I loved the peace I found there that's so hard to find in campings with kids that play all the time. Tracey is the best host!

Expensive for what it is
Needs to be cleaned more regularly. There was often no toilet paper. Nearly all the sinks were blocked. There was no hot water. There were power cuts during our stay.

Más organización hubieron errores a la hora de darnos los edredones y las sábanas que necesitábamos tampoco tuvieron mucho cuidado al no darnos el teléfono por si había algún fallo fuera de horario de recepción y hubieron varios fallos de luz
El precio es un poco alto

The castle 🤩 the staff was so nice and helpful. The surroundings are spectacular! Nice pool and a nice cabin.

We had a fully serviced private pitch which was brilliant for us. The views all around us just stunning. Fantastic place. Highly recommended

Loungers need a revamp. Just a bit dirty. Would be great to have a dryer in the shed. The static homes have them on the decking. Be good to have one on the private pitches.

Liked the atmosphere, staff were great and can’t fault them. Food we didn’t try but looked nice. Great pitch once we were moved…
Initially we were put on a pitch which really wasn’t a pitch!! More of a dumping ground. Asked to be loved the following day and staff were great and loved us immediately ?? Back room staff (customer service) not so great I’m afraid. Only offered €20 refund when I asked for a full refund. The staff at the site did say they didn’t want anyone on the initial pitch but the company insisted (prob to fill the site) it was never meant to be a pitch and they even said it should have been cleared 2 months ago but wasn’t. Accepted their fault but didn’t offer a full refund. Disappointing.
Once we were moved it was excellent. Lots of space, privacy, hook up, water. Perfect.
As above, initial pitch location. Disliked the customer service from my complaint via email. Essentially we should have had a full refund for the night spent on the ‘dumping ground’ but they refused and only offered part refund.

Not possibility of changing the temperature of the water in the shawers, it was nearly boiling. Lack of maintenance

Great site and location but site needs work to restore it to former glory’s.
Particularly disliked the standard of maintenance and cleaning.

Grass not cut, no bench seating provided, 3 paying guests but only two sun loungers provided - even though the site was barely half full.

Photos de toboggan non présent, eau souvent froide aux sanitaires (super pour les douches et laver la vaisselle), plusieurs wc + douches condamnés, animation presque inexistante, patogoire hors service, pédiluve hors service, manque de personnel : aucunement digne d'un 4 étoiles

Bel environnement, la nature y est très présente, le calme y règne, l'endroit est très agréable. Nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir louer un mobil home en milieu de semaine, ce qui n'est pas possible dans d 'autres campings.
Un peu plus de services (snack). Il n'y avait plus de carte de randonnées à l'accueil.
La terrasse était bien aménagée, le mobil home était accueillant.

Les emplacements sont grands, très bien délimités et ombragés.
Le gros point noir de cet établissement sont les sanitaires: pas assez nombreux, ils sont vétuste pour certains et pas entretenus pour d'autres. Il y a des fuites, des soucis d'éclairage, et surtout d'eau (pas d'eau chaude pendant 3Jours, puis pas de pressions...). La piscine n'est pas très propre, le pédiluve n'a jamais fonctionné: ce n'est pas hygiénique. Ce camping n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles sauf pour le tarif appliqué !

Cela fait 6 ans que l on vient au camping du château,et je vois un changement depuis 2 ans . Au début le camping été très propre et depuis 2 ans ,on voit le laisse allé. Les sanitaires sont très sales et pas nettoyé tout les jours .je n avais jamais connu cela les années précédentes et je suis déçue et ne pense pas revenir dans ce camping ou nous y avons passé quelque années.
L hygiène des sanitaires et la réfection des chemins . Et l'entretien des emplacement..

Gehuurde tent was goed uitgerust. Kinderen vonden de bedden fijn slapen. Omgeving is prachtig.
Sanitairvoorzieningen op de camping zijn niet goed. Wc’s die niet doortrekken, vaak koude douches.

Nous avons du quitter le camping deux jours avant la fin du séjour, mon mari ne pouvait pas prendre de douche car aucunes étaient équipées de sièges De plus , pas d’eau chaude et un monde fou qui fait la queue pour se doucher Je regrette vraiment d’avoir choisi ce camping, la publicité sur leur site est mensongère car elle montre un lieu tout confort alors que ça n’est pas du tout le cas J’espère vraiment que vous allez me rembourser les deux jours où nous avons quitté votre camping Car au moment de notre départ, personne ne se trouvait à l’accueil et personne ne répondait au téléphone

ce camping ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles Rien ne fonctionne correctement, seulement 2 blocs sanitaires pour tout le monde Pas d’eau chaude, pas de douche avec siège , des coupures d’électricité jour et nuit Une anarchie totale Nous avons été obligé de partir 2 jours avant la in de notre séjour Au moment de notre départ, personne n’était présent à l’accueil donc impossible de réclamer un remboursement Je déconseille vivement ce camping et compte bien en parler autour de moi surtout si je n’arrive pas à être remboursé
