The touring pitches were limited in number but a decent size. The facilities were excellent. Hot showers at all times. The site owners are very at one with nature lots of great environmental protections built into the site. The sandy beach pool was very unusual but very enjoyable with plenty of loungers and cover from the sun. The main pool was covered, a refreshing pool for swimming with limited loungers or shade. Bread & Crosssiants available from reception to be ordered the day previous. A really good site for breaking your journey but not for a long holiday.
Additional pitches for Motorhomes & caravans. The site is in the countryside so fairly quiet.
The pitches are on an incline so quite tricky getting the motorhome level. Decent size pitch easily coped with our 7.5m long motorhome

The personnel is very friendly and helpful. They speak English. The bread service is great (delicious croissants). The pools are great and clean. So nice that there is also a warmed inside pool. The camping is quit silent. Most of the evenings there is entertainment at the bar, but this is far away. You can hear it, but it is okay.
Perhaps a bit less strict at the pool. For example, my 7 year old could not go of the slide by herself. Also toys (bucket and shovel) is not allowed at the beach pool. At the end of the day there is almost no hot water. In the morning the showers are very hot.
We stayed with a tent. The pitches are very spacious and green (lots of trees). The sanitary is neat.
It would be nice if there were a bit more watertaps closer to the pitches. Now we had to go on someone elses pitch for water.

I would recommend this site, it is clean, lots of activities for the Children, The beach/pool area is a fantastic addition, staff are welcoming.

We came to the site in 2019, the new lagoon is good but overall we were disappointed that it was not as good as last time
Animation was too loud, no visiting food truck, no moules frites night, you can’t make a bbq by the lake, animation was repetitive, toilet cleaners noisy early in the morning which woke us up

We stayed for a week in August as a family of 3. Everything feels very new and clean. Maintenance was good. The pools and slides are amazing, just like the photos. The site is clean, washing machines were brilliant, loved that you pay by card! The staff were lovely, Food was tasty, delicious pizza. Order your bread for next day, it’s good! It’s very tranquill during the day. Lovely lake. ( sone mosquitoes, but that can’t be helped)
It was 35 degrees, wish we had booked air -con, cabin too warm, but I think this was unusual weather! The entertainment was good, but went on until 11.30,pm every night. DJ very loud on last night, when we wanted to sleep. It’s very strict about cleaning out shower traps and washing floors by 10am., or a hefty fines. It is normal to wash up, strip bed, empty fridge, and leave clean, but most places have cleaners to scrub floors and deep clean shower traps. I assume there are cleaners as the check in is not until 5pm. We had to walk about 6 times to the car, carrying bags, as no trollies.
Very good condition. Nice and new. Shower was great. Beds were clean, protectors were given, mattress was a bit thin, but they were fine.
We had bought pizza and roast chicken for our first night, and there was no oven! There was an oven in the photo when we selected the cabin. It wasn’t a problem for the rest of the week, but annoying to waste food. Maybe air-con in all cabins?

L'endroit, le calme, le fait que ce soit ombragé. Le personnel très gentil.
Très confortable et pas de vis à vis avec la terrasse des voisins.
Équiper un peu mieux pour le ménage car c'est léger de laver avec un morceau de serpillère.

Info a l accueil trop expéditive dès l'arrivée. Oubli de proposer le bracelet de moyen de paiement quand on leur dit qu on a des chq vac et de la monnaie. Dû utiliser notre CB or que c etait pas prevu . Manque d info de chgt de code tte semaine. Impossible de changer température des douches. Brûlante !! Prevenu 4fois a l accueil. Et pour vaisselle et lessive trop froide. Odeurs égout ds sanitaires toute la journée. Éviers bouchés. Venu de colonie qui respect pas le volume sonore lors de leur échange. Rien aux alentours. Pas piste cyclable.rien de prevu pr Ado.Salle arcade, pas horloge bar

La réception des chaînes TV, être moins stricte sur le nombre de cannes par emplacement ( vu le nombre de pêcheurs en cette période),et " tolérer des ballons dans les piscines lors des faibles fréquentations
Ce n'était pas un hébergement pour PMR, c'était un 2 chambres,3 feuilles . très bonne emplacement, calme même s'il était situé derrière l'air de jeux

Most enjoyable stay at the Campilo and would certainly come again.
More staff at the bar with only one serving you tend to wait a little while to be served.
Excellent the mobile home we stayed in was in a quiet part of the camp and we had lovely views overlooking the lake, and if we come again I would try and book the same mobile home.
Not being able to bring the car to the mobile home just to unload, luckily I had my grandson with me who was able to carry all the bags.

Le mobile home vétuste ça sens le moisi ,l'évier de la sale de bain cassé, la plaque de cuisson qui ne fonctionne pas le grand feu que l'on peut pas allumé dessus de ce mobile home le numéro 37 était mieux.
La proximité de l'emplacement qui va au parking.
J’ai remarqué qu’il y avait plus de chariot pour emmener nos affaires car ceci est bien utile pour nos affaires surtout sous cette chaleur.

Le camping est très boisé, calme, familial, très jolies balades autour de l’étang, lagon très sympa.
Terrasse du logement sale à notre arrivée. (Déjections d’oiseaux++, toiles d’araignées ++). Mais surtout: aucun respect des règles ni à la piscine, ni à au lagon et certains surveillants, n’interviennent pas. Résultat: enfant qui ne veut plus aller dans l’eau car s’est pris des balles dans le visage, les gens sautent quand il y a du monde et empêchent les autres de profiter, beaucoup ne prennent pas leur douche résultat: eau très trouble à la piscine qui ne donne pas envie d’y rester. Gros point négatif également: pas de chariots pour décharger à notre arrivée car ils ont « tous été volés

Nettoyage de la terrasse et aération du logement (odeur +++) à revoir avant l’arrivée.
