Great location and good value
Receptionist on our arrival very slow, arrivals and departure areas get very busy with vehicles, the motorhome point just beyond the barrier adds to the congestion. There needs to be more water points around the site.

The location is excellent Staff were friendly.
Showers are awful. Lukewarm and they stay on for one or two seconds meaning you need to shower one handed, using the other to keep the water on. The bar is also awful...not a cushion or sofa in sight...like being in a school hall

On arrival ,very welcoming and friendly reception staff . Excellent facilities throughout . About 100 metres from a lovely family oriented beach ,which wasn't surrounded by tacky shops. We didn't use the pools but they looked brilliant .
Our pitch and the ones around us were poorly maintained and generally grubby . We could not get the ( free ) wifi to work for love nor money .

Showers were not cleaned well
Good size pitch but some pitches required levelling blocks
No water/emptying points except at entrance.

Staff very friendly pool even though closed for three days where very good entertainment very good really enjoyed stay and would recommend thanks
Toilet and showers could do with a major overhaul but were kept clean. As we had our grandchild there we had to watch the roads inside the campsite the cars and vans and golf buggy’s drove to fast I think speed bumps and signs to slow speed down children are on holiday
Pitch very spacious
This is not a dislike but I think if a camping car is going on a pitch make sure you have the green sheeting to stop it sinking in the sand as we did and others but your staff where very helpful to resolve my problem thank you

Camping idéalement placé avec belle piscine, location de vélos... mais déplorable au niveau des sanitaires Sanitaire 2 sans abattant de toilette, dérouleur de papier souvent bloqué, lave mains à la sortie des toilettes remplacé par une poubelle L'équipe passe bien 2 fois par jour mais ne lave pas toujours le sol
Il faudrait rénover les sanitaires, nettoyer correctement Ce camping ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles

L’accueil était super, l’emplacement très bien, la propreté des sanitaires était bien. Nos adolescents se sont éclatés dans la piscine.
Un petit bémol sur l’épicerie où il y a peu de choses.

Accueil chaleureux , il n'y avait plus d'emplacements mais la jeune fille de l'accueil nous a sauvé notre week end du 14 juillet en famille en nous proposant un endroit au sein du camping . Vraiment très sympa , nous avons pu profiter pleinement . Un grand merci

Comme indiqué l'an dernier, revoir l'organisation du pot d'accueil afin d'éviter que les dernières personnes aient quelque chose à boire et à manger. Peut-être une file en sens unique

La propreté à l'arrivée est moyenne, obligation d'enlever les toiles d’araignées à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur, bien nettoyer les toilettes et enlever la poussière. comme l'an dernier, nous rendons le freecamp plus propre qu'à notre arrivée

Que ce soit à l'accueil ou sur le camping, pendant tout le séjour, tout le personnel est absolument charmant, agréable et serviable ! Tout est trés propre, les piscines sont bien conçues, ainsi que l'aire de jeux pour les enfants. Je pense y revenir l'année prochaine avec plaisir ! :-)

Le restaurant du camping n'est pas au top mais devait refaire sa carte et serveuse sympatique qui fait de son mieux.

L'emplacement spacieux et calme, la grande terrasse et sa plancha, la piscine, la proximité de la mer.
Les incivilités dans la piscine, non respect des consignes, aucune surveillance qui laisse la porte ouverte à plein d'abus: personnes qui se baignent en tee-shirt, on porte un caleçon toute la journée et on se baigne avec, bonjour l'hygiène... Jeunes qui courent et sautent dans l'eau.
Le mobil-home est assez spacieux au niveau de la pièce de vie, belle terrasse.
Manque de rangements dans les chambres, des penderies mais peu de placards fermés.Toilettes exiguës, d'un côté le tableau électrique, de l'autre le dérouleur de papier.
