A great stay at this rustic campsite run by lovely people. Pitches were well kept and spacious - we had a basic pitch, no electricity and it was great for what we wanted. Toilets and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Staff / owners were very friendly and welcoming. 30 min walk into Brantom along a nice route. Would definitely stay again for a short break.

Very friendly owners. Lovley small campsite with pool and snack bar. Large pitches. Loved the animals wondering around. Sanitaires spotless. Great location a few minutes on a bike into the town.

Was a little way out from the town, a good 30 minute walk. If not very mobile you would need a vehicle.
Site very basic. Lights in facilities block went out whilst still dark.

This is a really friendly campsite and the owner makes good pizzas! 2.5km from brantome and very quiet .
The owner gave us a pitch out of the wind and rain during a storm and kindly let us use the veranda of a nearby chalet to sit out of the rain as the campsite was very quiet

Spent two nights here, very friendly welcome and a nice pitch allocation. Easy access to water and electricity. Sanitaires clean and convenient. Not sure if there was toilet disposal facility but there is an easy to use service in Brantôme which is free.Brantome itself is a beautiful town with a good selection of restaurant's and bars and some nice shops. Two walking routes into town, one largely off road to the large roundabout then pavement into the town, takes about 25 minutes. Would definitely visit again and stay at Camping Brantôme.

Very welcoming. Lovely site with great facilities and the host was very enthusiastic to ensure we had a nice time. I wish we could have stayed longer than the one night we had booked.?

Very large grass pitch which was quite level. Small sight and very friendly staff.Lovely swimming pool, but we did not use as children were using it quite a lot but it looked nice. There was entertainment on one of the nights which sounded okay but we didn’t attend.
Chemical toilet disposal was a small metal cover in the ground near the sanitary block with just a hosepipe. Took a while to discover where it was. Would suggest you definitely take protective gloves with you when emptying.
The pitch was very large and quite private with large hedges around. However we had 3 families on pitch next to us (1 motorhome, 2 tents and 2 cars on pitch). All had young children and a dog so it was quite noisy at times. That said, we did enjoy our stay as sight is very near Brantôme centre.
A new toilet/shower block had just been installed which had excellent showers. Showers and toilets are unisex but were clean. Small block of 2 toilets, 2 washbasins, 2 showers and 1 large toilet/shower room for disabled. Take own toilet paper and soap for handwashing. Other block was older and darker but still clean. This had 3 each of toilets, washbasins and showers. Noticed the toilets were all out of action one morning which left only 2 toilets and disabled toilet room for entire site. Again, although small site, everything was kept clean.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce camping. L'accueil a été chaleureux. Les propriétaires se montrés disponible et à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour. Les emplacements sont spacieux, propres et bien entretenus, tout comme les sanitaires. Nous recommandons vivement ce camping. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

La situation a proximité de Brantome. L'accueil des propriétaires.
Hors saison, la piscine n'est pas accessible. La période d'ouverture n'est pas indiquée sur le site. Les emplacements sont très inclinés.
La nature le calme
merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Concernant la piscine, nous précisons que ses dates d'ouvertures sont clairement indiquées sur notre site internet. Votre séjour ayant eu lieu hors de cette période, celle ci était effectivement fermée. En ce qui concerne les emplacements, notre camping est situé sur un terrain naturel, ce qui explique que certains puissent être en pente. Nous restons bien entendu disponibles pour conseiller nos clients lors de leur réservation afin de leur proposer un emplacement adapté à leurs attentes. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau. L’accueil très chaleureux d’Angelique et Régis, le calme, les promenades environnantes et un camping à taille humaine très bien entretenu.
Emplacement enherbé très bien délimité par des haies et très propre.

les panneaux d'indication du camping en bordure de la route principale peu visible et peu attirant
l'emplacement du mobil home ,la propreté
2 petites anomalies à l'arrivée vite remisent en état par le propriétaire aucune dangerosité

Les patrons très sympa et le camping bien entretenu, des lapins qui gambadent , les chevaux à proximité, on se sent tout de suite bien chez vous. Petit bar resto avec les meilleures pizzas de l'ouest dixit le chef. Plus un local pour se poser pour manger pour les baroudeurs , j'ai passé un bon séjour, si je repasse dans le coin , je m'y arrete sans hésitation,
