Tout etait tres bien, organisation au top. Sanitaires super propres et nombreux, piscine aussi et tres grande. Proximite avec la plage geniale et a deux pas d'un arret de bus.

Friendly helpful staff. A great restaurant with good food and wonderful staff. Modern facilities always spotlessly clean. Great position close to the beach and within walking distance of Bidart and Guethary.
Possibly more selection in the site shop
The pitch was level and private with hedges and trees for shade. Close to all the amenities.

The pool complex was superb , everything on site very clean , tidy and neat ..
Campervan grey water drain needs widening for vans with outlet on right hand side ..
Lovely pitch .. Hedges and flowers , slight slope so needed wedges.. couldn’t connect into waste as at higher level but nothing a problem

We paid extra for a grand comfort plot but unfortunately we discovered the toilets nearest to us were not open so we had a longer walk to the facilities and the lights in our area were not switched on so at night time our walk to the facilities started and ended in darkness. This was not safe and we felt that although we paid more for our plot, we actually received less.
Either keep all facilities open all year or don't put people in plots where there are not adequate facilities
We had water and electricity on the plot. The food in the restaurant was nice although the service slow.

the location to tour the country and the pyrenees is perfect. The restaurant was very good, with fair prices and very nice personal.
the shower
The chalet had everything we needed and the roominess and cleanliness was outstanding.
the shower is not so good. Not enough water pressure and what anoyed me most, was that you could not fix the shower head in a position to just stand under it...but had to always keep it in your hand.

Pretty well maintained site, lots of trees, shrubs, flowers. Decent clean toilet etc etc block. Very very nice swimming pool area. Good bar/restaurant. Good location, walkable to a beach & Bidart. Bus route should you need. Easy to explore area For us, an excellent stay.
We have a very large caravan. Accessed pitch with ease. Water/power/waste facility all close & convenient

very friendly welcome and the instructions for the site were very clearly and efficiently explained in English as we have little French. Each pitch has a hard standing for your caravan/motorhome which with the rain we have had this year is very good. The sanitaires are beautiful very clean and spacious. there was a problem during our stay that meant there was no hot water until about 0900 but we are satisfied this is being dealt with. The bar/restaurant is very good offering good food, well cooked and prepared and drinks including cocktails.
the only improvement at the time of our stay would be the water temperature but this is being addressed

Close to the centre of town and restaurants. Would happily return.
Paid for two days WiFi and the network didn't even show up on day two. Waste of money.

The campsite was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the camping pitch was spacious, the toilets and showers were very clean and regularly maintained, the pool area was lovely and the restaurant was very good value. The Pays Basque is beautiful. Highly recommended.

We made a roadtrip on the Atlanticcoast. Our stay on Ur-Onea was the Last stop. We really enjoyed the time..
The view, the clean toilet facility…

We had a fantastic stay at Ur Onea, a perfect location and a campsite with a great range of facilities and very friendly and employees. Very clean and everything was maintained.

Great pitches tailored to the requirements of the customer. Electrical hook ups and shady pitches available.
Only that the grass had had some wear in a small area and may have got muddy in excessive rain. This is very minor though and expected on a busy campsite. Plus we didn’t get much rain :-)
