The weather was excellent and the restaurant and bar staff were also excellent. This was the first time that we had brought our own caravan to the site and the reception and plot that we were given were also excellent. There was an mixture of people around us and all of them were friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate to hear that one group had four complaints against them for talking and enjoying themselves during the period of time that we were there. You should have spent more time stopping children slamming shower and toilet doors rather than picking on decent people.
The owners of the site were conspicuous by their total lack of interfacing with their guests and this has become more apparent over the years that we have been visiting the site. The only time they had any interest in the guests was when they wanted everyone to join in when they put on, what was clearly, their first foam event. Then they were happy to smile and chat as they took what was clearly a marketing video. They need to be more friendly rather than spending time being so unapproachable and enforcing rather petty rules! We have enjoyed the site for over 20 years but please change!
The plot was excellent and close to all the facilities. The surrounding campers and families were so friendly and helpful and the two girls, working on the site, and in the van next to us were such lovely people.
The lack of adjacent water supply to the plots was something that is missing and readily available on sites in the UK and other parts of Europe.

The accommodation was well equipped, clean and as expected. The site was attractive with olive trees and other shrubs. The pool area was excellent.
The cabins were really close together and because our stay was in mid May, overcrowding wasn't a problem, this may not be the case in high season

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille. Un petit camping familial où tout le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant, le village de Aups est à proximité à pied, et les enfants ont adoré la piscine, les tobagans, le château gonflable... Nous retournerons!!

We stayed for two weeks in August The accommodation was clean and comfortable The staff worked hard to keep the kids entertained with daily activities The pool area was stunning and very clean
Our accommodation did not have a kettle, an oven, a shower mat, a bathroom bin, the tin opener was dangerous, the glasses were very small. We paid extra for bedding and were only given one pillow. The accommodation inspection at the end of our stay felt like a very negative way to end our holiday.
The jacuzzi was amazing and it was maintained daily by dedicated staff The outdoor space was lovely

Excellent pool, clean showers and toilets and the on site bar and restaurant sold tasty meals and snacks. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the village which has a great selection of bars and restaurants and a fabulous market. We will be back.
We camped behind the water slides which ran all night... turning the water off would have helped us sleep a bit better. Bins in the toilet sink area would have been helpful.
Decent enough size pitch.
Ground was a bit stoney and hard to peg in. As mentioned above about the water slides running all night - disrupted our sleep somewhat.

Le temps mais malheureusement personne y peu rien
Les tentes on tous le confort d’un logement standard elles sont spacieuses et originales
Quelques petits bémol entre autres le froid durant notre séjour dommage qu’il y est pas un petit radiateur électrique pour pouvoir ce réchauffer un peu puis la proximité avec les autre tentes car nous avons eu un groupe de jeunes un peu bruyant une nuit et c’est vrai que les tentes sont tres proches entre elles donc on entend vraiment tous

La quantité de vaisselle dans le logement. Pour un mobile home de 4 personnes, il faudrait au moins 8 jeux de vaisselle : assiettes, couverts, verres, ...

Très bon séjour, camping de qualité avec toutes les installations et équipements nécessaires. Très belle piscines. Personnel accueillant. De plus, le camping se situe au centre de plusieurs lieux touristiques tels que les gorges, Quinson et son musée, Tour tour, Sillans... Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied en 5 mins. Séjour idéal pour tout type de voyageurs : famille, couple...

Séjour très sympa.. camping très propre et entretenue. Jardin et piscine. Il y avait 2 animatrices lou et maïli très dynamique et super gentille. Nous leur souhaitons bonne chance pour la saison.
Hébergement très propre et très joli et surtout fonctionnel. Avec des petits rangements pratique dans la salle de bain. Belle terrasse couverte comme demandé..matelas très confortable. Chauffage dans toutes les pièces et climatisation.

Séjour correct pour un camping 4 étoiles. Mobilhome propre. Pour un 4 étoiles, dans les mobilhomes peut-être préciser le type de cafetière disponible aux clients, ce sont des Nespresso.
Pas de bouilloire pour un 4 étoiles. Pas de cafetière simple juste des Nespresso. Table extérieure tachée. Les techniciens pour le jaccuzi arrivent à l'improviste, disent bonjour sans même demander s'il peuvent s'occuper du jaccuzi. Font leurs boulots et repartent sans dire au revoir. A part la dame à l'accueil qui est très aimable. Les autres personnels ne le sont pas vraiment.

Aucune explication. Par exemple pour allumer les lumières dans le mobil-home. Je pense qu'ils ne font pas d'inventaire ( il manquait un tiré bouchon par exemple). Je suis aller à l'accueil le demander. Et redemander car toujours pas arrivé 4h après. Le jaccuzi avait comme du sable dans le fond
