Accomodation much higher standard than our previous 2 years staying through Eurocamp. Lot of activities and evening shows. New pool area improvements are great. Lots of lifeguards visible.
. Additional activities for under 6 years would be a bonus. Alot of activities are 6 years or more .
Very spacious. Good site on map. Had one issue with hot water pump not working even though there was gas. It was resolved within 15minutes of notifying.
Additional child safety locks on mobile home doors. Turn locks are low down and kids can easily open them themselves. A higher additional child lock would add extra security to homes for families with young kids who like to get out to explore. AC capped at 23 degrees, cannot be adjusted by remote to lower than this. Very difficult to keep baby cool at such high temperature.

We booked the holiday as 3 x families of four, all with teenagers. We looked for somewhere in the sun, where the children were safely independent and could enjoy a pool/activities. This location ticked all those boxes. There was loads of activities, most included or very reasonable extras. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. In our location, everyone seemed to obey the ‘be quiet rule’ between midnight and 7am. The supermarket and bakery were very handy and stocked good food and drinks.
We had children aged 15 and 12 and there were very few activities that we could book them on together, it was either 12 or under, 13+ or adults only. This meant we couldn’t book lots of activities altogether. It was great that mini golf was free, but the course could do with some investment.
The accommodation in general was fantastic. Built to a high standard, great air con and amenities. The veranda/balcony area was superb, really spacious, well laid out and the outdoor dining was great.
The beds/bedding. The accommodation was great but the main bedroom is too small, the beds are reasonable but the bedding is too thin. The pillows were terrible, at on stage I considered buying my own from a local supermarket. I would have paid more for better quality bedding, having a range of options - ie. Soft/hard pillows and something weightier like a thin duvet, rather than blankets. I was surprised there wasn’t an oven or a toaster.

Pools, slides, accommodation, environment-lots of green plants which have shade & privacy. Kids clubs, activities included. Food was very good. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Greater choice of food for children, better pillows for adults, mat for floor when step out of shower to prevent too much water on floor.
Aircon, all necessary kitchen and bathroom appliances included. Good storage. Nice outdoor area

Modern lodges, extremely clean, wonderful facilities throughout the campsite, fantastic pools catering to all ages, friendly and hard working staff. Brilliant selection of activities everyday with an easy to use app. There is an extensive array of activities each day and the nighttime entertainment is mostly really good but starts v late for young kids (8/830/9pm). And all shows are mostly in French! Management of the facilities is excellent - any small issues like bbq/gas not working or a window not closing were addressed promptly - within 10/15 mins of calling reception it was fixed.
Unfortunately I had a negative experience with 1 staff member on arrival which left a very bad first impression, which was unfortunate as the majority of staff were excellent, friendly and hard working. There are a lot of rules throughout the campsite and staff are strict about you adhering to these (eg no shoes at the pool, no food/snacks/drinks at the pool, inflatables can be used in some pools for some age children and not for others), all which help to maintain its very high standards but this can be a little off putting when managed so strictly. Also food/drinks on site are expensive!
Modern, clean, great use of a small space, beautiful outdoor deck which is very spacious with a big, easy to use bbq. Excellent amenities with everything you need - dishwasher, nespresso machine, big fridge/freezer etc. We were in location C which was extremely close (probably the closest area) to the main shops, pool, restaurant, stage etc.
The pictures online are a little deceiving and make it look bigger than it is but this is just good marketing I think! On arrival we thought it was a bit snug. We were 2 adults/2 kids and we definitely needed the space of a 3 bed lodge with suitcases etc!

We loved the swimming area and how clean and safe the campsite felt
Evening entertainment, I know we went in "low season" but it was still very busy and the fact there was nothing really on for children before the shows and the mini disco was on in the late afternoon in the kids club area instead of for the kids before the show like we have experienced elsewhere. Also the lack of eating options, the food quality in the one restaurant we went to was very below par and on nights we didn't cook we found our only option was to get a takeaway away which was tasty but after a couple of nights was just repetitive
How clean it was and the outdoor area the sun loungers and BBQ plate were a great perk of booking direct
The lack of space in the bedroom it felt very tight

Electric scooters should be banned on site. These were numerous and driven at high speed and hazardous to small kids especially. Accident waiting to happen.

First time visitors, met numerous returning families, fun, clean, safe, tonnes of activities for all.
Price reductions in restaurants, shops etc, some prices significantly expensive however this will not put us off returning

First family holiday with my wife and 3 kids (3, 4 & 7yrs). We enjoyed every moment in La Sirene. Our Lodge, prestige 3 was situated beside the aquatic centre. The pools are ideal for kids of all ages. The nightly entertainment was of a high standard! Highly recommended

They staff were excellent, shows so entertaining, accommodation was so clean and tidy and new. Pools were brilliant , loved the adults only

Trees above us meant that birds dirtied the loungers , I mean big massive poos all over them each morning , even when I moved the loungers at night

We had an excellent week in La Sirene, the amount of and variety of pools was amazing. Even when it was cloudy or raining we could go to the pools. The mobile was clean and well designed. It was very modern and comfortable. There was a great choice of activities for everyone and the staff all around the site were so friendly and helpful.
My son would have loved to have done the gel blaster activity but it was only on once and we missed it.

Alles is tip-top in orde! Ze besteden Onze zoon was jarig en Captain America en Captain Jack Sparrow kwamen langs het huisje om hem te feliciteren. Wij komen zeker een keer terug!

We are a young family of five and we had a wonderful time in La Sirene. The customer service was excellent. The amenities and facilities were excellent. All staff were so accommodating and friendly. We attended kids club, children’s soccer, aqua bike, circuit classes, tennis, mini golf etc. We really enjoyed all the shows and night time entertainment, especially the welcome party. it is a fantastic resort and we will be returning next year.
The only reservation I had was the danger of scooters, used by young children. They were travelling too fast in pedestrianised areas. One morning a child knocked over an older lady and an ambulance had to be called.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
At night it got quite cold so an extra blanket would have been appreciated,

Todo Me gusto todo!!! La amavilidad de los trabajadores TODOS, La limpieza, la seguridad, la oferta de actividades, Los espectaculos INCREIBLES, etc.
Quel Camping estuviera abierto todo el año (aprovechando las picinas cubiertas) Alguna actividad mas com painball (para varias edades), Carting, Juegos de realidad virtual, Bolos, Salidas en bicicleta, Etc. Alguna oferta mas de Restauracion, Bar dentro de la piscina, Revisar precios de algunas cosas como de la comida para llevar, mas oferta para CELIACOS, Un Trenecito que diera la vuelta por el Camping para que los usuarios no tuvieran que caminar tanto etc.
MARAVILLOSO!
Un poquito mas despacio en la habitaciones sin renunciar al tamaño de las canas, y una cocina un poquito mas grande para que el microondas no estubiera tan alto.

Pour avoir fait la majorité des campings d’Argelès c’est de loin le plus complet.
L’emplacement, le logement traversant avec la terrasse quasi sans vis à vis
Pas d’emplacement vélo au logement et nombre insuffisant à l’entrée de la zone piétonne.

Ce que j’ai aimé, c’est tout le camping, les piscines, le confort. Tout est fait en sorte pour être bien et détendu.

Les activités parc aquatique le fait d avoir tout sur place.
La circulation au niveau du glacier, ce serait plus simple qu'elle soit dans l'autre sens, afin de voir de suite les parfums proposés. Activités paddel, un petit mémo sur comment récupérer une balle dans les filets.

Le nettoyage des stores, et l emplacement barbecue pas mal de fiantes de pigeon.
