Had to leave very short after arriving because of a unfortunatel family matter. We paid for a whole week, didn't spend a single night. Got no refund whatsoever, even though the camping promised to look into it.

To improve the advertising of the lake as it very dirty looking and smelly. I’d question how safe it is for humans to be swimming in that?

Staff were lovely and multilingual. Gave us a non-pitch pitch so that we could be next to our friends. Amenities great and cleaned daily. Great communication around arrival and region fire bans received in advance.
We requested neighbouring pitches months ago, I think there was an error earlier in the day, but the staff member who checked me in moved things around and gave us a good options. Swimming pond was somewhat murky, would have been good to have been given reassurance it was tested regularly and safe in a heat wave.
Given great options and we’re close to friends. Generous pitches.

We live in Singapore and this was the second time we visited this camp ground during a Europe trip. It's an amazing place with super friendly staff, lots of things to do for the kids and a relaxing environment for the adults. I highly recommend it!
The kids took the bucket from the mobile home to the pond, broke it, and when we informed the team at checkout were charged EUR 20 for a plastic bucket. While I agree that they shouldnt have taken the bucket / shouldnt have broken it, EUR 20 felt quite steep and the amount choses somewhat at random.
Perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. We used the kitchen quite a lot and watched the worldcup in the lounge

Wat bomen iets terug snoeien met de camper raakte we veel takken.De borden weg halen van de ijsjes als je ze niet meer verkoopt!!!

Freundliches Personal, schöne Stellplätze, viele Sportmöglichkeiten und Spiele für Kinder sowie der Standort in der Natur - super für Hunde
Es fehlten uns Gehwege sowie Radwege zu den Dörfern bzw. zum Supermarkt fehlten. An der Landstraße ist es zu gefährlich.
Die Ruhe und die Natur. Service des leckeren Baguette und Croissant. Insgesamt sehr nette Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption!
Sanitäre Anlagen könnten besser sein. Es fehlten Aufhängehaken in den Kabinen und Toiletten für Handtücher und Kulturtaschen… Mehr Abfalleimer in den Kabinen. Wasserhahn hatte wenig Druck, somit wenig Wasser.

Excellent week-end aux Castors. Personnel très sympathique et à l écoute. Très bon petits déjeuners apporté à notre mobile-home.

Le camping situé au pied des montagnes et des grandes villes Mulhouse, Belfort et Montbéliard fut un havre de calme et grâce au SPA, ressourçant. séjour du 13 au 20, avec le week end du patrimoine
Malheureusement, il n'y a plus de restauration (même simple) sur place, et le soir, soit faut se cuisiner, soit reprendre la voiture !

Die Ruhe, die Weite und allgemein das Ambiente. Gute Idee, alle Hundebesitzer erhalten eine Dose mit Kotsäcklein für die Hunde. Die Hundebesitzer haben sie auch genutzt, super.
Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen und der Zeltplatzladen hatte praktisch keine Waren mehr. Aus unserer Sicht ein zu frühes Saisonende, umso mehr als der Zeltplatz erst Ende Oktober schliesst.
Das Cottage war wunderschön über dem See gelegen und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Zweckmässig und schön eingerichtet.
