Very good location for walking and cycling. (Easy access to Bourg d'Oisans.)The views from the campsite are fab. This was our second visit to Camping Le Chateau Rochetaille. We will definitely return. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
Camping pitches are super and well maintained throughout.

No hand soap in the toilets, 50/50 toilet roll availability, none functioning toilets & urinals, no hot water for washing up, flooding in bathrooms (under the chateaux), no physical presence of staff, for assistance after 8pm, daily power cuts in the evening, taps not working on sinks in toilet, broken locks on showers. A general feeling of a lack of care and attention, and a lack of urgency to address clear issues.

the equipment of the mobile home was not complete, could be improved. sanitair buildings of the camp site were dirty and toilet paper was not refilled every day.

I loved the peace I found there that's so hard to find in campings with kids that play all the time. Tracey is the best host!

Expensive for what it is
Needs to be cleaned more regularly. There was often no toilet paper. Nearly all the sinks were blocked. There was no hot water. There were power cuts during our stay.

Más organización hubieron errores a la hora de darnos los edredones y las sábanas que necesitábamos tampoco tuvieron mucho cuidado al no darnos el teléfono por si había algún fallo fuera de horario de recepción y hubieron varios fallos de luz
El precio es un poco alto

The castle 🤩 the staff was so nice and helpful. The surroundings are spectacular! Nice pool and a nice cabin.

We had a fully serviced private pitch which was brilliant for us. The views all around us just stunning. Fantastic place. Highly recommended

Loungers need a revamp. Just a bit dirty. Would be great to have a dryer in the shed. The static homes have them on the decking. Be good to have one on the private pitches.

Initially we were put on a pitch which really wasn’t a pitch!! More of a dumping ground. Asked to be loved the following day and staff were great and loved us immediately ?? Back room staff (customer service) not so great I’m afraid. Only offered €20 refund when I asked for a full refund. The staff at the site did say they didn’t want anyone on the initial pitch but the company insisted (prob to fill the site) it was never meant to be a pitch and they even said it should have been cleared 2 months ago but wasn’t. Accepted their fault but didn’t offer a full refund. Disappointing.
Once we were moved it was excellent. Lots of space, privacy, hook up, water. Perfect.
As above, initial pitch location. Disliked the customer service from my complaint via email. Essentially we should have had a full refund for the night spent on the ‘dumping ground’ but they refused and only offered part refund.

Not possibility of changing the temperature of the water in the shawers, it was nearly boiling. Lack of maintenance

Great site and location but site needs work to restore it to former glory’s.
Particularly disliked the standard of maintenance and cleaning.

Grass not cut, no bench seating provided, 3 paying guests but only two sun loungers provided - even though the site was barely half full.

Mobil home confort 😱😰🥶 Sale , canapé déchiré, rideau cuisine cassé, hotte et meubles gras et sale ,rideau de salle de bain bloqué, fenêtre de la grande chambre ne fermait plus ,vaisselle avec des restants de nourriture dessus ,table de jardin et chaises très sales …..etc Pour clôturer le tout après avoir tout nettoyé Pour notre premier jour de vacances pas de gaz donc pas de chauffo pour se doucher et on ne pouvait pas se faire à manger 😤 Nous avons eu le gaz que le lendemain a 11h

Séjour en caravane en famille au cœur d'une vallée entouré de montagne dans un camping soit disant 4 étoiles...
Camping bien placé pour des randonnées mais vieillissant . A rénover entièrement du côté sanitaire et piscine . CAMPING mal géré et mal entretenu.
Emplacement délimité par des haies mal entretenue. Électricité sur Emplacement. Allées de circulation avec nid de poule crotte de chiens non ramasser dans certaines allées ou Emplacement. Camping non surveillé la nuit et non fermé.
Eau froide pour laver sa vaisselle. Douche tiède (même en absence de monde). Sol des sanitaires sales. WC pas de papier. Sol murs sales. Cuvette WC sale et qq cassés. Manque et absence de lumière dans certains sanitaire. PISCINE : portillon d'entrée ne fermant pas. Pediluve avec eau sale.(chaussure ou vêtement flottant) . Bassin extérieur eau froide. Patogoire enfant sans eau non matérialisee risque de chute des enfants. Pourtour piscine pas entretenu. Bassin intérieur eau tiède objet flottant (liner de la piscine se dégradant) font sales et pourtour crasseux. Plaintes de plusieurs campeurs

Malheureusement rien. Le mobil home est dégradé, la piscine est dangereuse , les services proposés sur la brochure sont inexistants.
Il faut tout reprendre . Un bon lifting est nécessaire

Banquette détériorée, terrasse détériorée, fuite d’eau usée sous le bungalow, manque de couvert pour déjeuner, odeur régulière d’égouts.

De staplaatsen voor de kampeerders en mobile homes zijn erg prettig gelegen, ruim en mooi afgescheiden door groene struiken. Het uitzicht op de bergen is fantastisch.
Dit was onze 4e keer op deze camping en het lijkt wel of er met elk verblijf weer iets is verdwenen aan faciliteiten. Eerder was er een sauna, turks stoombad, bubbelbad, glijbanen voor de kinderen, een fitnesszaal. Al deze dingen zijn inmiddels verdwenen, héel erg jammer! Ook de sanitaire voorzieningen takelen steeds meer af.
De stacaravan was zeer netjes en prettig om in te verblijven!
De caravan was wel wat verzakt waardoor deuren niet goed sloten.

Een stille camping die werkelijk tussen de Alpen reuzen gekneld zit met prachtige zichten. De nieuwe eigenaars doen echt hun best voor de update. In vergelijking met vorig jaar zijn de paden opgevuld, en alle hagen en bomen mooi gesnoeid. Er is zelfs een restaurant gekomen met een heerlijke kaart, eerlijke prijzen en VERSE produkten! Zo aten wij de burger, entrecote en fondue Savoyarde. De gehuurde caravan is wat je kan verwachten voor die prijs. Alles werkte. Ook es uit nieuwgierigheid binnen gekeken in de sanitair blokken, en die waren keurig gepoetst. Doe zo voort!
Het authentieke kasteel niet laten verkommeren. Is een pareltje. De terras ook open houden over de middag om te consumeren op de camping. Gekleurde zakken in de caravans om op voorhand te kunnen sorteren voor recyclage.
Dat is wat je kan verwachten voor deze prijs. Alles werkte. En een frigo die zelfs bij warme temperaturen echt koelt!
Misschien dekbedden voorzien ipv een dekentje. De spaar douche koppen laten te weinig water door om volgdoende warm water door de boiler te krijgen.
