Excellent campsite, shaded pitch, excellent facilities, very friendly staff, speak excellent English.
Water temperature adjustment on showers. Sometimes would prefer a colder shower (e.g. on hotter days) but was stuck with a hot shower.

This site is most definitely not a four star or even a 3 star. Poor maintenance of pitches and access roads on site, big potholes and grass not cut. Toilet block, showers cold and very intermittent. No lighting on ladies side and only 2 toilets open and one of those emptied onto the floor. No working handwashing sink on gents side and one sink on the ladies side had no tap. The whole block was not at all clean. The chemical toilet was not easily accessible and again dirty. The washing machines did not work.
Maintenance of the grounds. Repair the broken plumbing in the toilet blocks and properly clean them and then a regular clean every day to maintain them
Location of the site. Pool was okay although the jacuzzi was not working and when I used the shower at the entrance the shower head fell off !! Such a shame this could be a great site with just some good grounds maintenance and regular cleaning

Very good location for walking and cycling. (Easy access to Bourg d'Oisans.)The views from the campsite are fab. This was our second visit to Camping Le Chateau Rochetaille. We will definitely return. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

No hand soap in the toilets, 50/50 toilet roll availability, none functioning toilets & urinals, no hot water for washing up, flooding in bathrooms (under the chateaux), no physical presence of staff, for assistance after 8pm, daily power cuts in the evening, taps not working on sinks in toilet, broken locks on showers. A general feeling of a lack of care and attention, and a lack of urgency to address clear issues.

Expensive for what it is
Needs to be cleaned more regularly. There was often no toilet paper. Nearly all the sinks were blocked. There was no hot water. There were power cuts during our stay.

Más organización hubieron errores a la hora de darnos los edredones y las sábanas que necesitábamos tampoco tuvieron mucho cuidado al no darnos el teléfono por si había algún fallo fuera de horario de recepción y hubieron varios fallos de luz
El precio es un poco alto

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf op de camping. De plekken zijn ruim en zeer schaduw rijk, wat in de warme zomers heel fijn is. de camping was soms 10 graden koeler dan het stadje. Zwembad heerlijk en een super fijn restaurant. Ook de ligging is ideaal voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Voor de rest zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. We hadden een technische probleempje en met 5 minuten was er al iemand en heeft ons direct goed geholpen.
Er is eigenlijk 1 grote verbetering nodig, maar daar is de camping zich gelukkig al bewust van. De sanitair, in ons geval het losstaande gebouw, kan dit formaat camping niet aan als het vol is. Het is oud. veel is stuk. en het warmwater had je soms wel en soms niet. dat is lastig met afwassen of douchen. maar als je eerlijk bent, dat is dan ook het enige en we kamperen. dus we konden ons er eigenlijk ook wel makkelijk op aanpassen. Het heeft zeker niet onze vakantie negatief beïnvloed

Un ou deux camions de gravier dans les allées du camping ne seraient pas un luxe; en cas de pluie de grandes flaques se créent ,circulation difficile si on ne souhaite pas se mouiller les pieds.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Bourg D'Oisans, le camping est bien situé, spacieux. Peu de vacanciers pendant notre séjour du coup, difficile d'avoir des animations adaptées à tous (et à la météo), mais nous ne sommes pas friands des animations en général. L'ambiance au bar était sympa tout de même.
La température de la piscine extérieure était un peu fraîche (moins de 25°C), et la météo n'a pas arrangé la situation, dommage. Heureusement que nous avions un jacuzzi à notre emplacement.
Nous occupions un chalet prestige avec Jacuzzi privatif. Ce nouveau logement était très confortable, suffisamment spacieux, bien isolé (phonique et température), bien équipé et propre à notre arrivée.
Notre emplacement n'était pas très grand, mais nous disposions d'un très grand emplacement en face pour stationner notre véhicule. La voie n'était pas passante car c'était une impasse au fond du camping. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité de recharger notre véhicule électrique à notre logement, un prise 20A suffirait amplement.

le cadre boisé jeux pour enfants sympa la piscine agréable, bungalow, calme, rien à redire.
le restaurant soirées à thème pas respectées, piscines les interdictions sauter, maillot de bains ne sont pas réglementaires, piscine manque d'entretien, terrasse de bungalow et table chaises et étendoir à linge dans un état catastrophique, pas de auvent. Chemin intérieur à entretenir. Manque petite épicerie, boutique pour dépanner.
