Car with roof tent + tent. Our spot was huge and had so much space left to use. Close to a power station.

I spent a week with my cousin during UTMB. Quiet environment, accessible by train, car, bus and foot. Every day you can buy baguettes and dinner. Bathrooms, showers, car safely parked, pod sufficient
The behavior of some people, who are unfortunately intolerant. For example, slamming the toilet doors in the evening, children running around the camp in the evening and the dog barking at night, which the staff resolved the next day.
Pod is fully equipped, with dishes. Nice sitting area in front with a view of Mont Blanc and Midi. Possibility to park your car right next to it. I will definitely come back.

Think about not blocking the WC, showers and bathroom as a whol in one single time. You might find a solution where you would block just half of the capacity (with some yellow "A" signs and after cleaning that part, switch it to the other half... It limited us quite significantlly in our plans.
We loved the place and the space was enough. A very good compromice between tent and hotel room :)))
However, we believe there is a space for improvement in case of HOT weather which is more and more days in the year... If you find solution for the "roof" to cover not with black and dark materials, that coul help with few degrees celsius inside during the day. It was veeeery hot and it was taking energy out of our body. You have heaters inside, that is perfect. Start to think about how to cool the spot as well, please.

Location is very good, quiet, nice camp, friendly staff, clean. 5 min walk to train station, best view of mountains.

Toilet disposal for caravans of camp next door, is on the fence near the pitches, so when somebody goes to clean their toilet it smells to all neighbour pitches.

Beautiful ever changing views of Mont Blanc and l’Aguille du Midi. Well kept campsite and facilities maintained to high standard of cleanliness despite being heavily used at this busy time of year.

We had a pitch for a VW camper with awning + a separate tent, with plenty of space for a family of 4.

Some more instructions on the dryer as had to guess heat and it didn't dry and reception had closed so couldn't buy another token.

The views are truly amazing. I can't believe there can still be a campsite on this prime piece of land. The owners are friendly and hard working. The toilets and showers are always clean.
I would have preferred toilet seats, bus these bowls kind of have a toilet seat shape and they're always clean.

I highly recommend the Campin Les Marmottes. It is a special place where we have been able to disconnect from routine life. From the first moment it was very easy for our stay there, thak to the support any moment by the owners. Excellent facilities that make your rest easier. Our pet was better than home. We will definitely be back another time. MERCY BEAUCOUP

The front desk couldnt be more helpful!! The site is beautiful, Mont Blanc peeking over you in the background. The bathrooms were super clean & efficient !!
Caravan. The site offered plenty of space. Great shade. Be careful with the tight bridge you need to pass in order to enter. Call them with your campervan dimensions, they will help you!!
