This site is most definitely not a four star or even a 3 star. Poor maintenance of pitches and access roads on site, big potholes and grass not cut. Toilet block, showers cold and very intermittent. No lighting on ladies side and only 2 toilets open and one of those emptied onto the floor. No working handwashing sink on gents side and one sink on the ladies side had no tap. The whole block was not at all clean. The chemical toilet was not easily accessible and again dirty. The washing machines did not work.
Maintenance of the grounds. Repair the broken plumbing in the toilet blocks and properly clean them and then a regular clean every day to maintain them
Location of the site. Pool was okay although the jacuzzi was not working and when I used the shower at the entrance the shower head fell off !! Such a shame this could be a great site with just some good grounds maintenance and regular cleaning

Very good location for walking and cycling. (Easy access to Bourg d'Oisans.)The views from the campsite are fab. This was our second visit to Camping Le Chateau Rochetaille. We will definitely return. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

No hand soap in the toilets, 50/50 toilet roll availability, none functioning toilets & urinals, no hot water for washing up, flooding in bathrooms (under the chateaux), no physical presence of staff, for assistance after 8pm, daily power cuts in the evening, taps not working on sinks in toilet, broken locks on showers. A general feeling of a lack of care and attention, and a lack of urgency to address clear issues.

the equipment of the mobile home was not complete, could be improved. sanitair buildings of the camp site were dirty and toilet paper was not refilled every day.

Expensive for what it is
Needs to be cleaned more regularly. There was often no toilet paper. Nearly all the sinks were blocked. There was no hot water. There were power cuts during our stay.

Más organización hubieron errores a la hora de darnos los edredones y las sábanas que necesitábamos tampoco tuvieron mucho cuidado al no darnos el teléfono por si había algún fallo fuera de horario de recepción y hubieron varios fallos de luz
El precio es un poco alto

Les grands emplacements par rapport à d’autres campings, la végétation sur tout le camping,le calme, la vue sur les montagnes, la piscine très propre, un bar restaurant à cote de la piscine , c’est délicieux et personnel fort sympathique, et en prime l’ensemble du personnel du camping très accueuillant, sympathique et à l’écoute. Tres bon rapport qualite prix, nous recommandons. Le camping merite ses 4 étoiles. Notre mobil home était un peu vieillissant mais le rapport qualite prix est là, bien se renseigner sur le choix de votre mobil home.
Fournir de l’ombre certains emplacements, de vrais grands parasols efficaces. Nous avions eu la chance d’avoir un temps exceptionnel sans grosses chaleurs, mais pour une famille avec 4 personnes, cela doit être compliqué de s’installer à l’ombre.

Terrasse bois à remplacer, la table exterieure à remplacer, et fournir un parasol plus grand et efficace, si grande chaleur, pas moyen de se mettre à l’ombre .

Comme l'an passé, un petit séjour agréable en mobil-home. Emplacement tranquille, mobil-home récent tout équipé, dont clim et télé, plus barbecue au gaz tout neuf. Camping familial, idéalement placé pour les amateurs de vélo ou randonnée. Et bien sûr la piscine est un plus. On reviendra, évidemment.

Ik vond het een super knusse fijn opgezette camping. Fijn zwembad, leuke paadjes, mooi gebouw van de receptie. De stacaravan was prima, alles zat erin.
Wel kan alles wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het receptie gebouw is aan renovatie toe, het dek van de stacaravan zakte door, een afdak zou ook geen overbodige luxe zijn omdat we ook een dag flinke regen hadden.

Goed restaurant. Afscheiding door groen. Sanitair werd redelijk goed schoongemaakt. Rustig. Zwembad.
Sanitair is erg verouderd.
Eerlijk gezegd zo gauw geen pluspunten te benoemen.
Beddengoed zat onder de haren en jeukte. Hele klis haar op tafeltje naast bed. Vlonder was kapot. (Erg klein.)

Bij aankomst lag alles klaar en het inchecken ging snel. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima camping op 8 kilometer van de start van de Alpe d'HuZes.
Misschien de wegen op de camping aanpakken, bij flinke regenval was het een grote modder.

Prachtige camping, mooi gelegen, ruime plekken, mooie huurtent met genoeg voorzieningen.
Sanitair kan een upgrade gebruiken. De douches waren niet altijd warm. Maar als ze warm waren dan waren ze heerlijk! Het zwembad is lekker maar er werd een glijbaan gemist door mijn zoon.
Ruim, goede inventaris, lekkere bedden.
