Review of the campsite :

The park is so well managed. From the reception area all through the park it is clean, safe & there are always friendly staff on hand to help.

The blankets on the beds are awful. Did not lead to a good night sleep.

Accommodation review : Cottage 3 Signature (3 bedrooms, 40 m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

Very clean, great facilities & spacious for what it was. The outdoor area was lovely, loved all the trees.

Again the blankets on the beds were terrible. None of them fit my duvet covers either on the single or double beds.

Review of the campsite :

The Pools were amazing. I also liked the idea of no sunbeds. There was lots to do and the children were never bored.

It was far too busy. Boarding on dangerous when walking to and from the caravan with the amount of bikes, scooters and cars. Its a shame as its such a good complex. I appreciate it was August but we have been to other campsites in France and it has never been as busy and crowded as this. The food and supermaket was also quite expensive

Accommodation review : Sirène 3 Confort (3 bedrooms, 37 m²) terrace, airconditioning, TV

It was perfect for what we needed

Review of the campsite :

As above. However, a big down side for our trip was our 6 year old girl crashing on her scooter with a maintenance guy on his golf buggy on our very last morning. We were staying in pedestrian area and this was very disappointing. She cut her leg and arm and was upset for a number of hours.

Maintenance people on buggy’s should not be crashing into kids.

Accommodation review : Lodge 2 Prestige,Pedestrian district (2 bedrooms, 35 m², 1 bathroom) terrasse, airconditioning, TV

AC is great.

Bedrooms just need a little more walking space. No oven.

Review of the campsite :

the activites on offer and the app was great and made booking easy, the quality of the shows and entertainment, the hippo pool, the cleanliness of the site

the cabins need to be cleaned better; the e-scooters were far too fast on the campsite, a walking path along the main road in and out would be better for children

Accommodation review : Lodge 2 Prestige,Pedestrian district (2 bedrooms, 35 m², 1 bathroom) terrasse, airconditioning, TV

air conditining, good beds and good bathrooms, kitchen was a good size and well stocked.

the outside area was cramped and not very pleasant to sit in

Review of the campsite :

Had a lovely time in La Sirene. Accommodation was good, grounds lovely and the pool and activities were great!

A small swap area for books / click clac chairs / pool toys etc would be a major advantage. Have seen them in other local campsites and thought they were standard. Heard a few people comment they expected one but couldn't find one.

Accommodation review : Cottage 2 Signature (2 bedrooms, 40 m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

Spacious and comfortable.

The pillows were uncomfortable and no additional cushions in the lounge.

Review of the campsite :

Stayed in prestige lodge with husband, 3 teenage kids and 2 small dogs. Picked the largest possible and most expensive accommodation but felt very cramped inside. Site felt busy and overcrowded and hit with extra charges I would expect to be included in a. 5 star site like post stay cleaning and WiFi

Free WiFi as advertised for all staying not just 2 people. End of stay clean included in costs of 1 week plus Reduce crowding, I’m Not sure how this can be done without reducing the number of people onsite unless you have space to build another pool and hang out area/ restaurant. Ban e bikes and scooters on site, it is a small site which is quick to get around and these are travelling way above the speed limit. Astro football pitch More gym time availability

Accommodation review : Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

Lovely terrance and outdoor barbecue Bed rooms very small and unable to get round the end without walking my husband who when asleep his feet touched the wall at the end of the bed. Twin room way too small for two teenage boys for two weeks. Had a cleaning fee removed from my deposits despite not being informed of this at check in. Accommodation wasn’t perfectly clean on arrival either with a bath room shelf left dusty with some hairbands left behind

Having to pay for WiFi when advertised as free Being his with a post stay cleaning bill without being informed Overcrowded in communinal areas making things unrelaxing

Review of the campsite :

A great site with excellent activities for all ages.

More variety in restaurants/food options. Disappointed to see steak had been removed from Sirène Beach menu.

Accommodation review : Sirène 3 (3 bedrooms, 32m²) terrace, air-conditioned

Liked that it wasn’t fully covered over decking as we like the sun.

Prefer a raised decking. Bedside lights. More storage. Only one plug socket in a twin room.

Review of the campsite :

Everything about this camp site is just amazing. We use to bring our children here over the years now it’s time for our grandchildren to experience it and I wasn’t going to miss out. The accommodation is fabulous well equipped, comfortable, clean. The site is very well maintained with lots of plants. The facilities are fabulous so a car is not needed. The shows are amazing for all ages. And finally the pool what can I say WOW such an incredible improvement. The grandchildren loved every minute and did not want to come home. We will be definitely visiting again.

Accommodation review : Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

Cannot say enough about this accommodation. We hired two lodges and they were next to each other which we requested. Large plot with plenty of outdoor space and lots of furniture and sun loungers. Outdoor kitchen area. Inside was clean and well equipped. The two bathrooms were welcomed.

Only down side was space around the double bed very tight.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Accommodation review : Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

Fantastic accommodation, air conditioning was vital in the heat and made it easy to sleep.

Bedrooms slightly small but not really a problem as this accommodation has two bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.

Review of the campsite :

Our second year at La Sirène with our children, aged two and five, and once again it completely lived up to expectations. We absolutely love this place! There is so much to do for all ages, from young children to adults. The improvements this year, particularly around the pool area, have made an already brilliant resort even better. Our mobile home was superb, the site was beautifully maintained and the staff were excellent throughout – friendly, helpful and great customer service. We’ll definitely return!

Three areas could improve. Kids' clubs, activities and shows are almost entirely in French. We appreciate we're in France, but with so many international families, more English would help younger children engage. Our five-year-old struggled to participate. Evening shows starting at 9pm are also quite late for young families; 8:30pm would be ideal. Our biggest concern was electric scooters, often ridden at speed by young children. Our daughter was nearly hit after a show, so we feel their use and speed should be better monitored.

Accommodation review : Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

Our mobile home was superb, the site was beautifully maintained and the staff were excellent throughout

The only minor downside was some bugs in the mobile home, although we appreciate this is somewhat to be expected in this type of setting. We’ll definitely return!

Accommodation quality and choice of activities. Loved the new pool areas.

Limiting the Pilates to twice per week is disappointing. The communal toilet areas generally needed attention and were lacking in soap.

Review of the campsite :

We all enjoyed the amazing array of pools, something for everyone. The restaurant food was excellent, as was the bakery and the supermarket. The staff were very friendly and helpful, some of whom went over and above to assist us. The site itself is absolutely beautiful with the trees and plants everywhere, which were very well kept by excellent gardeners and site staff. The parc was fabulous. We feel that in many ways, the site is perfection.

Some of the younger staff members could be more pleasant. The chicken burger at the takeaway was just two chicken dippers on a bun, which was not worth the money paid.

Accommodation review : Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

A functional, smart and aesthetically pleasing design, which was set in stunning landscape. The privacy is incredible even though the homes are quite close together. It felt like pure luxury. The beds are comfortable. The decking area is large and family friendly. It seems like the designers thought of everything.

Review of the campsite :

The tidyness, the no sun bed, the no food at pools, the app for activity, the activities and bakery and supermarked and deli and shows, the area and mobilhomes are just amazing. Compared to other 4/5 star camp sites, this is outstanding. Thank you for the nice trees/plants and how week it is kept. The picky lifeguards and friendly staff! How can I ever pick another camp site?

Clean toilets - especially at the pool. Days without soap and paper and no focus on “please use the toilets, and please shower before entering the pool area” this is missing. The toilets are really not nice. They never have been in a pool area- but it would definately encourage people to use them in stead of peeing in the pools if you didn’t feel you were sitting on urine at the toilet seat of stepping in a pool of pee and old paper on the floor.

Accommodation review : Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

Just fantastic- great with the outdoor room And privacy and shadow. Absolutely love it

Nothing bad to say

Review of the campsite :

The expanded pool complex was great. Staff were really helpful. On-site grocery shop and boulangerie are brilliant.

Traffic management in the camp with limited space shared by cars, padestrians, bicycles, and e-scooters is a nightmare. A one-way system and some separation between cars and everyone else would improve safety.

Accommodation review : Sirène 3 (3 bedrooms, 32m²) terrace, air-conditioned

Accommodation and the plot were both better than last year.

Very minor complaint: pillows could have been better.

Review of the campsite :

i want you to know that La Sirene is a fabulous place but our first night left a sour taste in our mouth. We complained but nobody said sorry or offered any explanation. We arrived late because our flight was diverted and we email the La Sirene to let them know. They explained what we were suppose to do. We received a key and a map from a security member and we left our passport. We proceeded to our accommodation and then straight back to the restaurant. When we finished our food we want to take out families back to get an early night and we were stopped by security. Continued below.

Security would not let us pass as we had no wrist bands. We explained our situation but it did not help. We were there for a considerable amount of time and eventually we found an email to prove that we were staying there. This was very stressful on my family.

Accommodation review : Cottage 2 Signature (2 bedrooms, 40 m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV

The unit was exactly as was advertised and we were happy with everything except the issues below.

We had what looked like vermin droppings in our accommodation. I took photos and we cleaned this but they would appear over night. We showed the man who we handed the unit back too.

Great prestige lodges and gardens, good food and drink options, mostly good service, great lifeguards, excellent activities and range, great new pools and slides!

Some staff need more training, more staff needed at peak hours, toilets need to be cleaned more often and soap provided, “cleaning option” needs to expand into a full clean. Better if no cars allowed on site,
