We only stayed the one night as we were heading back to the Tunnel but loved the site and hope to return next year for a longer stay. Reception was so friendly and welcoming and the site is spacious and beautifully maintained. The parkland setting was so quiet in the night. The services were absolutely spotless and well appointed. Bread etc was available at reception in the morning.
Our pitch was very big with privacy provided by hedging. Water was close by and easy to find.

We used the campsite only for 1 night during our way back home from holiday.. It was a nice place, lovely people at the reception, bread-ordering-service. Clean toilets/showers.. Campsite is looking nice with trees, grass. The Foodtruck opens at 7 pm (we didn't go)

Very pleasant, friendly and helpful management. Very large, beautifully shaded places. Toilet facilities always clean. Well situated for day-visits to Paris by train. We loved it!

A lovely site in a quiet location. Easily reached within a day from the northern French ferry ports. Great location for a trip into Paris, just an hour on a comfortable train to Gare de Lyon.
The addition of a swimming pool would make it perfect.
Spacious pitch gave us room to spread out, electricity on hand and water too.
Our pitch lacked shade but many others benefitted from a tree or two.

Great sized pitches, extremely friendly staff. Right by lake and canal/ River and train station close by.
Needs toilet seats and toilet roll in the cubicles.

Ho mto apprezzato la privacy del campeggio e la pulizia dei servizi. Il campeggio è grande ombreggiato e silenzioso. Ben attrezzato sia per chi vuole semplicemente rilassarsi all'ombra immerso nel verde, e per chi vuole fare attività sportive dalle passeggiate sul lungo fiume al sup o noleggiare una bici. Noi abbiamo fatto uno splendido giro in bici fino a Mer de Sable che stra consiglio.
Abbiamo preso una piazzola per la nostra tenda. Molto spaziosa e appartata.

Beautiful location, large pitch sizes, plenty of washing facilities and great staff. Add to which you can get a train into Paris from the station just a 20 minute walk away it was perfect for us.
We have a solid top roof tent with a further shelter all of which was easily accommodated on the pitch we were given

Quirky comfortable accommodation and great location for trains and roads into central Paris. Helpful, friendly English speaking reception staff.
Mosquito screens on cabin windows so that the windows can be open when hot at night or provide a fan.
Comfy wooden cabin in large shady plot with composting WC and good shower.
Lots of mosquitoes because of river and canal close by.

Loved everything about this stay. Big pitches with privacy hedges, clean showers and a big smile with the welcome.
Being English were used to plastic toilet seats - maybe an easy enhancement? Though when in Rome…

La Riviere Dorée est un endroit fantastique ! Les installations sanitaires, notamment les douches et les toilettes, sont neuves et très confortables. La qualité de la nourriture est excellente. Le véritable atout de ce camping est l'accueil et le personnel, vraiment super. Nous y retournerons très bientôt.

I loved that it was super well taken care of, the website is great, camping easy to find, owner is extremely nice and helpful. They have cute food trucks every night at 19:00 with drinks, a nice lake at the back and front of the camping and the showers are super clean and warm! You could tell a lot of effort was put in this camping definitely compared to many others we have stayed at.
Personally my only tip would be to make the beverages like beer and wine cheaper because then we would have bought much more!
1 camper van with 3 people :) perfect set up, grass was taken care of and I loved the plants in between the spots to give everyone privacy! They also had amazing lodges you could rent and a massage option!

Camping site is clean, quite and has a good enviroment. Staff is really kind and helpful. Really nice place to rest and relax.
