It was fine for a two day stop over due to very poor weather/ driving conditions. But would not return. Staff sorted a ‘lift’ across the flooded entrance- this was appreciated.
Toilets just about acceptable. Site has too many pitches for the space and therefore everything was very tight. As we were leaving noticed that the site was an ACSI. Staff did not ask if I was member which I am- therefore missed out on any discount.
Site was hard standing and reasonable flat.
When we arrived there was excrement on the site which unknowingly I stood on and brought into the van. Absolutely disgusting.Brought this to the attention of the staff ( more for the next person using the pitch) and they told me they would be there in 30 minutes to clear it away. No one ever appeared and it was still there when we left.

Nice site in a good location across the beach front with a lovely long promenade. Services were good and clean. Some pitches a bit tight for bigger motorhomes. Bar/restaurant good. No shop though apart from buying bread. Enjoyed the Pilates
Improve the shop as it’s a fair walk to the Coviran for even basic supplies
Plot was clean but quite a few trees and shrubs which made manoeuvres difficult

We stayed 2 nights . . Facility block ok but were treated poorly . . Was told that we couldnt take our dog into the restaurant during a really bad storm but later that evening a group of long stay Germans were allowed in with their dogs . . Also states dogs on lead at all time . . Long stayers have numerous dogs off lead and we found dog and cat excrement all over our pitch and had to clean up before setting up . . Would not go back

We especially loved the location and how close to the beach it is! The sites lovely and clean, and all the staff were very friendly.

Some pitches towards beach end a bit tight for larger (7.5m) motorhomes
Position ok near not to noisy road. Plenty of toilet facilities with paper and soap gratis, unlike many other sites around.
Long distances for electric and water, had to borrow extension lead from reception €30 refundable deposit, couldn’t reach water supply with hose so manual to-ing and fro-ing.

Very narrow access to site and roads adjacent to pitches - I’d avoid this site in a Motorohome that is >6m
YL pitch was OK but getting onto and off it required significant manoeuvring and great care
Site and the area immediately around it was a bit soleless (mid-Octover?) - is certainly not cheap!

We liked the location and the facilities. The shower and toilet blocks although dated are always very clean. The pool is an added bonus. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Hand dryers in the toilet and wash area rather than tissue paper. More than one washing machine per block would be useful especially when the site is busy.
Pitch was good and fresh water was available at the entrance to the site and also close by the pitch.
Entry into the pitches is tight and takes some manoeuvring.

The area is lovely, nice walks and cycling around the area, nice clean camp site with all the amenities you could need.

Just needs some TLC to brighten up the whole site as it’s looking a little run down. Would have been good if pool was open

I pre booked and had email To confirm booking. No mention of pool, restaurant and bar closed! Electric kept tripping! Also only one toilet block open.

Great area for dog walking Staff very helpful Super facilities and the Chiringuitos were great too eat at Good distance to Grandads and The Alhambra and Motril and nice little town. Salobrena a pleasant white village
Dogs barking at house next door at night ! The restaurant and bar was closed for 2 weeks when we arrived. As the weather was good could have opened the swimming pool early

Only one of the two ablutions open. Pool closed. Limited potable and grey water points. Looking a bit tired, albeit there was some gardening taking place, it could do with a good weeding / tidy.

The campsite is just next to the beach and has all the facilities you need, including restaurant. It was clean and well maintained.
The pitch was good, coveted in stones. It was a bit hard to dog the poles, stone poles are better for the job.

Pity the beach was being renovated and excavated; it made walking difficult & we would have stayed longer if it had been ok.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Location good across from the beach and east cycle ride into Motril town.
Electric kept tripping so we weren’t really able to use it. Pitches are tight for an 8 metre van, but nice and tidy.
