Very friendly and a relaxing campsite

Back to our perfect place for our annual Le Port de Limeuil fix. What’s not to like?! Great pitches, excellent facilities, amazing food and of course the fantastic team. Don’t change a thing!!!

Well run camp in a beautiful setting. very helpful staff . Good bar with a lively atmosphere. Lots of space between camps so you don’t feel crowded

My favourite campsite ever! Small enough to be personal but large enough to have a fantastic pool, shop, restaurant and the most fun stretch of river we could imagine. We really felt at home here.

We have stayed at Camping Le Port de Limeuil many times. The campsite is very well managed. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. The gardens are kept tidy and cared for with plants with beautiful colours and a selection of mature trees offering shade. The camp site is family run with an eye for detail, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The area is outstanding and the river is mesmerizing Long may it last

We arrived and were promptly shown to our site. The entire site was beautiful with excellent facilities. With the river, the pool, basketball court and much more, the kids were in their element. The site was filled with families and felt very safe. Quiet at a respectable in the mornings and evenings. Throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Truly, a wonderful stay.

Beautiful spot on the river, an absolute joy to be able to access this whenever. Great vibe on the site always. Great food in the restaurant, lovely pools, helpful staff, clean facilities. Just such welcoming place and we felt very at home there!
A few more sunbeds at the pool maybe?

Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Es gibt viel zu entdecken und man kann mit dem Rad oder Kanu die nähere Umgebing erkunden. Der Fluss war das Highlight für die Kids.

Pitches and facilities are excellent, well laid out and maintained to a high standard. Staff are friendly and helpful, being well led by family owners who are rightly proud of their business. The busy restaurant and small shop are lovely, providing a nice menu, daily baked fresh bread and a good range of groceries. The riverside location offers amazing views and excellent swimming. The stunning medieval villages nearby are home to some outstanding restaurants.
In high season the pool can be somewhat crowded, including a handful of boisterous young people whose enthusiastic behaviour can be slightly overbearing.
We very much enjoyed a karge and well shaded pitch in a quiet area of the site. It could not be more perfect.
Difficult to think of any ways to improve a sublime experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely site. The location beside the river was great as so much of our time was spent lazing on the river. The facilities were excellent and continually clean. The reception, shop and bar had everything you needed for your stay. Having fresh bread and croissants every morning was an added bonus. The food at the restaurant was excellent and we ate there on a regular basis. The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Regular activities for both adults and children kept everyone entertained. A great stay. Thank you to the owners.

It is the most beautiful camp site and surrounding areas with private access to the river
A bigger playground for children
Perfect accommodation with lovely shading trees keeping the area cool in very hot weather
The attached dog pen area was not turfed and just dirt covered with dg dog holes so we couldnt use it as outdoor space

Once again we loved everything! The accommodation was fabulous, the site beautifully clean and the staff lovely.
Possibly give the tiles around the pools a little tlc
I think we have found our perfect plot! Mainly in the shade with a little sun for drying washing and on a quiet road. The bedroom set up is great and every kitchen appliance that you could ever need.
The accommodation was once again amazing but adding bug screens to the windows like some of the other mobile homes would have been a real asset so that windows could have been opened without the worry of being eaten alive!

We stayed in Gite Gabriel which is a beautiful gite just up the rd from the campsite, peaceful and very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped for self catering and in beautiful surroundings

WE HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED EXTREMELY WELL. THE CAMPSITE IS ALWAYS WELL MAINTANED AND THE CAMP RESTAURANT IS VERY CONVENIENT.
LEAVE IT AS IT IS NOW. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EXPAND OR MODERISE.
