They get pretty much everything right

The weather was excellent and the restaurant and bar staff were also excellent. This was the first time that we had brought our own caravan to the site and the reception and plot that we were given were also excellent. There was an mixture of people around us and all of them were friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate to hear that one group had four complaints against them for talking and enjoying themselves during the period of time that we were there. You should have spent more time stopping children slamming shower and toilet doors rather than picking on decent people.

The owners of the site were conspicuous by their total lack of interfacing with their guests and this has become more apparent over the years that we have been visiting the site. The only time they had any interest in the guests was when they wanted everyone to join in when they put on, what was clearly, their first foam event. Then they were happy to smile and chat as they took what was clearly a marketing video. They need to be more friendly rather than spending time being so unapproachable and enforcing rather petty rules! We have enjoyed the site for over 20 years but please change!

The accommodation was well equipped, clean and as expected. The site was attractive with olive trees and other shrubs. The pool area was excellent.

The cabins were really close together and because our stay was in mid May, overcrowding wasn't a problem, this may not be the case in high season

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille. Un petit camping familial où tout le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant, le village de Aups est à proximité à pied, et les enfants ont adoré la piscine, les tobagans, le château gonflable... Nous retournerons!!

Our accommodation did not have a kettle, an oven, a shower mat, a bathroom bin, the tin opener was dangerous, the glasses were very small. We paid extra for bedding and were only given one pillow. The accommodation inspection at the end of our stay felt like a very negative way to end our holiday.

Excellent pool, clean showers and toilets and the on site bar and restaurant sold tasty meals and snacks. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the village which has a great selection of bars and restaurants and a fabulous market. We will be back.

We camped behind the water slides which ran all night... turning the water off would have helped us sleep a bit better. Bins in the toilet sink area would have been helpful.

Améliorer le système de poubelle aussi surtout pour ceux qui logent tout au fond

Accueil au top, des solutions adaptées a nos besoins, le calme, propre camping qui possède tout le confort pour un excellent séjour. Nous avons pas eu l' occasion de tester le restaurant, mais nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Les mobil homes sont bien équipés dont moustiquaires et store occultant et à l'abri des regards des voisins, très belle piscine et jaccuzi et chouette les toboggans. Personnel accueillants. Intervention rapide des techniciens si besoin.

Les toboggans ne glissent pas. Des guêpes autour de la piscine. Aucun appel ou mail pour prévenir de la procédure d'arrivée suite à notre arrivée tardive, c'est un point à améliorer à mon sens.

Une première expérience idéale. L'accueil est efficace et sympathique. Les logements sont de très bonne qualité et à un prix abordable. Les jacuzzis sont nickels. La piscine est grande et agréable avec deux toboggans géniaux pour les enfants.

Seul petit bémol, c'est le restaurant qui ferme très tôt (21h30) et qui applique certaines règles curieuses (consigne pour les bouteilles/ pas de vente à emporter le soir... pas tout compris) Il manque d'animations pour concurrencer les grosses enseignes (soirées, animateurs surexcités, participants (aucuns au tournoi de boules malheureusement et aucun enjeu)

We have had a very nice stay at Campsun Aups. Specially the private bathroom was excellent.

De mobilhome lag tegenover het zwembad waardoor we een mooi uitzicht hadden over de camping. De huisjes zijn nagenoeg nieuw en goed uitgerust. De camping ligt op loopafstand van het plaatsje Aups met op de woensdag een gezellige markt. Een aanrader.

De gratis wifi verbinding was van matige kwaliteit en dient verbeterd te worden.
