We had the most amazing stay at the campsite, which never fails to disappoint. The owners are so helpful, kind and responsive and all the staff who work there are friendly. When we had an issue with something off site, the owners straight away helped us deal with it dropping everything they were doing to support us. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Everything is excellent from the cleanliness of it to the level of care out into the environment and the general enjoyment of being there. The storm room is an added bonus to have when it gets a bit wet as an escape from a damp tent!
The pitch was really spacious. It was flat and clearly defined and the grass had been cut before we arrived so that it wasn't over growing. There was shade provided by a tree and we were able to make the environment private with how we pitched our tent.

We Love The place for its comunications, the staff is super kind, the shared places are always clean, the swimming pool is fantastic because of its size and temperature. We come back every year!

The pitch above the park is Good But The ground was a bit unestable.

4 night stay in VW Camper (transporter) and Olpro awning. Plenty of space for both on single pitch. Electric hook up available if needed. Excellent facilities and friendly staff.
We were on pitch 99 which could do with a hedge on the boundary.

We spent one week in July there. The first hour there, my son hurt his knee so badly that we had to see a doctor. nice guy from the reception didn't hesitate to give us a ride to the medical center. Despite that incident really nice stay, calm place.

we had a large tent for 4 persons and had the car next to it
on hot summer days some pitches are lacking shadow; as we had a tarp with us, this was not an issue for us

The view, the best restroom facilities I've ever seen at a campground, and an incredibly friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the street next door is a bit noisy in the morning, but you want to enjoy the day and get up early

Lovely campsite, with clean facilities, plenty of hot water, swimming pool, tennis court and play area. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Might help to have showers available after 10pm. Having a toilet closer to showers would also help.
Each pitch had privacy screens each side which was good. Pitches plenty big enough.

Their hard working efforts deliver a clean beautiful well maintained campsite. Pitches are spacious, bus stops outside, Short walk to restaurants.
Install shower fixings that allow the shower head to be pointed down .

Perfect location with regular shuttle links into Chatel and mountain biking chairlifts. Site is kept immaculate and the staff are helpful and friendly, lovely shower area and spacious drying rooms for washing. The pitches are spacious and trees provide shade, which was much needed when the temperature soared to 38oC. The campsite pool was great and never very busy, very much needed on hot days! We highly recommend this site and would return in a heartbeat.

The lower tree branches often snagged on our bikes but to be fair the tree was there first. Maybe a wee trim to give outfits more space.

Overdekt zwembad. Tennisbaan en andere faculteiten om ook de kids te vermaken. Leuke Minigolf om de hoek. Al met al een prima plek om even te vertoeven

First time we have stayed at L’Oustalet and we will be back! They have thought of everything to make a campervan skiing holiday as carefree and comfortable as it gets! From hot, clean showers to boot and drying rooms, and less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest lift, or 2 minutes on a free bus. Even has a pool and a sauna but we didn’t bring our swimmers so couldn’t take advantage sadly. Also only a 20-30 minute walk into the centre of Chatel or again get the free bus, the number 2 stops right outside the campsite entrance! We have stayed in many campsites, this is one of the best by far!
Only recommendation would be a bar and a small shop?
