Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoCamping was really clean and well looked after, ideally situated for visiting the surrounding area.
We stayed in one of your new bungalows, 2 bedroom with jacuzzi. I have to say that it was by far the nicest bungalow we have ever stayed in.

Nice campsite. Clean showers but not very hot water. The taps and shower buttons need servicing. Taps stick on and seem to drain hot water. I reported a hot shower tap stuck on full, and 2 hours later, it was still on full and stuck. I reported 2 sink taps stuck on. Washing up water us luke warm. You need to sort the lack of hot water out. I won't come back to this. No hand soap in ladies toilet for the whole 6 day stay.
Nice pitch

More of a resort than a campsite
Good size plot Plenty of room to get in large Caravan in and out

My children could come and go as they pleased and it was safe for them. There was lots for them to do. The accommodation was good.
More information on the bus/train shuttle into town
The rooms were clean relatively spacious
The toilet was separate from the shower room

The pool and slides Very well organised The restaurant was excellent The toilets and showers were very clean Good entertainment Friendly staff
I did not like the unisex toilets. I wasn't comfortable letting my girls go to the toilets by themselves. They are designed for men with no toilet seat. Once there were teenage lads in there with music on, half dressed, playing music. It's not appropriate for my little girls. There is no notice warning you that they remove your towels from sun loungers if you leave the pool.
Really nice large, grass camping pitches

Very clean, staff helpful, good location for biking, walking and catching the land train into the centre. Swimming pool busy but did like the announcement for all to go back to their sun beds and the staff coming round and removing the ones not occupied so others can use.
Be careful around the site as lots of children/adults are on electric scooters - they go very fast!
Good size, well maintained.

I like almost everything about this campsite.
1. The toilet/wc at the swimming pools should be upgraded. 1 toilet for so many people is not enough, and it’s not clean and nice to go out on, 2. Bicycles should not be allowed to drive on, through the walking/emergency lanes. They should just drive on the main roads. 3. More information in English. I know we are in France, and the most visitors are speaking French, but we are also visitors which can’t speak French. And when you do a scheduled cut of the power to repair it, it could have been nice to get that information in English as well. Why not use your Ciella village application ?
Nice, clean and perfect. Loved it
The drain in 1 bathroom smelled of pee. But they quickly fixed it.

We had a wonderful stay. Campsite was immaculately clean, cabin was perfect. staff were very friendly and the site was very safe. We had a great stay. Only downside was all the activities/ clubs were French speaking so made it difficult for the kids to get involved. The crew tried very hard to speak English to us( which was much appreciated) but the kids didn’t want to get involved in anything by the end of the week as they couldn’t understand. But we would definitely return as everything was fabulous.
Absolutely perfect, everything was of a very high standard. Our bbq was not working on the first night and it was fixed straight away.
We could unfortunately hear the noise from a neighboring campsite, which was very loud until 12.45 1 or 2 nights.

The campsite was so clean, it was not a huge campsite so everything was within a short walk. The swimming pool and slides were fantastic and clean. The Boulangerie served lovely fresh baguettes, bread and cakes. The staff were all very friendly. All the activities on site were free, bar hiring the bikes, you just had to give a deposit for rackets etc.
The entertainment and kids club were all in french so we could not understand it which was a pity, we did play bingo, it was great fun. The price of drink at the bar was expensive but this was not just in the campsite it was in all the bars and restaurants in argles sur mer. It was a good 30 minute walk into argles sur mer, there is a local land train which went every hour, More frequent trains into argles sur mer would have been better or a complementary 8 seater from the campsite. While the campsite felt very safe, it would have been much safer if it was made a car free campsite.
We loved our accommodation, it was spotless on arrival. there was 5 of us and there was plenty of space. the master bedroom was spacious, there was plenty of wardrobe space and the ensuite was perfect. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of space around each of the mobiles and all had privacy. It was right next to the kids club, trampolines and the swimming pool. And only a few minutes walk from everything else. The landscaping was beautiful, beautiful trees and plants all around us.
Very minor, I would move the hairdryer away from the toilet door, every time we went in or out of the toilet we would knock it and it would fall off the wall bracket

The lay-out is perfect with lots of beautiful trees and plants. Everything is kept very well and is spotlessly clean. Friendly staff everywhere. Fantastic swimming area. The shop is really well equipped for a camping shop. At the beginning of June it is still quite peaceful but it gets more lively half way through the month. We have been on campings for over 50 years and this is one of the best we ever visited.
We can't think of anything. Keep up the good work.
The MH was very clean and it provided everything we needed. Good beds. Both pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect. Nice to have enough power points (also in bedrooms). The Wifi worked remarkably well!
It was OK for the two of us but I wouldn't recommend it for a family of 4. Both bedrooms and kitchen lacked space to put things away. We used the 2nd bedroom as storage space . The bar and stools in the kitchen looked nice but couldn't be used because we needed the bar to store things. I missed some hooks to hang kitchen towels. Our MH didn't get any sunshine except for the very early hours and with the strong winds we had, it could make the spot rather chilly even when the temperature was not too bad.

The new poolarea, the staff, the region, the price - everything
Very nice mobilehome, where the children got there own room with beds, bath and toilet, and the same for the adults

The pool was amazing - like a magazine-style RESORT, an incredible improvement. The Ciela Privilège accomodations are the BEST. Great luxury and all comfort you need. Don't be fooled to go for the more expensive Ciela Prestige, they have less privacy, smaller terraces and are located RIGHT next to the pool (which means it's busier).
Animation is only in French, yes they do speak English and help you, but our kids don't speak French fluently and were put off by this and didn't join any activities (except the sporty ones - which don't require much language). Noise at night from neighbours is not sanctioned - one night had noise until 2:30. The walls of the accomodation are ever so thin so you can hear everything around you.
The terrace is huge, the deck chairs are very comfortable, the chairs as well. Inside the bathroom is impeccable, beds are a bit hard but comfortable enough, enough plates/cutlery, the bunk bed is a cool extra you don't find in many other campgrounds and the added "plancha" is a great CADAC gas grill, not those electric ones, so you have *some* culinary control over your meal. The AC was a MUST and worked really well.
Nothing actually, I wish every campground had this type of accomodation.

The swimming pool was great and the facilities on site including the restaurants were excellent. Very clean and tidy.
The automatic cameras to open the gates didn't always work which could be a problem trying to get out if the reception was closed.
Clean, spacious, well equipped
Strange to be issued 1 toilet roll in a prestige accommodation with 2 bathrooms when it is supplied freely to campers - seems disproportionate to the style of stay. Location was a bit noisy being in such close proximity to the pool - when the pump room door was left open (which it was frequently) the noise was very loud.
