Stayed in a Lodge 3 Prestige cabin in the pedestrian area for 10 nights in June. Weather was perfect, about 28-30 degrees most days. Plenty of activities to do inside the campsite and outside in the surrounding areas.
Only improvements I would suggest would be more bike stands outside the pedestrian area as the majority of residents hire bikes during their stay. I would also recommend setting up an area specifically for teenagers to hang out that would have pool tables, dartboard, TVs etc and only serve soft drinks. This would keep the teenagers out from the bar in the campsite.
Very happy with our accommodation and its location. The terrace deck was big and spacious and the rooms were sufficient for the needs of our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers.
Whilst the accommodation was very tidy when we moved it, it wasn’t spotlessly clean which I would have expected.

Excellent campsite with so much to do. It was great that everything was included and you didn’t have to pay extra for any of the activities.
More activities that could include younger kids, a lot of them are from 6+
Overall it was ideal for us.
It wasn’t very clean when we arrived and we had to clean on arrival. It is also very tight for space in the bedrooms.

The facilities are fantastic especially the pools, lodge was gorgeous and spacious. Food on site while a little expensive was excellent quality!
Big issue with security and theft on site which is really disappointing. Numerous accounts of cash, bikes etc being taken and we had an incident where a man tried to get into our lodge when we were out. We reported to reception but again for such an incident I would have expected a follow up but nothing. Definitely something that needs to be addressed - anyone can walk in off the road. No one checks for wrist bands going into pool, no security cameras in pool area total free for all!
Accommodation was great
Charging for linen and towels felt a little much and the expectation that we need to clean it before leaving even though no cleaning supplies are provided wasn’t great. Also we were a good walk from the pool and we have three kids, one buggy and numerous bags - no offer of help to get us to the accommodation and no golf buggy available. I’d hate to think how hard it would have been to manage that had we been even further away!

The overall highlight was the pool area with the kids.
Free WiFi not limited to two devices, basics included in the cost of the lodge etc. soap, hand towels. The restaurants could be of better quality with better lunch options available. Found the resort expensive.
The units were very clean the large back area was fantastic and the bbq a great addition. They were very private and added to the enjoyment of the lodge.
The extra cost for the bed sheets and towels for a 5 star camp site was disappointing.

Pool rules regarding sun loungers /flip flops need looking at, also the set menu dinners we're not to everyone s taste would of eaten more time s if open menu

The pools are amazing, the activities are super and there are plenty of them. I like the booking system, one day in advance is perfect. Mobile home was ideal, had everything we wanted. Playground is super there. Staff are fantastic.
It was laid out well. Very functional. Lots of cups, plates, cooking utensils.
We had a lot of overgrown bamboo around our mobile home, it could do with being cut back.would like a toaster in the Accomodation.

Facilities were excellent, but what really distinguished La Sirens was the attitude of the staff - they were consistently welcoming, attentive, and great with small kids.

Great facilities and staff. Expanded pool area is well designed, excellent for all ages. Activities and entertainment was very good during the day. Campsite is in an excellent location and has all the facilities you would need on site. All interactions with staff was excellent.
Food on site was average quality. Mini Disco should be located in the main arena and not at the kids club which is at the other end of the site.
Terrace was excellent. Kitchen equipment was excellent and was equipped to cook anything. Safety for children around the lodges was very good as it's separated from traffic. Maintenance and presentation of all landscaping and houses was good. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children.
Bed was very uncomfortable for a premium lodge. Sheets, towels, final cleaning normally included in the cost for premium accommodation but this was charged extra.

Great Park wity brilliant facilities. Really enjoyed our stay.
The entertainment on our final night was very inappropriate - the women singers - they dancing, absolutely not appropriate for family audience. We left after 20 minutes.

The campsite is very well maintained and clean. The shop, bar, restaurants and take away are all of a very high standard and provided everything we needed for our stay. The pool area is excellent, not overcrowded, very clean and well managed by the staff. The activities are fantastic and run very well by the very enthusiastic animations team.
The clothes washing facilities need to be better maintained. A number of washing machines would not consistently take the tokens necessary to run them. Toilets could be better maintained in terms of providing soap and toilet paper.
The accommodation is spacious and excellently maintained, it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It’s well stocked with all necessary equipment and has lots of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen.

Restaurant options maybe. Asked for burger without sauce. Burger is plain or with everything….. so never got it. We went to town a lot of evenings for dinner instead

We had a brilliant holiday in la sirene - the food could have more choice it is very limited in what the kid can eat in the restaurant voukd have more European dishes - food was very poor in bamboo 45 mins waiting - all the food came out cold and my beef was red and blood coming out - we just left as it was our last night and didn't want and upset in front of our children- the park needs to be updated the trampoline you cant jump properly ' only 1 swing - it is very outdated - wasn't here in 9 years and nothing has changed in the playground needs to be updated.

We love coming to La Sirene. The grounds and complex are so well maintained, all staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the entertainment is outstanding. Looking forward to returning again.
