Good location to explore the area and not drive too far. Nice towns, impressive mountains, with easy access to the valley rivers lakes and streams - good for our dog. Cycling some of the classic climbs from the campsite. Nice at this time of year as quieter but still warm.
Long journey from the UK. Mosquitoes annoying at times.
Good views, well equipped (apart from no Kettle - which is more of an English thing !). Clean and very functional.
The Birch tree providing welcome shade to the sitting area of the emplacement was also dropping lots of seeds at this time of year that had to be regularly brushed off the table.
