Location, pool, activities in the evening and friendly staff
The toilet, shower and dish wash facilities needs an upgrade. They work fine, but could be better.
Nice to have some privacy, because of the hedges.

Nice spot with great access to the D Day beaches and memorials. Easy to visit Bayeux. Handy little bar and snack bar. Lovely owners and the whole site was spotless.

Location to the beach was a short walk away. Nearer to the eastern end, near some gun emplacements. Bit of an uphill climb back. Also a cycle path at to the rear if walking is not your thing. 35-40 minute walk the the Overload museum on a grass verge or use cycle paths. Swimming pool is small but usable. Has an area for the little ones. Games room has Fussball, airhockey and pinball machine for a small charge. Boule’s area. Clean quite site. Based on June 2025.

Pitches a separated by low hedge. Fair size on grass.

The campsite is in a very good place to access all of the D Day experiences. We managed to see all of the memorials and attractions that we wanted to. Also an easy drive to lovely Bayeaux and its tourist attractions.
The pitch was a good size as we have a large caravan. There was a water tap at the pitch. The pitches are level. The site is clean and tidy.
The toilet block is dated and has no toilet seats. The shower cubicles are very small. It is a long walk to the grey water disposal point from where the majority of touring pitches are.

Easy check in, friendly staff and excellent location.
Difficult to access the electric points behind 2 pitches that had people in them, we had to disturb them and go onto their pitches to gain access to the electric point. Male urinals were right next to the chemical waste and not very well hidden.

The WC was clean and the shower as well. We used the washing facilities and it was good
