The new pool features are great.
Sun loungers are needed, queues are just to long, the music is so loud, the shows are always so busy, the food prices on site are ridiculous. Despite setting an alarm for 1pm daily I never got on the morning gym or activities on the app as the second it turned 1pm they were magically full
The decking.
The ant infestation It was cramped The quilts were smelly on arrival The shower leaked everywhere The noise from the djs thumped through the entire lodge from 9am till midnight daily.

More availability for siblings to do activities together - my children are 9 and 12 and fell into different categories for most activities.

La Sirene campsite was brilliant, the family enjoyed every aspect of. Will definitely be returning. Very clean complex, staff were all very polite and friendly, pool area always clean,
Bus and taxi services weren’t great, but that wasn’t due to the campsite
Very modern and clean, I liked they provided the pillow and mattress protectors.
Contents of the welcome pack wasn’t very big.

First holiday like this we really enjoyed it. Would like to return again one day.
Night time pool parties and some of the they things that stop on 1st September could still be continued on at beginning of September as was still busy. Also the trampoline adventure near the kids club was not working the whole time we were there which the children were disappointed with. More sports for adult men
Good location. Air come was very good.
Could be some space to put away groceries as there was no cupboard free for this. Would have liked an oven and toaster

The pool complex which was large enough to cope with lots of people and we really enjoyed the variety of the pools and especially the assault courses with the nets, climbing walls around the edges etc
Sine there was no oven in the accommodation, we would have liked to have cooked on the plancha grill more often but the meat section of the shop was too small and had very little availability which meant that we could not do that. That made finding dinner options difficult.
Good overall, liked the modern feel and style.
The rooms were a little small and the pillows were not the most comfortable. The pillow and mattress protectors were so thin and flimsy that they didn’t seem useful for purpose. We had ants coming through the ceiling so had to use gaffer tape to block the hole. It would have been useful to have a sink to wash hands in the toilet as well as the bathroom. The indoor seating area was also a bit too small for four of us.

Fridge Freezer was off on arrival, and no instructions for how to turn it on. This was a stressful start to the holiday as we had just returned from the supermarket with lots of food. The Pitch was quite exposed without much privacy and limited space for a large car

Smell coming from the grass area on our first day after rain fall I think. Beds and pillows quiet uncomfortable. More food options for kids. On arrival transfer left us in a parking lot and it wasn't clear where to go.

The site is well managed with friendly staff. The groundsmen work exceptionally hard to keep it looking fabulous and clean. The facilities were also great, the new additions of the water park and slides was fab. The sister site over the road was also great and much more suited if you wanted a calmer and less busy vibe. My kids preferred and loved this pool. Again, it was well maintained. The supermarket was fab and the bakery and ice cream shop was a daily hit!!
The seating area for the shows is inadequate, even when u arrive early it’s manic and people were claiming seats which were empty and becoming aggressive and rude if you sat on them as “ they are reserved”. I found a lot to be quite selfish which resulted in a lot of young children missing out and families stressed. It’s too small for the amount of guests and badly organised and managed. Some guidance is very much needed and some fairness so everyone can enjoy the show! Secondly, the reception staff sadly gave me wrong info which meant waiting over an hour for a train that didn’t come.
It was a great size, ample space and the outdoor area was fab.
On arrival it wasn’t as clean as expected, I since learnt that previous guests do the clean if a cleaning option isn’t booked. Some may care more about others ensuring they come into a clean cabin but sadly I felt ours didn’t. I brought products and cleaned top to bottom before leaving and a staff member “checked” suitability. I use this lightly because it was a quick look so I’m not surprised ours was dirty on arrival.The wardrobe door was also broken and the floor and chairs were visibly stained. The shower screens were also full of dirt and soap marks etc

The town was easy to cycle to, the pools and slides were great, but very busy. All the entertainment staff and archery. Staff were great and we look liked the bar at hippo and pizzas at the takeaway which were very tasty.
Bad points were, ants through whole caravan and in our beds. Wasp nest in the caravan outside light. Right next to bins, smelly and woken up by bins being emptied every day and the noise from the pool which was very loud meant we couldn't use outside area to relax, this is why we spent more money to get this caravan. You could also hear the pool music though out the whole caravan with the door shut and TV on.
Air con was great and inside furniture and outside deck area and BBQ were all nice.
Noise from pool was constant and the deck area was too open, everyone looked in at us. Too close to the bins, ants in every room and in the beds. Just really horrible. I complained but was told I couldn't move, I even asked to go to cheaper caravan but was told no. I asked for a small refund but was also told no.

Super facilities and excellent polite and friendly staff. Just a really fun, relaxing and clean place to holiday.
Really hard to find any areas for improvement. Being part of the family survivor game most of the instructions were in French and we weren't sure what to do till the game started.

The campsite is fab and has everything you need for your kids to have a wonderful holiday. The pool is 5 star, there is something for everyone from obstacle courses to slides, jacuzzi areas to an adults only pool, exercise classes, pool games etc..the kids will be entertained all day. Then the kids clubs/activities and evening entertainment is second to none. You won't regret coming to La Sirene.
The instructor in the older group kids club did not have much English which made it difficult for my daughter to communicate but she enjoyed it never the less. They used Google translate to communicate. Also a two week evening entertainment programme would be beneficial for those staying longer than a week..
The accommodation is small but functional.
A little more space down the side of the bed/between beds would be good so you didn't keep banging your knee/toes off the frame
