The pool was clean and refreshing in the heat and good fun to use during the mornings. Children enjoyed the water slide. Facilities had good showers and were mostly clean. Plenty to do on site. Pitch was a good size.
11 o clock silence rule was not adhered to at all. We had 4 nights in a row where we were kept awake until 2 / 3am. Never saw a nighttime guard (despite being told they were there) and no-one did anything about the screaming teenagers/ drunk adults who hung around the toilet facilities making loud noises well into the night. Pool could get incredibly rowdy with balls being hurled / kicked across it. No toilet seats.

The staff were incredible we had a couple of issues with our car breaking down and they were amazing helping us. The site is really lovely, very very clean, gorgouse facilities and the pool is lovely . I would highly recommend this...we have already booked again for next year

Wow that was such a luxury. Having our own private bathroom with a kitchen and fridge freezer made the holiday even better and the pitch was an excellent size...i would highly recommend this...we have already booked again for next year

Location was perfect with plenty of cycle routes, close to the beach and bars and restaurants. The campsite was very clean and shower/toilet facilities were modern and also very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Some of the pitches for tents and caravans would be nicer if they were level

We really enjoyed our stay here, the pool area is lots of fun and is immaculate, the entertainment team are really great and made it feel like there was always something going on. There was a real feel in this campsite like everyone knew each other and had been coming for years but we were made feel very welcome and my kids absolutely loved it, especially the evening entertsinments. We never come back to the same campsite twice but I think for this one we will
Things like no toilet paper, no hand soap, no way of drying your hands and the baby area in the bathroom being closed. Also it would be great if the pool was open an hour later.
Could not have got a better pitch B11, had a water tap on the pitch which was soo handy and could see the pool from our caravan. Loved it.
We might ask for a pitch with some shade in future

This is our 8th year at this site. Since Christelle and her team took over the running of the campsite last year they have made great improvements in keeping the pitches neat and tidy grass cut short and the hedges trimmed. Toilet and showering facilities were spotless. Christelle also took a walk round the campsite everyday speaking to guests which was very appreciated. Please ensure that Christelle and her team get the praise they deserve.
Although not part of the campsite responsibility the bar and food facility was very poor and the staff were ignorant to any English speaking people (I'm Scottish) definitely lost a lot of English speaking people's custom. I know a few of them said they weren't coming back to the campsite because of this. So in a way could cost the campsite bookings. I however will still be coming back to the campsite next year for the 9th year as I enjoy the campsite I will just not use the bar and food facilities.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Spotless sanitary facilities. Clean & tidy pitches. Nothing is any trouble for Christelle & her husband. They are very helpful , polite & friendly. They always have time to stop and ask how you are, how your day has been & if there is anything you need. A first class service.
The pitches in previous years have been overgrown with weeds, the hedges not cut back or trimmed & grass not cut but this year everything was neat & tidy which is much better looking and our caravan doesn't get scratched

We have been coming to the campsite since 2018 and it is just the best. Now that Christelle and Nicolas are the managers things are even better. They really ensure everything is perfect for us. They are extremely friendly.
It’s the only thing I can suggest and it’s not even that important but maybe the top road could do with being resurfaced as it’s quite dusty.

Great site near to the town . The staff were very helpful and let us move to a more shaded pitch but away from our own sanitation. Our price was amended and was very reasonable

The staff were really friendly as were the more permanent residents.
I am a Coeliac so Gliten Free options in the restaurant would have been nice. I know this is difficult though.
Pitch was fine and had a tv point too. The WiFi was really strong.

Staff very friendly, pitches good size. Facilities cleaned regularly. Being able to prepay before arrival saved time at check in.
