The location was amazing, not too busy, lovely family team who care about your experience with them. Nice activities for the kids and the surrounding area is incredible.
Maybe another pool as it can get quite crowded

Pitches were large and heavily shaded, which ment we were cool and comfortable: very important in August! Staff were very helpful and considerate. All of our family agree that we would love to return again and have the very same pitches!!
Restaurant food was average....preferred cooking on our site. Good grocery stores about 10-15 minutes away.
Great trees and cover. The different levels worked out excellently: plenty of space.
Water tap could be a bit more frequent, but not a big problem....we all need more exercise!

The location is idea, the lodges are spotlessly clean and well maintained, staff are always friendly and helpful and the setting in the forest is idyllic.
Not to build too many more too close , the privacy and seclusion is a real factor for us.
We love this XL wood lodge. Our children love sleeping in the upper bunk area. We have everything that we needed for our stay.

We loved the natural surroundings and space at the campsite and spotting flowers and butterflies. The pool was great and send lots of time in the water. We also enjoyed the games in the barn, particularly table tennis and pool. The bar was great, plenty of choice of things to eat and drink. Our daughter loved having a daily crepe and the pasta dishes. The bread and pastry delivery in the mornings was very convenient. Everyone working at the campsite was really friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was great fun and lots of different things to get involved with.
It was all great. A couple more Sun loungers around the pool would be helpful at busy times.
The woodlodge was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked quite a bit. The bedrooms were a great size with very comfy beds. Having a bathroom to ourselves was really convenient and it was also a great size. The outside space was really lovely and we used the deck and the grassed area.
It was all great.

Very quiet, peaceful, pretty campsite with spacious pitches. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There's plenty to amuse small children and the area is excellent for walks

Rien nous ne sommes pas restées et avons était obligées de changer de camping pour éviter que ma fille n’attrape une insolation. Une honte.
Nous avons reçu un très mauvais accueil au camping La Serre, il faisait 40 degrés le jour de notre arrivée avec ma fille de 3 ans et demi. Nous sommes arrivées à l’heure indiquée sur notre réservation (14h) mais avons découvert que la réception n’ouvrait qu’à 15h. Nous avons donc dû payer une consommation au bar du camping, on ne nous a même pas proposé ni offert un rafraîchissement pour compenser l’erreur. Ensuite, nous nous sommes vues proposer un emplacement pour camping car en plein soleil sous prétexte que nous avions réservé tard. Je suis outrée par le comportement de la réceptionniste.

L’emplacement proposé n’était pas fidèle à la description du site internet, nous n’avions ni ombre, ni intimité, ni espace.

Les emplacements spacieux et ombragés. On a vécu une semaine au milieu des arbres, fort appréciable lors de grandes chaleurs.
Grande literie en bon état. Electroménager neuf. Grande terrasse. Le calme ambiant.

Communicatie moet beter, snelheid in het restaurant is veel te laag, hele lelijke standplaats voor onze tent
Wij hebben niks van het COMFORT pakket gemerkt.
We verbleven met onze tent. We hebben een Comfort plek gereserveerd en keken erg uit naar ons verblijf. We vonden het daarom heel erg teleurstellend dat we op het camping-car veld werden geplaatst. Dat was niet waar de reviews en website mee adverteerde en ook niet wat we gereserveerd hebben. We hebben niks meegekregen van de mooie natuur op de camping en stonden met onze tent op een droog en dor veld, op een kleine plek, tussen de campers. We hebben dit geprobeerd te bespreken, maar ons Frans is helaas niet goed genoeg en jullie Engels ook niet en communicatie was daardoor moeilijk.

We zijn blij te horen dat u de groene omgeving van de camping, de ruimte en de netheid van onze sanitaire voorzieningen heeft gewaardeerd. Het spijt ons zeer dat uw staanplaats niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed en dat u niet volledig heeft kunnen genieten van het gereserveerde Comfort-pakket. We begrijpen uw teleurstelling, zeker wanneer de staanplaats niet overeenkwam met de indruk die onze website en beoordelingen gaven. De communicatie met onze gasten, met name in vreemde talen, en de snelheid van de service in het restaurant zullen bijzondere aandacht krijgen. emplacements bien espacés ; au calme ; Emilie est au petit soin pour vous ; j'adore ce lieu découvert en juillet ! Cabane sur pilotis à faire !! La chocolatine apportée pour le petit déjeuner pour bien commencer la journée !
petit mot sur le manque de civilité des gens qui s'appropprient les transats en laissant leur serviette dessus toute la journée ! C'est pas la cool attitude du lieu !

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour en famille et je tiens a remercier Sylvain et tout le staff pour tout leur travail, autant l'accueil, que l'entrtien, le service, les activités, les sourires, les emplacements, les locaux,... Un énorme merci à vous tous pour nous avoir permis de se retrouver dans la bonne humeur et dans un cadre merveilleux.
rRen a redire du tout, ca n'aurait pas pu etre mieux.
UN emplacement tres ombragé, plat et comfortable et proche des sanitaires. on ne voit pas ni n'entend pas les voisins tellement les arbres entres les emaplcements sont denses.
