Superb pool area ideal for Children to enjoy. Staff all very friendly and eager to help. Brilliant on site restaurant serving excellent meals. Occasional soirées added to enjoyment. Short walk to the beautiful village of Aups.

Outdoor furniture uncomfortable, table very rickety and in need of replacement. No kettle provided or oven.

The weather was excellent and the restaurant and bar staff were also excellent. This was the first time that we had brought our own caravan to the site and the reception and plot that we were given were also excellent. There was an mixture of people around us and all of them were friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate to hear that one group had four complaints against them for talking and enjoying themselves during the period of time that we were there. You should have spent more time stopping children slamming shower and toilet doors rather than picking on decent people.
The owners of the site were conspicuous by their total lack of interfacing with their guests and this has become more apparent over the years that we have been visiting the site. The only time they had any interest in the guests was when they wanted everyone to join in when they put on, what was clearly, their first foam event. Then they were happy to smile and chat as they took what was clearly a marketing video. They need to be more friendly rather than spending time being so unapproachable and enforcing rather petty rules! We have enjoyed the site for over 20 years but please change!
The plot was excellent and close to all the facilities. The surrounding campers and families were so friendly and helpful and the two girls, working on the site, and in the van next to us were such lovely people.
The lack of adjacent water supply to the plots was something that is missing and readily available on sites in the UK and other parts of Europe.

The accommodation was well equipped, clean and as expected. The site was attractive with olive trees and other shrubs. The pool area was excellent.
The cabins were really close together and because our stay was in mid May, overcrowding wasn't a problem, this may not be the case in high season

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille. Un petit camping familial où tout le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant, le village de Aups est à proximité à pied, et les enfants ont adoré la piscine, les tobagans, le château gonflable... Nous retournerons!!

We stayed for two weeks in August The accommodation was clean and comfortable The staff worked hard to keep the kids entertained with daily activities The pool area was stunning and very clean
Our accommodation did not have a kettle, an oven, a shower mat, a bathroom bin, the tin opener was dangerous, the glasses were very small. We paid extra for bedding and were only given one pillow. The accommodation inspection at the end of our stay felt like a very negative way to end our holiday.
The jacuzzi was amazing and it was maintained daily by dedicated staff The outdoor space was lovely

Excellent pool, clean showers and toilets and the on site bar and restaurant sold tasty meals and snacks. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the village which has a great selection of bars and restaurants and a fabulous market. We will be back.
We camped behind the water slides which ran all night... turning the water off would have helped us sleep a bit better. Bins in the toilet sink area would have been helpful.

Ground was a bit stoney and hard to peg in. As mentioned above about the water slides running all night - disrupted our sleep somewhat.

Notre mobil home etait tres bien, seul bémol, défaut au niveau des stores moustiquaire. Seul 1 chambre etait fonctionnelle sur 3.
La grande terasse avec une partie ombragé. La Cuisine avec la table haute. La taille de la SDB La chambre avec le lit en hauteur.
L'espace chambre 2 lits simples très etroite et une seule prise. Les moustiquaires non fonctionnelles dans 2 chambres sur 3.

Esta cerca para visitar el la Santa Croix y la garganta del Verdon. Está muy limpio. Es cómodo y el personal muy amable, no hablan español, pero se esfuerzan en enterarse.
Explicar mejor el concepto de limpieza por el que hay que pagar. Y que l devolución de la cantidad retenida sea instantánea.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en mobil-home. Tout s’est très bien déroulé, dans un cadre agréable et reposant. Le mobil-home était confortable, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons pleinement profité de nos vacances et sommes repartis très satisfaits de notre séjour. Une expérience que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir.

Le ménage dans les bloc sanitaire, les mitigeur des douches ,pas assez d éclairage dans les bloc sanitaire et prévoir des prises de courant .Illogique de ne pas pouvoir jouer a la pétanque le soir au mois d'août pour ne pas déranger les campeurs, sachant qu au mois de juillet la luminosité est la jusqu'à 22h30.

Le camping est très bien, bien situé, propre, sanitaire très bien entretenu. L'animation était super (merci à Lou et Maelly) tant en journée qu'en soirée. La piscine est impeccable.
L'ouverture de la plaine de jeux tardive, 10h c'est un peu tard pour les enfants qui attendent l'ouverture de la piscine (également à 10h).
Très propre, fonctionnelle.
Il manque éventuellement un parasol sur la terrasse, malgré que celle-ci soit semi ombragé, lorsque le soleil tourne la moitié de la table se retrouve parfois au soleil. Je pense que le personnel devrait également vérifier les équipements de vaisselles après chaque départ, nous avons dû aller réclamer des couverts, verres et casserole.

Séjour très agréable. Personnel au top. Propreté et qualité des mobile homes. Le site est agrémenté de pin et les emplacements sont bien agencés. Seul point noir : la douche. Malgré plusieurs interventions des techniciens (très sympathiques), l'eau de la douche était tantôt glaciale, tantôt bouillante (chaudière à gaz mal réglée ou défectueuse tout le séjour).
Résoudre le problème de réglage des températures d'eau
Nous avons apprécié le kit d'accueil (produit vaisselle, papier toilette, ...), la propreté, la disposition des pièces et l'état impeccable de notre hébergement
Nous aurions apprécié qu'un brise vue nous isole de nos voisins de droite comme c'était le cas avec ceux de gauche.
