Camping Terra Verdon

Stayed on b72. No visible hook up. Phone reception eariler in the day & asked what time they close for the day, 8pm. Arrived to site at 19:50, reception staff didn't speak much english. They said our info pack was already with the night staff. Staff very moody, unhelpful and sharp in the restaurant. Asked if the football was going to be switched on and said “NOT MY JOB” and asked another person “don’t know” service means actually helping a customer! Bar people were nice though! No sound on footie. No water for showers or sinks in the morning! No toilet paper. I wouldn’t call it 5 star camping

Check all toilets for toilet paper. Went on arrive day and still had none the following day. Used shower block at end of row.

Great facilitieson site. The kids loved the swimming area. easy check in / check out. The app was a great addition to help with the stay . Close to beautiful Lake Castillon. Delicious food on site . And the staff were lovely & helpful. Highly recommend .

Nothing to note

Lovely campsite in a lovely location. Super clean and well run. The pool and toilets/showers are spotless, all the staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Hopefully we will stay here again. Recommended

Larger playground slides/frames for young kids

The camping team, especially the animator, was incredibly friendly. We enjoyed a calm stay in early season, discovering the beautiful area, going canyoning with help of the reception and relaxing in the pool and at the mobil-home.

The mobil-home was a bit cold in the night because of the season, but we had plenty of blankets and quick heating which solved the problem.

Wow! What a campsite. Great pitches, superb facilities. Lovely and clean. Takeaway food is an incredible standard! We loved it and will definitely be back!

It’s a wonderful campsite in a wonderful location. The pools and slides are brilliant and my children really loved the inflatables and sports area. The staff are super helpful. The facilities were kept really clean. We loved the free guided tours of the local area arranged by the campsite with its staff. We would come and stay again.

The first pitch we were allocated was full of large rocks/stones and unsuitable for a tent. Luckily we were found a different pitch as we could not have slept on that terrain. There were not enough showers or toilets in the block servicing most of the tents and caravans.

Not a criticism, just a heads up, 2 bathroom facilities next to each other, unclear if male or female or mixed, so could be a bit disconcerting to some, didn’t bother us.

Personnel très agréable.

Toilettes et douches pas toujours très propres. Emplacement très sale à notre arrivée. Animation tardives quand on veut se reposer.

Lack of English when ordering bread or chicken, not able to pay by card in shop, very hard en short mattresses in mobile home, shower-system way too high, shine through toilet window (when dark outside and light on inside > it really is a shame to see your neighbors pee)

The mobile home was clean and welcoming. All the facilities were well fitted into the space and the basic needs were met. The activities organized and inhouse amenities like playgrounds, bouncy castles, swimming pool rides etc were really good. The staff were quite reactive to any service requests. The Barbeque facility was really good and had a great family time with friends

Nous avons apprécié le cadre et la piscine du haut, celle du bas était trop froide. Le kit d’arrivé pour le toutou nous a touché.

Pour un 4* je m’attendais à mieux. Un des toboggans était HS et nous n’en avons pas été informé. Il n’y a aucune poubelle dans le camping.

Beau camping, idéalement situé. Super équipe d'animation, bonne ambiance, bon restau. Large horaire d'ouverture de piscine

Toboggan régulièrement en panne. De gros problème dans les douches avec quotidiennement des soucis de pression d'eau ou d'eau chaude dans 2 blocs sur 3.

Très beau camping, très propre avec un espace aquatique topissime et d’une propreté assez rare!! Bravo Équipe très agréable de la réception, au restaurant et à l’animation. (Pas vu d’autres personnes de l’équipe car pas rencontrés de soucis) Jeux gonflables top pr les enfants Cadre idyllique entouré des montagnes Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Peut être des animations plus variées, les spectacles sont les mêmes d’un vendredi à l’autre par exemple « nrj verdon award » et sur notre 2e semaine, 2 karaokes + 2 jeux types karaokes : un peu dommage, on finissait aux jeux gonflables.. Nous regrettons des soirées types « 14 juillet » donc disco.

Leuk verblijf in Terra Verdon, Leuke zwembaden en vriendelijk personeel.

Misschien een winkeltje op de camping zou gemakkelijk zijn, alhoewel de supermarkt heel dichtbij is.
