Wife and daughter loved the recently updated pool and area I enjoyed chilling on patio with a beer while they were in pool. A really chilled out campsite and we will definitely use as a stopover again in hopefully not to distant future.
It seems like owner is on the ball and always looking at ways to improve existing facilities.
Massive pitch with loads of space, water and electricity. I think you won't find a bigger pitch anywhere else in France. Excellent

Arrived with the warmest of welcomes and choose a large pitch for our 7.5m van. The oool was lovely and the restaurant had a lovely meal.

Lovely new and clean toilet block, spacious pitch, friendly host and nice pool to cool off. Nearby river beach and good cycle routes to interesting towns.
Some work in progress around the pool and therefore building materials on site. Pool furniture getting towards the end of their life or in need of a good clean.
Very spacious for just a Motorhome. Good hedging and fortunately shady as it was very hot.

We stayed at the site for three nights and would happily have spent much longer here had our plans allowed. The site is very peaceful and well maintained, with excellent facilities including a fairly new toilet and shower block. The owner was very approachable and clearly cared very much about his site and customer experience. Situated in the Limousin countryside the local wildlife, especially birds are fantastic. Definitely a site we’d return to for future holidays.

We had a large pitch on the edge of the site with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. A choice of pitch was offered on arrival and any of those would have been fine for us.

- quiet rural site - listen out for the cuckoo - huge pitches - very friendly service - excellent cafe/bar serving great food At the time of our stay the pool was being refurbished but it was not an issue as the weather meant we would not have used it anyway. I am sure that when the work is complete it will be superb.

Friendly owner, campsite well laid out with spacious pitches. Toilets and showers excellent and very clean.
Pool was closed due to new patio around pool being constructed. I would not mark the site down for this as delays happen.
Motorhome- pitches are very large with good shade and sun options. A lot of the pitches are flat, I didn’t need to use my ramps.

Very friendly owners, spoke perfect English, enormous pitches, with lots of trees and birds singing. We had a lovely walk through the forest to the nearby town , then back for home cooked pizza on the terrace. Very reasonable rate for such a nice site, clean toilets, hot showers, but no loo roll.

We only stayed here one night on our travels through France but really enjoyed it. Lovely well-laid out campsite. Spacious pitches, clean and modern facilities. There were walks in the woods nearby for the dogs. The little bar and food was very welcome after a couple of experiences of closed services at other campsites as it’s quite early in the season. The pizza was very good, and the owners very friendly and helpful. Thank you! we’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area.
Can’t think of any improvements to suggest - it all worked really well.

The pitch was spacious and hedged for privacy which was just perfect. Excellent wifi coverage across the site. Lovely grassy pitches and very clean toilet facilities plus the showers were lovely and hot. .
