Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoStaff are friendly but I have never experienced anything like this site. Despite booking in Feb, and speaking and paying for their VIP pick your own spot, and them recommending the plot. I was not able to pick my motorhome or my small tent. They then asked me to move after. To be honest, my family was ravaged with mosquito bites at this site, they didn't even have toilet rolls. At the restaurant the food was ok but they expected us to collect our food and clear our plates. These were not McDonald's prices and I spent circa €170 on a meal. We had enough and left after one night.

Regarding your pitch, please note that our policy strictly allows for only one equipment per pitch, which explains why the space becomes very tight when attempting to set up both a motorhome and an additional tent. Regarding our restaurant, it operates on a self-service snack/brasserie style where guests pick up their orders. Indeed, this is quite different from a fast-food chain like McDonald's, as all of our meals are homemade on-site using good, quality products. Too many bedding sets were left in the mobile home for return. The owner entered without consent and took them. Warning: The final cleaning fee of 85€ was not shown during booking. Too expensive compared to a holiday apartment.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das war aber leider alles was uns an diesem Platz gefallen hat.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind total veraltet. Das Seeufer bietet nichts. Es lädt auch nicht gerade zum Verweilen ein. Ist wohl eher ein Hundeauslauf, statt eines Strandes. Mit einem eigenen Boot mag es ja noch OK sein. Ansonsten liegen noch mit Grünspan übersäte Kajaks, und mit Hundekotbeuteln gekrönt in der Prärie rum. Wir haben sofort entschieden am nächsten Morgen abzureisen.

The staff were very helpful and the pitches were a good size and shaded.
The grocery store could be better stocked and the restaurant improved. Also either a little boat taxi or shuttle bus to Bauduen would be a good asset.

It was a long way to the lake and it was hard to find a place to sit on the lake. The camp site for us was too far out as we had to drive everywhere. I don’t think this is made clear on the web site.

The near location of the lake, so that one can have a swim every time one likes.
the santitary building close to the lake has very narrow cabins so you always touch the walls while showering and you have to surround the building to wash the hands after the use of toilets
The pitch was very good, big enough, shady and mostly quiet and not to far from the lake. There are no pitches with lake view!
Our car broke on the route des cretes the 3rd day of our stay and we picked up our things the 5 day but still had to pay for the 7 days reserved although we had to cancel the rest of our holidays and there were only ike 10% of the pitches booked.

De n’être resté qu’une nuit sur trois …. La meilleure des décisions
L’accueil, l’accompagnement, la description, rien ne va ,les infrastructures, l’accès au lac les indications pour trouver un endroit plus agréable pour se baigner que dans une mangrove vaseuse il y aurait tellement à faire!

Les sanitaires vétustes aucune indication pour trouver les sanitaires, à part un vulgaire plan, pas de papier toilette. pour l’emplacement vu sur le grillage coller les uns aux autres.

Bungalow délabré, clim qui tient avec scotch, qui fait vibrer tout les murs et portes du bungalow, Table séjour défoncée, scotchée au pied Matériel et intérieur de bungalow pas à la hauteur des photos de la location, tout est vieux, recyclé et camouflé (un trou dans le mur de la chambre est camouflé avec une grille plastique) Bungalow sal à notre arrivée (araignées dans les angles de pièces) Pour 4 nuits à 700€ on ne s'attendait pas à autant de médiocrité. Pas pris au sérieux à l'accueil, on nous a simplement envoyé un saisonnier pour changer le scotch de la climatisation....!!

Notre camping est situé au cœur du Verdon, dans un environnement naturel que beaucoup de vacanciers apprécient pour son cadre, son calme et son esprit convivial. Nous mettons beaucoup d’attention dans l’accueil de nos clients et nous sommes toujours heureux que des familles choisissent notre établissement pour leurs vacances. Concernant l’hébergement, nous proposons effectivement des mobil-homes d’âges différents. Ils sont entretenus régulièrement et des travaux d’amélioration sont réalisés chaque hiver afin de maintenir un niveau de confort satisfaisant. Nous regrettons que vous ayez eu une perception différente. Au sujet de la propreté, nos équipes effectuent un contrôle avant chaque arrivée. Dans un environnement très naturel, il peut arriver qu’une toile d’araignée apparaisse rapidement entre deux passages ; nous comprenons que cela ait pu vous déranger et nous nous en excusons. Lorsqu’un véritable problème de ménage est signalé, nous faisons intervenir immédiatement notre équipe. Vous indiquez également ne pas avoir été pris au sérieux à la réception. Nous sommes désolés si c’est le sentiment que vous avez ressenti, car ce n’est absolument pas l’état d’esprit de nos équipes. Un membre du personnel est bien intervenu suite à votre signalement afin d’apporter une solution. En période de forte affluence, un changement d’hébergement n’est malheureusement pas toujours possible immédiatement. Enfin, les tarifs pratiqués en haute saison sont cohérents avec ceux des campings de notre secteur, mais nous comprenons que le rapport qualité-prix soit un élément essentiel dans l’appréciation d’un séjour. Nous regrettons sincèrement que vous ne vous soyez pas senti pleinement à l’aise parmi nous ; c’est bien le dernier de nos souhaits. Le site sur internet ne correspond pas à la réalité. Le lac est à 800m et non à 300..
Les anlmations quasi inexistantes. Le son des baffes,zéro. J'ai payé une connexion wifi 20 € pour la semaine a blanc, aucune connexion . J'ai du activé mes données mobiles.

Pour ce qui est de la distance avec le lac, il s'agit bien de 300 mètres du bord du camping, même si le trajet exact peut légèrement varier selon la localisation de votre hébergement sur le domaine. Concernant les animations, nous faisons le choix de proposer une ambiance "camping zen" axée sur la tranquillité et des moments conviviaux en toute simplicité. Le volume sonore est volontairement maîtrisé pour préserver le calme et le repos de l'ensemble de nos vacanciers. Arrivée/Départ facilités. Camping arboré et spacieux, au calme. Très bonnes pizzas. Accès direct au bord du lac. Chiens admis. Personnel très agréable Mise à disposition de petit matériel pratique à l'arrivée (éponge, allumettes, gel nettoyant, ect.). Cadeau de bienvenue pour les toutous. Observatoire astronomique à proximité. Balades à cheval à proximité. Mobil home confortable.
Éventuellement : - Proposer une barrière pour fermer la terrasse (utile pour bloquer le passage aux chiens ou aux jeunes enfants). Plusieurs mobile home ont compensé en utilisant les étendoirs à linge. - à ajouter dans le petit matériel à l'arrivée : quelques condiments (sel, huile). - à ajouter dans les ustensiles de cuisine : un plateau en bois pour découper le pain/saucisson.
Très bien pour notre séjour de 10 jours.

les informations sur le site si t fausses . le camping n'est pas a 300 m du lac mais a presque 1 km depuis l'entrée.( podomètre) arrivée au niveau du lac escarpée et pas de plage mais uniquement des cailloux. le camping propose location de Kayak mais personne au bord du lac pour renseigner ou aider à la mise a l'eau . accès difficile avec des enfants vu la distance et le terrain.
