The size of the pitches were good.
Clean the toilet area and empty the bins more often. If you have entertainment, make sure they finish on time and aren't so loud!
Size of the pitches.
Lack of toilets and cleanliness. Not enough for the size of the campsite, especially as they were for all genders, so resulted in a lot of queuing. Always out of hand towels and toilet paper. Bins in the toilets aren't big enough and always overflowering. The music and entertainment on the Sunday eve were supposed to finish at 11pm but didn't and finished at 11.45pm! This could be heard all over the campsite. We had to get up early in the morning to do a 6 1/2 drive - NOT HAPPY!

We have taken note of your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilet facilities. Cleaning is carried out daily, as is the replenishment of toilet paper. During busy periods, the intensive use of the facilities can unfortunately affect the results of the cleaning carried out between two checks. Please do not hesitate to speak to our on-site staff so that they can take swift action as soon as an issue is brought to their attention. As for the number of toilet blocks, their capacity meets the standards required for our classification. However, we understand that queues may form at peak times. The entertainment programme helps to create a friendly atmosphere at the campsite during the summer season. Given the heatwaves of recent weeks, we have decided, on an exceptional basis, to extend certain evenings slightly to allow everyone to enjoy a more pleasant time once the cooler weather returns. This is a lovley site with great faclities, the pools were excellent.

Site admin needs to read the size of the tents that people are bringing when they book. We clearly stated our tent was 7x5m (8 man) when booking, but were allocated a pitch that wasn’t big enough. The shoulder shrug of ‘not my problem’ from the manager was quite frankly insulting.

Pitch sizes are highly inconsistent. We weren’t the only ones as another lady came into the office with the same issue within minutes of us.

It's position is situated near the motorway that makes it ideal for stopping over when heading south. Pitches / staff are fine
The snack bar / bar is poor. The seating area is not good and it's not ideal to have a chemical WC emptying point at the side of the bar / eating place.

Location good for cycling and walking. Public transport links great. Clean an friendly site.
Limit the access to the lovelly swimming pools. It appeared that half the local community just walk in the front gate and go in to the pool before the security man bothers to turn up.

ACSI pitches looking tired already. During quiet periods spread the wear & tear.

Location was great. Lovely reception staff.
Maintenance staff should drive more slowly around the site. A leaflet of rules would be good to encourage parents to watch their children more carefully; small children were cycling fast around the site while we were trying to reverse our car. Parents had no control. Shame the bar wasn’t open on our stay. Just a couple of changes would improve the site immensely. Would have been nice to have fresh bread ordering.
Standard pitch; ok. Loved hearing the birds in the woods.
Probably good for a family with young children as near playground.

Dear holidaymaker, We have read your review carefully and would like to clarify a few points. The price for your 2-night stay was €34 per night for a pitch with electricity. Additional charges were applied based on the number of peolple (two adults and four children over the age of 5), the cancellation insurance you selected during the online booking process, and the tourist tax. The total amount was therefore fully in line with the services booked. Regarding the ground conditions, we recognise that the heavy rain of the last few days has made some pitches soggy. We are counting on the return of the sun to help the terrain to return to its usual state. If you had experienced an electrical problem, we would have been able to intervene or offer you an alternative solution, but you still need to inform us on site. Finally, our snack bar is indeed closed during the low season, but the inn located just opposite the campsite offers an option that is appreciated by many customers.
