The site was very clean, tidy, well maintained with excellent modern facilities. The pitches are very large with good privacy. The site is spacious and peaceful and very calming. Stunning views.

Run by Hans (Dutch) and his partner Delphine, this is a real gem of a campsite and we received a friendly and helpful welcome right from the start, with a personal tour of the facilities and help in choosing the best available pitch. Hans speaks at least three languages fluently (Dutch, French and English) and they both run the site with a warm and pleasant touch. The bar and restaurant facilities were exceptional - far beyond the usual standard that you might expect to find on a campsite. The food was superb and Delphine's Henaritry au Boeuf (Mauritian) and was absolutely delicious.
The pitches with electric hook-ups run down the centre track and all were generously large, with smaller tent pitches behind hedges either nearer to the river Bonnette, or the road, which was very quiet and never disturbed us. The whole site is attractively laid out and has a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. In June when we were there, the newer toilet block at the far end was closed and the unisex facilities in the reception block coped pretty well with the lowish number of people on-site. Most campers were from the Netherlands and a few from Belgium, which suited us fine.

There were music concerts on the area which lastet untill 6 AM Saturday and another till 1 AM Tuesday. So a good rest wasn't possible those nights

Nous sommes restes lors de la traversée de la région en randonnée sur le GR46, en juin 2024 puis encore en mai 2025..
Tranquillité, près de la nature. Repas disponible. Facilement accessible aux randonneurs sur le GR46 grâce à une pont sur le ruisseau La Bonnette
La .montee abrupte au village. Heures restreintes des magasins au village.

Delphine et Hans nous ont accueilli dans la bonne humeur et la gentillesse. Leur camping est très bien entretenu et propre. l'emplacement où nous étions était spacieux et délimité par de grandes haies ce qui nous mettait hors de vue des autres emplacements. Les sanitaires propres avec par exemple le papier toilette à disposition et des éponges neuves. Ils ont un restaurant avec de très bonnes spécialités Malgaches. Bref un séjour très sympathique. Merci à eux.
