A few tweeks on hedge trimmed,grass cut but otherwise was great value and decent quality site. Maybe a memories notice to water point areas for Campervan (signs)

Location was perfect with stunning views of Mont Blanc from our pitch. Owners and staff very friendly. Free train into Chamonix and other areas along the line. Dog friendly. We walked to Chamonix several times too ( lovely walk along Lac des Gaillands) - takes around 45 minutes. There is very little in the immediate vicinity in terms of shops or cafés so make sure you bring supplies with you. We like to park up the campervan and explore on foot or public transport. Usual campsite facilities - showers, toilets, laundry and washing up facilities. No toilet paper which is the norm.
Would prefer to be able to book in advance, you can only do this if you book over 5 nights. If we're driving a long distance we want to be guaranteed a space. They shut the toilet/ shower facilities everyday to clean which is great but it would be useful to leave maybe 1 or 2 toilets open rather than closing the whole block for the duration. Also would prefer hot water for washing dishes.
Location, stunning views, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was an incredible stay with the most beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The site owners were very welcoming and helpful, and took time for a chat. They fixed us up with an extra extension cable, and gave us good advice about where to go. The view (when it came on the second day) of the Bossons glacier above the campsite was amazing. We appreciated the free train pass, which allowed us to go in and out of Chamonix, and take a train ride to the end of the line as a quick way of seeing the valley. We particularly appreciated the presence of excellent food trucks on two of the three nights we strayed, one selling very good pizza, and the other burgers, ribs, etc.
Hard to think of any - but perhaps better access to the water refill tap.
We were in a mid-sized camper van, and there was plenty of room for it in our pitch. If your map shows a train next to the site, don't be put off. It's a slow-moving, very quiet train that goes only three or four times an hour. And the station is a short walk from the site, which was great.

I spent a week with my cousin during UTMB. Quiet environment, accessible by train, car, bus and foot. Every day you can buy baguettes and dinner. Bathrooms, showers, car safely parked, pod sufficient
The behavior of some people, who are unfortunately intolerant. For example, slamming the toilet doors in the evening, children running around the camp in the evening and the dog barking at night, which the staff resolved the next day.
Pod is fully equipped, with dishes. Nice sitting area in front with a view of Mont Blanc and Midi. Possibility to park your car right next to it. I will definitely come back.

Think about not blocking the WC, showers and bathroom as a whol in one single time. You might find a solution where you would block just half of the capacity (with some yellow "A" signs and after cleaning that part, switch it to the other half... It limited us quite significantlly in our plans.
We loved the place and the space was enough. A very good compromice between tent and hotel room :)))
However, we believe there is a space for improvement in case of HOT weather which is more and more days in the year... If you find solution for the "roof" to cover not with black and dark materials, that coul help with few degrees celsius inside during the day. It was veeeery hot and it was taking energy out of our body. You have heaters inside, that is perfect. Start to think about how to cool the spot as well, please.
