an excellent night stop at this camp, with beautiful walks around the lake. Great showers. However it was very tricky to actually get into the site on this occasion due to the road blocks because of the evening music concert.
we had our own caravan, but good flat pitch, water nearby. Excellent showers.

Lovely location for lake and walking to town. Staff friendly. Excellent bread and croissants for breakfast. Good value.
Have some basic items for sale e.g milk, given the toilet block a good deep clean!
We could choose a pitch to suit us
Someone else turned up and parked a meter from our door, on our pitch! Campsite can’t be held responsible for other people’s stupidity though!

Friendly welcome, always friendly employees during our stay. Perfect bread service, sanitary facilities ok, showers nice and warm (max 7 minutes/day). Large camper pitches that you can choose yourself. 10A current, several water taps. Right next to the campsite is a large park with a swimming and fishing pond, many walking and cycling opportunities. There is also a good restaurant on this site. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bike via park.

Very clean toilets, but no seats. Toilet paper is available at the entrance of toilets, not in each cubicle. If you use the showers furthest from reception there is no timer and great pressure, one of the best showers I have had on any campsite. If you use showers by reception you need a bracelet (given to you on arrival) to activate the shower and it is timed at 7 minutes and only one use a day. I understand this is to stop non residents using the facilities as there is a camping aire just outside. We stayed 3 nights and found it to be a pleasant quiet site with very friendly staff.
We were in a large motorhome and found some of the pitches looked very wet. You could see where vehicles had struggled to get off the pitch. We arrived quite early and reception tell you to choose your own pitch so we were lucky to select a dry one. Some areas were marked off as not available due to the wet ground. If that could be improved it would benefit the site.
We were in a 8.2m motorhome with a small trailer. Pitches were quite close to each other but not too bad. Very close to lake with recreational park which was lovely. Great restaurant and bar in the park which was very good.

Receptionist was lovely. Nice to be by the lake.
Toilet/shower room extremely dirty. No toilet paper. Dogs running loose. Seven minute timer per day for showering.

Bonjour, merci pour votre venu au camping le Rochat, le papier toilette est fournis aux sanitaires gratuitement, si il n'y en avait plus il suffisait juste de traverser le chemin et de venir a l'accueil le signaler nous en aurions remis immédiatement, en raison de l'incivilité de certains campeurs ou camping cariste nous avons mis le déclenchement des douches avec un bracelet, vous avez 3 douches de 7 minutes chacune a votre disposition sur chaque bracelet chaque jour, c'est exacte que mon chien est en liberté dans le camping, désolé si celui ci à croisé votre regard !!! cordialement Alexandre

The sanitary facilities aren’t so clean, people from outside the campsite are using the toilets even though they have been stopped from using the showers.

Arrived around 18.00 nothing open, no possibility of food etc.
Bungalow was clean, however, very old and dated. Shower was also clean but again very old and not functional to any great standard.

Great place for an overnight stop, only a short drive to and from the A20
The site is just beyond an exhibitionm site so can be busy with vehicles and sometimes they shut some of the roads making it a bit more difficult with a caravan
As it was just an overnight stop and low season we could park where we liked and were able to use our Ascii card for discounted rate.

Easy to find and the location is wonderful with all of the green parkland around
The pitches were looking a little tired but this is the end of the season, so I imagine there have been many visitors. The small toilet and shower block was good although the other sanitary facilities were all closed.

The clean and warm accomodation and the friendly and helpful reception lady that prepared us for a late check-in.
The only improvement suggestion is to improve the signs and identification of the accomodation. We had a hard time finding it.

Accessibilité du camping très bien, accueil super, mobilhome (assez ancien) en très bon état et très propre avec suffisamment de terrain. Merci !!
Nous étions dans un mobilhome 3 chambres. Bien entendu très fonctionnel et bien équipé.
Mobilhome qui a un peu d'âge même s'il est en très bon état et très propre. Donc toutes les pièces sont "petites" (notamment les chambres avec lits simples) par rapport à des mobilhome actuel.

la table beaucoup trop grande par apport à la surface de la pièce impossible de circuler canapé trop bas par apport à la table chasse d’eau wc en panne douche eau froide oreillé inconfortable pas d’intimité trop de vis à vis toute la vaisselle sur la table en arrivant pas très sympa le frigidaire sans congélateur

Bonjour, Monsieur Blot la table est d'origine du mobile home et est prévue pour 6 à 8 personnes pour un mobile home trois chambres, la banquette canapé convertible est également d'origine je ne peut rien changer a sa dimension, la chasse d'eau n'est pas en panne vous m'avez dit que le robinet était juste fermé !!!, la douche fonctionne très bien je suis allé changer la bouteille de gaz il aurait été plus simple de venir me le dire a l'accueil nous sommes ouvert de 8h à 20h chaque jours ...nous mettons la vaisselle sur la table pour que d'un seul coup d’œil vous vous rendiez compte de ce qui est a votre disposition dans le mobile home et cela nous permet de constater que la vaisselle est propre et au complet, comme vous n'aviez pas de congélateur j'ai remis a l'accueil notre congélateur en service exprès pour vous ... par contre j'ai bien retrouvé les bouteilles de glace sous votre terrasse de mobile home et suis allé les enlever afin d’éviter de mauvais commentaires des futurs locataires de votre mobile home... noter 2 sur 10 le mobile home est certainement très sévère et fait chuter la note globale de votre commentaire vous devriez refléchir avant d’écrire un commentaire sur internet cordialement Alexandre Camping le Rochat

De camping is eenvoudig maar wel mooi gelegen net buiten de stad tegen parkje aan.
Helaas vonden wij het sanitair ver onder de maat. En de bestelde broodjes werden op zaterdagochtend pas na 08:00 geleverd.
