We had a really lovely time at this site. The campsite & facilities are very clean, plenty of hot water, large pitches & as you sit outside you are engulfed in birdsong & buzzing. There is a pool & children’s play area. The site restaurant serves delicious homemade food & is excellent value. The host is very welcoming & helpful. Walks in the forest straight from the site & plenty of other things to see & do.
None…it’s a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings.
We liked the size of the pitch…they were all very generous & in some cases, huge!

A gem of a site on the edge of a forest. We planned to stay 2 nights, stayed for 3 and would have stayed longer if our schedule allowed. Huge grass pitches with dividing hedges. Lovely facilities block which was spotless. Easy access to Limoges and Oradour-sur-Glane.
Toilet paper!
Our pitch was huge, with hedges on 3 sides. Plenty room for car, caravan, awning and still room to spare.

The peace and tranquility of the site was wonderful. The facilities are exceptionally clean and the site owners very welcoming. The pool is small but heated with plenty of sunbeds around it.
No basic essentials i.e. milk, butter etc available on site
One of the biggest emplacements we have ever stayed on in the 20+ years we have been holidaying in France.

We loved this site as soon as we got here. It has a lovely feel to it. Friendly owners. The pitches are huge. Facilities were kept spotless. It has a swimming pool ( not huge but lovely to cool down in when sunny) A small snack/bar. Although didn’t try the food. Be aware that they have unisex showers & toilets which didn’t bother me but I guess it can be to others. It is quite away from the main road so possibly not so good for a one night stop. But once you are there you would want to stay longer anyway. Definitely recommend.
Toilet paper not provided but we don’t find this a problem.

Huge private pitches in the middle of nature. If you’re looking to get away from it all and yet still have entertainment for family this is a great location. Swimming pool, table tennis and other activities plus a bar and basic food served most nights. Bread and croissants can be ordered for the following day. Excellent clean and modern facilities. We were 17 euros without EHU and were very happy.

Friendly welcome, pitches are a great size and the site is easy to manoeuvre around. The facilities (toilets and showers) are the best we have been in this year very clean ,spacious and a good number of each.
Open for food on Saturday evening, the town had nothing available either, an opportunity there.

We love the set up of the campsite. Every pitch is surrounded by nicely trimmed bushes, giving lots of privacy. My kids had lots of fun in the swimming pool.
The mobile home was in a great condition. It has got everything we needed.

Best pitch, absolutely enormous with 2 trees perfect for some shade, the toilets and showers were immaculate, no toilet paper but you get used to that. Bar food was limited but good. Antoine and his family are very welcoming and helpful. It's our second visit and we were still charmed by it. Only let down is the pool is very small.
Pool not very inviting, or pretty and very small otherwise a perfect place.

While travelling around France we wanted a small site for a couple of nights, and Camping des Alouettes fitted the bill perfectly.
A really massive pitch overlooking the French country side, the amenities were spotlessly clean and very well presented. A really nice touch was the bread and croissants delivered to the pitch every morning.

The pitches are very spacious. We had a great one with allwasy some shade. Small swimming pool for some refreshments.
The toilets could have more fresh air circulation. It felt a bit that it got stuck in the cabinets.

Stayed at this site for 10 nights could not be more satisfied with what this fantastic little site had to offer Peaceful, friendly, excellent value for money, and a owner who nothing was to much for him Lovely family run site good food good beer great atmosphere 👌 Will definitely be back

Maybe a little shop for convenience food etc, a wider choice in the snack bar, sadly ours was overcooked but still edible
