers hanging around the toilets and showers male and female who are constantly charging their phones and generally getting in the way and being a nuisance while trying to use toilets and shower was happening all day everyday and would be the main reason I won’t return
Deal with groups of kids loitering in the bathrooms smoking and being a nuisance
I camped in my own camper the electricity connection was loose and exposed

There are very few campsites open in Belgium all year round and this is one of them. I enjoyed staying again because of the excellent facilities and its proximity to places that I like to visit.

We had a lovey 3 night stay. Camping pirch was large. We loved the beach area. We would return.

Very good flat pitch plenty of space €40 per night top end but fine as good location to get into Brugge. The surroundings are good and going to explore the beach and lake today . Nice cafe bar too and great for the dogs and if we had children it would be excellent .
The shower block needs renovation I was disappointed thinking it would be ultra modern . Plus only 4 showers in use for a huge camp site No where to put your shampoo etc and the showers were hot and you could not alter the temperature . A little road noise too due to location but didn’t spoil it for us .
Yes good to have water on pitch . Spacious and not over looked .

Very clean facilities and nice clean, well maintained pitches. Small problem when WiFi went down which made codes for toilets and showers stop working, however a quick call and immediately responding and temporarily fixed the problem. Very efficient and friendly staff.
More to do for children in off season. Keep a few things running

Being glared at by every passers-by, drunks falling about the main road, cars speeding up the site road at all hours. Avoid..

Proximity to the town and shops. Close to bus stops for trips into Brugge. Nice amenities although we did not use any of the beach stuff which looked good. Some road noise from the motorway but not onerous.

Reception not opening until 16:00 when the website says 15:00 which made a long day even longer.

The site was great, staff super friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were immaculate. My only concern was at the speed of which some of the people living in the statics were driving around the site. The sign on entry clearly states 10km. I witnessed speeds of at least 3 times that.
Put signage up stating that anybody found speeding above the 10km per hour will be warned and if they continue to speed they will be asked to leave the site.

De ligging nabij diverse leuke plekken is uitstekend.
Relatief weinig groen op het park. Nabijgelegen snelweg geeft afhankelijk van de windrichting geluidsoverlast. Toilet- en doucheruimte is relatief klein bemeten ook qua aantal toiletten en douches. Schoonmaak is goed maar de gebruikers zijn net varkens. Na een kwartier is het weer een zwijnenstal.
Ruime kampeerplaats met goed werkende stroompaal.
De watervoorziening is goed echter je moet de jerrycans op een hoogte vullen. Dat is naarmate de jerrycan voller wordt lastig. zou de koppeling van een korte slang tot de mogelijkheden behoren?
