Great location, lovely pool, quality cabins. Superb food at the campsite restaurant

This site is most definitely not a four star or even a 3 star. Poor maintenance of pitches and access roads on site, big potholes and grass not cut. Toilet block, showers cold and very intermittent. No lighting on ladies side and only 2 toilets open and one of those emptied onto the floor. No working handwashing sink on gents side and one sink on the ladies side had no tap. The whole block was not at all clean. The chemical toilet was not easily accessible and again dirty. The washing machines did not work.
Maintenance of the grounds. Repair the broken plumbing in the toilet blocks and properly clean them and then a regular clean every day to maintain them
Location of the site. Pool was okay although the jacuzzi was not working and when I used the shower at the entrance the shower head fell off !! Such a shame this could be a great site with just some good grounds maintenance and regular cleaning

Very good location for walking and cycling. (Easy access to Bourg d'Oisans.)The views from the campsite are fab. This was our second visit to Camping Le Chateau Rochetaille. We will definitely return. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

No hand soap in the toilets, 50/50 toilet roll availability, none functioning toilets & urinals, no hot water for washing up, flooding in bathrooms (under the chateaux), no physical presence of staff, for assistance after 8pm, daily power cuts in the evening, taps not working on sinks in toilet, broken locks on showers. A general feeling of a lack of care and attention, and a lack of urgency to address clear issues.

the equipment of the mobile home was not complete, could be improved. sanitair buildings of the camp site were dirty and toilet paper was not refilled every day.

Expensive for what it is
Needs to be cleaned more regularly. There was often no toilet paper. Nearly all the sinks were blocked. There was no hot water. There were power cuts during our stay.

Más organización hubieron errores a la hora de darnos los edredones y las sábanas que necesitábamos tampoco tuvieron mucho cuidado al no darnos el teléfono por si había algún fallo fuera de horario de recepción y hubieron varios fallos de luz
El precio es un poco alto

Eigenlijk hebben we het alleen met elkaar fijn gehad en blij dat we weer weg konden
Sanitaire onder het chateau is sterk verouderd , vies en onhygiënisch en te heet water waardoor m’n dochter van 8 het gevoel had dat ze verbrandde. Je kan het water ook niet kan aanpassen. Het andere sanitair gebouw heeft stink water dus we hebben niet gedoucht deze dagen….
Ontvangst was prima
We stonden bij de ingang terwijl 2/3 van de camping leeg stond. Ookal stonden we er maar 2 dagen hadden we dat fijn gevonden omdat er hard gereden wordt op de camping en er veel zand vrijkomt en stoffig is. Er is ook geen slagboom dus veilig gevoel is er niet. Iedereen kan zomaar binnenrijden.Er lag hondenpoep op de camping, vlakbij waar wij stonden. Zwembad had zowel al binnen en buitenzwembad vies stinkend water. De trappetjes van de zwembaden waren kapot waardoor je niet met een veilig gevoel er in en eruit kon. Restaurant had zijn eigen tijden terwijl er op de app wat anders stond.

Prima plek voor uitstapjes in de bergen, van alle gemakken voorzien, leuk restaurant. Doen hun best om de campinggasten het naar de zin te maken

Plusieurs nids de guêpes sur le mobilhome mais le personnel est intervenu très vite pour les supprimer 👍
