Great campsite for a winter stay with excellent clean facilities and very friendly helpful owners.

10 out of 10. It's the second time for us. The owners are lovely, the campsite has everything you need and it's spotless. The owners are so helpful. Our motorhome broke down they were so helpful and allowed us to get parts delivered to reception. We will be back.

We love it here! Friendly owners, nice clean facilities, great pool, hot showers and excellent drying room and ski room. Perfect for our half term ski holiday.

The accommodation was well equipped and spacious. A great shower and cozy lounge area. Bring your own Pillows if you can. There are many facilities at the site, we didn't use them this time, but they are all good.
The apartment was too hot, we turned the radiators off and it was still hot. The WIFI is poor, and the TV could have been more accommodating for European users not just French.

Just one suggestion. Perhaps provide clothes pegs for the drying area, that have different colours and the plot number on them, so guests do not accidentally collect the wrong towel?

We arrived and it was a smooth welcoming process. Plenty of information on getting around and help fixing a couple of issues we had with our motor home.
We had our own motor home. Easy to hook up electrics. Showers, toilets spotless. Easy access to boot room and ski locker. Also managed a swim.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean and all areas were pleasantly warm during the winter.
Everything was so good, that we have no things to improve.
We had a lot of space. And the staff helped us parking the van on arrival and gave us a electrical cable extention. Also helped removing the snow when we leaved,

This is the most perfect place to stay for a camper ski holiday. Set in a beautiful location with excellent, spotless facilities. The camp site is run by a a lovely family too.

We took our motorhome. Good size pitches. Easy access to town via free bus service every 15mins. Bakery 400m away.

Excellent winter facilities made camping easy. Kids loved the pool. Showers and toilets always clean and warm.

Staff were great from the outset when we were late arriving due to traffic. Drying room and heated ski boot room excellent and kids loved the pool. It is also just about walking distance from the Linga lift if teh buses are too full. 5 min walk to boulangerie in the morning. Kids loved the pool.
Be aware there isn't anywhere to buy groceries unless you go in to Chatel. The Chatel bus system could certainly improved but that's not the fault of the campsite!

We had a lovely pitch. The campsite was very clean and not too busy. Swimming pool a big success with kids. Nice to order breakfast for next day. Friendly and helpful staff. Not too far to get to bike park and walking using local bus or drive/ cycle.
