Helpful staff, good restaurant, peaceful vibe
The electric vehicle charging points need to be improved in terms of both plug sockets and pricing.
Plenty of space, the stream (dry when we were there)
Better signage may have helped, but I suppose if you are there for more than one day, you learn where everything is.

We like the swimmingpool, spa, snackbar, supernice restaurant chez Jean-Mi, calmth, facilities of the luxury emplacement
Absolutely no shade on our camping spot (131) during the whole day. No stability in watertemperature of the shower. During showering the water becomes icecold for a minute and then becomes warm again.(NOT related to neighbours showering, we checked this)

The spa and pool area was really nice. The Jean Mi restaurant was excellent and Bryan (?) looked after us really well. We really liked the pitches and site layout.
Being asked to move by the gardener so he could cut the grass just after we’d set up camp after a long journey was unreasonable and then he continued anyway with his strimmer flicking stones at our motorhome. The toilet/shower facilities need that extra 10% attention. E.g. cobwebs and cleaning missed. We came from Austria and the difference is evident. The snack bar hours weren’t listed and it was always closed when we needed it.

Had to move along one pitch on arrival due to a big puddle in the middle of it after the heavy rain.

Loved the natural environment. The location is superb for hiking. Fabulous boulangerie in the town.

Fantastic site and location but weather spoilt it for us as no hardstand pitches which with amount of rain caused issues
When paying for a premium pitch with private facilities I would expect to not have to walk through mud to get anywhere. These pitches should at least be offering hardstand please

We only stayed a very short while, arriving at around 7pm and leaving at 8am the next day, however I thoroughly enjoyed the campsite. The site is beautifully landscaped, with different trees and shrubs partitioning off the emplacements, and little chalets and comfort emplacements distributed throughout the site to make it feel more integrated. The facilities were immaculate and well laid out. The bar was a lovely place to have an Aperol in the evening. The family-focussed atmosphere felt very relaxed.
None, really! Our emplacement was a little muddy but we did book *very* last minute (so I think it was being given a chance to dry out before we went and booked it) and we were in a camper van so I don't feel it detracted from our stay.
The site was beautifully landscaped, the facilities were extremely clean (and all round great), a relaxed atmosphere.

Size of the campsite, quiet stay, nice pool
The sanitary building was not ok for a 5* Camping site. It was not very clean, no towels at all, no soap on most days, no water pressure and durable temperatures in the showers, no deposits for things.

The pool was a god send, lovely restaurant small bar but pricey but hey it’s a holiday !.. shower a laundry all good 7€ for wash simple card payment - not much else around but as it was so hot (34degs) we only managed a walk up to the source of Mosel about 40-50 mins walk steady incline all way
Better shop on site as very poor and could not find anything local - messed up our bakery order as well 😬

The campsite is really great. The kids enjoyed the playgrounds and the swimming pool.
The house offered plenty of space in and in front of it and we enjoyed the garden in front of it Super restaurant
No icing compartment in the refigerator No toilet in the second floor. Although we knew it, we missed it. Especially when you are older and have to go down the steep stairs No Shower, squeaking doors in the second floor are disturbing at night. The wooden floor in the bedrooms crunches very loud which is not fun in the night, when someone has to go down to the toilet. The stairs are too steep for older people We nevertheless enjoyed the stay, but frankly speaken, there is mismatch between price and building status and equipment of Julie, which reflects the status of the building year

We moesten 16 A. delen met 4 plekken. Zat een fout in de aansluiting. Meerdere keren sloegen de stoppen door.

Gezinsvriendelijk, kidsclub is leuk, een speeltuin, de kinderen hebben het erg naar hun zin gehad. Camping heeft een beekje, en vooral bij de tenten/ campers beschutting van bomen. Het ligt in een mooie omgeving, mooie heuvels, je kan er goed fietsen (fietsen zijn te huur) . Er is een buiten en binnenbad. Vriendelijk personeel.
Huisje kon schoner. Op zonnige dagen is het zwembad erg druk en soms harde muziek.
Huisje is mooi ingericht, voelt ruim met z'n vieren. Erg fijn om 2 badkamers te hebben. Lekker groot terras met bbq en eettafel. Mooie keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt.
Kon schoner, vlek op de bank, bank was ook ingezakt, 2 lampen deden het niet, douche deur kon niet goed dicht. En koelkast maakte veel lawaai. Dus ondanks dat het huisje er wel mooi op het oog uit zag, bleken er wat gebreken.

L’emplacement du camping et la gentillesse du personnel. Les repas servis sont très bons. La piscine est bien.
Les jeux pour enfants à côté des sanitaires sont très dangereux, le toboggan se termine à 1m du sol. Les dimensions du véhicule sont demandées mais pas prises en compte, nous avions un emplacement sur lequel nous ne pouvions aller… Les sanitaires (WC et douches) étaient très sales, présence d’excréments… Machine à laver en panne et impossible de sécher le linge Bien que ça ne soit pas lié directement au camping, c’est ultra bruyant.

Lieu calme et paisible Un séjour en amoureux très agréable situé à l’ombre des arbres, très apprécié par cette chaleur. Nous avons l’intention d’y retourner l’année prochaine
Piscine agréable. Cependant, il serait souhaitable d’interdire les jeux de balle ou ballon dans la piscine pour la tranquillité et la sécurité de tous.
Une bonne literie, l’équipement du logement Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres très appréciées Climatisation et lave-vaisselle au top Terrasse abritée, aménagée avec salon de jardin Lit déjà fait à notre arrivée et serviettes de toilettes à disposition.

Selon l'ensoleillement, il a toujours été possible d'aérer le lodge et de profiter d'un peu de vent. La terrasse était spacieuse et l'emplacement idéal : au calme et proche de tout
Le canapé en tissu qui retient les odeurs et poussières (cuir ou simili plus adapté aux familles et animaux). La mise à disposition d'un sèche-cheveux aurait été pratique.
