The weather was excellent and the restaurant and bar staff were also excellent. This was the first time that we had brought our own caravan to the site and the reception and plot that we were given were also excellent. There was an mixture of people around us and all of them were friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate to hear that one group had four complaints against them for talking and enjoying themselves during the period of time that we were there. You should have spent more time stopping children slamming shower and toilet doors rather than picking on decent people.
The owners of the site were conspicuous by their total lack of interfacing with their guests and this has become more apparent over the years that we have been visiting the site. The only time they had any interest in the guests was when they wanted everyone to join in when they put on, what was clearly, their first foam event. Then they were happy to smile and chat as they took what was clearly a marketing video. They need to be more friendly rather than spending time being so unapproachable and enforcing rather petty rules! We have enjoyed the site for over 20 years but please change!
The plot was excellent and close to all the facilities. The surrounding campers and families were so friendly and helpful and the two girls, working on the site, and in the van next to us were such lovely people.
The lack of adjacent water supply to the plots was something that is missing and readily available on sites in the UK and other parts of Europe.

The accommodation was well equipped, clean and as expected. The site was attractive with olive trees and other shrubs. The pool area was excellent.
The cabins were really close together and because our stay was in mid May, overcrowding wasn't a problem, this may not be the case in high season

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille. Un petit camping familial où tout le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant, le village de Aups est à proximité à pied, et les enfants ont adoré la piscine, les tobagans, le château gonflable... Nous retournerons!!

We stayed for two weeks in August The accommodation was clean and comfortable The staff worked hard to keep the kids entertained with daily activities The pool area was stunning and very clean
Our accommodation did not have a kettle, an oven, a shower mat, a bathroom bin, the tin opener was dangerous, the glasses were very small. We paid extra for bedding and were only given one pillow. The accommodation inspection at the end of our stay felt like a very negative way to end our holiday.
The jacuzzi was amazing and it was maintained daily by dedicated staff The outdoor space was lovely

Excellent pool, clean showers and toilets and the on site bar and restaurant sold tasty meals and snacks. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the village which has a great selection of bars and restaurants and a fabulous market. We will be back.
We camped behind the water slides which ran all night... turning the water off would have helped us sleep a bit better. Bins in the toilet sink area would have been helpful.
Decent enough size pitch.
Ground was a bit stoney and hard to peg in. As mentioned above about the water slides running all night - disrupted our sleep somewhat.

Les chambres du tourtour un poil petite mais c est un détail. Et l'incivilité des hollandais, mais ça, vous n y pouvez rien

Le calme du camping tout en ayant des animations. La situation du camping à 600m du village d'Aups où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires, les baignades inoubliables dans le lac de Ste-Croix à 20 minde voiture.
Mobil home parfait pour 4, petite terrasse très appréciée. Tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur, manque peut-être juste une bouilloire électrique.

Mooie camping op een mooie plek (natuur, Aups, Provence, Gorges.d.Verdon, Lac de ste Croix) Prima voorzieningen (leuke bar, mooi terras, gezellig restaurant met goed eten!) Mooi aquapark, het beste wat ik ooit op een camping heb gehad! Actieve en enthousiaste recreatie / animatie. Prima sanitair met luxe afwerking en met warm/heet water.
Ontvangst was bijzonder. Bij aankomst kregen we direct te horen dat (omdat we naast elkaar wilden staan met twee gezinnen) het helaas deze plekken moesten worden (215 en 219). Overleg van te voren was veel netter geweest, plekken bij elkaar in de buurt was ook goed geweest. (Véél) teveel huur-accomodaties. (sfeer van kamperen is weg) Lawaai na 23:00 (tot in de nacht). Sanitair mag beter schoon (spinnenwebben, douchevloer) De zelfreinigende toiletten zijn een drama.
Kampeerplek had veel schaduw. Kampeerplek had veel privacy. Dichtbij zwembad en sanitair redelijk dichtbij.
Onze plekken waren totaal niet vlak (215 en 219). Er liep een flinke geul over de plekken. De grootte viel ook tegen (wij konden de caravan met luifel en tent er maar net op kwijt. Veel mensen (inclusief personeel) liepen asociaal (door onze stoelen en tafel) over onze plekken (naar achterop de camping). Afvoerput op de beide plekken met regelmatig stank van riool. Stroomsterkte (voltage niet 220/230 volt?) was twijfelachtig, koelkasten hadden het moeilijk (en gaven storing hierdoor)

Une équipe d'animation super sympa et un entretien des mobil homes nickel. La piscine est magnifique et la restauration très bonne.
Camping calme, ne convient pas si l'on souhaite trainer un peu le soir sur la terrasse pour rigoler entre amis.
Mobil home spacieux, notamment la salle de douche très grande. Le jacuzzi est entretenu chaque jour par l'équipe du camping.
Manque un miroir dan la pièce principale, nous étions 4 filles alors un seul miroir dans la salle de douche, c'était compliqué.

Séjour incroyable, personnelle incroyable, soirée et animatrice incroyable, nous sommes resté 2 semaines et honnêtement c'était de superbe vacances je recommandes fortement !!! Très familial, accueillant superbe rien à dire.
Logement super beau, nouveau, il y a tout ce qui faut c'est superbe

Super séjour, animations et animatrices au top! Service boulangerie est un vrai plus. Frites du restaurant excellentes! Piscine très agréable et toujours des transats de libres ce qui est agréable.
Les sanitaires n'étaient malheureusement pas toujours très propres et cela même après le passage des dames de l'entretien. Juste un coup d'eau au sol mais une vrai désinfection aurait été préférable et surtout nécessaire. Remettre le papier dans les distributeurs aussi. Le garde de nuit peux efficace face aux jeunes pas toujours faciles à gérés ( j'ai ramassé une raclette dans la figure jetée au dessus de la douche vers 23h30 et c'est un campeur qui à gérer le problème)
