Lovely site for camping and caravanning. Very spacious and picturesque private plots.Amazing pool area and terrace. Excellent meals, pizza and bar. Abundance of bird life and such a lovely area for exploring. Above all, Stuart and Sheila are brilliant host and made our stay so enjoyable and always there to help. An unforgettable holiday, thank you so much
None at all
Pitches are large and private, surrounded by bushes and trees offering shade when needed. Hook-ups and water at hand. Toilets, showers and washing facilities were quality. Very very peaceful. Fridge hire was brilliant. Outstanding

The pool The car on the freedom pitch which ultimately saved the holiday
sadly this was not what I was expecting and not what the website stated. its clearly a campsite which is nearing its end of life other than the pool there was nothing at all to do and although I enjoy peace and quiet there was a deathly silence to the place completely void of any atmosphere or life almost oppressive in its silence No entertainment quiz nights or barbecues on the terrace as per website no choices of regional wines as I would expect at a french campsite no stocked local shop in reception too many Do Not signs everywhere. It needs a complete change of direction to survive.
Good size and private

Very relaxed, idyllic setting and lovely to be able to swim with a large pool. Toilet and showers always very clean.
It would be useful if we could book our pitch number as I have a leg disability and need to near toilet block, rather than hope there is.one free.
Good sized and private pitch.

One of our most favorite campsites anywhere, it feels like coming home every time we arrive. The owners are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. facilties are super clean and the swimming pool and tennis court are amazing. Restaurant food is also incredible so 5* is probably not enough. Lots to do and see around so a great base as well
Pitch was well maintained and electric and water on each pitch, good balance of shade and sun

It was a lovely site, peaceful and especially liked that it was adult only. Very accommodating hosts. Found the bar and restaurant very good.
There is only one toilet shower block so it can be a bit of a walk from the furthest pitch to use the facilities. Also found Internet access was only available around the bar/restaurant area so a bit of a walk each morning to try and get access to enable you to use your phone/ipad. There are no shops or bar/restaurants within immediate area so transport is required if you want to go anywhere. We had a small scooter on a trailer, so managed to get out most days. Rocamadour is approximately 25/30 minute drive from the site and well worth a visit.
The pitches are quite large and some are very sunny, others more in the shade so you can choose where you want to pitch. We found the pitches well maintained with electric and water.

The perfect place to unwind in perfect quietness and tranquillity. The hosts - Stuart and Shelia are always accommodating and friendly. Full of local information and help. The Chateau's pool, bar and dining facilities complete the whole experience. Complaints - I had to come to home too soon.
Perfect as is.
Pitch was of a great size, with electricity, water and grey water drainage in the corner. Hedging/trees provided good privacy. All the pitches and lawned areas mowed regularly.

Spacious pitches.
For shower to be set so that one can have a shower before entering the pool. Information pack regarding times when to collect bread etc.
Pitches were good. Nice size. Friendly campers on-site.
Dog barking during the night. Festival (music) playing in the distance. Maintenance being carried out on site lodges while we stayed on the site. Continuing noise like a sand grinder or water power washer. This went on for most of the day. We found it hard to relax as the noise was constant. We understand maintenance has to be carried out at times, but a curtesy call would have been appreciated. Apparently we stayed on the campsite a week before their season started. We felt that this was very evident during our stay. There was no BBQ night as advertised or music band.

Peace and quiet was excellent, the whole site was clean and tidy and you could see a lot of effort had gone into making it very nice, Stuart and Shiela were both very welcoming. The meal in the very nice restaurant was superb.
Possibly WiFi to the pitches but to be honest it was nice to be without it, ok WiFi around the bar area if you needed it to catch up.
Excellent, short grass slightly sloping and shade if you needed it.

Beautiful location which is a short drive to the must see Rocamadour. Lovely quiet swimming pool with the added bonus of no noisy kids. The hard working Chateau owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
Massive pitch for our 7.7M motorhome with the added bonus of a hire car which allowed us to visit the surrounding area which would not have been possible otherwise as the roads are fairly narrow.
