We have stayed here quite a few times as both municipal campsite and now as a private one. The investment made by the new owners is great. All that needs doing now is making some of the pitches gravelled to save on churning up mud. We stayed when it was particularly wet and the whole site became very muddy. Obviously no-one can control the weather but some simple measures would make a big difference. But we will be staying again without a doubt - love the place!

The camping is very pleasant and peaceful but also convivial. Facilities are renovated, functional and clean, and everybody is very welcoming and efficient. A diner in the camping is an excellent option.

We had our first camping experience as a family with two young children (age 7 & 5). Nice, safe, small, clean property with updated sanitary station and swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful personel. Ideal for trips by foot or bike due to the green paths!
Nice pitch, with shade and room for the car. Close by the sanitary building. Quiet and peaceful.

It’s a quiet and relaxing campsite, well situated in burgundy. Very clean facilities, really friendly staff. Access to bike trails directly from the camp site. Bikes for hire are excellent.
Most pitches have good amounts of shade although not all, although these seem to be for one or two overnight stays. Pitches are large and flat

Relaxed atmosphere, nice people, clean and hot showers, beautiful landscapes, quiet at night, very happy after a stay of 2 weeks here.
It was a pleasant, large pitch. Water was nice and cool, electricity worked. Some shadow in the afternoon, very good.

Fantastic site. We stayed for a two night stop en route to the Ardèche. The staff are so warm and welcoming and the site is tranquil and very well maintained.

I have been returning to Le Hameau des Champs almost every summer for the last 20 years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The camp site is clean and well organized. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, along with castles, restaurants etc. A relaxed atmosphere at the camp site, the village of Cormatin and this region of France. It gives a vacation away from stress at work.
The cottage has everything one would need, microwave, TV, cutlery, pans, soaps, sunchairs, a drying rack for clothers etc. The cabin and camp site is very quiet, and I get a lot of sleep even if I am a light sleeper. A back door faces the lawns, where one can lie in a sun chair and get vitamin D. There is also a table and chairs to eat outside under a roof, if one prefers.

Grote mooie staanplaatsen. Goed en schoon sanitair. Mooi zwembad. Gebruikt als doorreiscamping. Mooie camping voor rustzoekers die van wandelen en fietsen houden.

Minder waren de kiezels om met blote voeten te lopen op het zwembad. Beter is om dit aan te passen.
Goede plaatsen. Wel wat moeite gehad om plaats te vinden om satellietschotel te kunnen gebruiken

Rustige camping, niet te groot, over het algemeen goed onderhouden. Vriendelijk ontvangst.
Het toiletgebouw is wat gedateerd en klein voor de hoeveelheid plaatsen van de camping
Ruime plekken met veel natuur (bomen en struiken)
Iets meer privacy door aan de zijkant ook hagen te plaatsen
Hard... we put our heart into our campsite, and I think you can see it in the flowers and the outside maintenance... 5/10 for the swimming pool hurts us, we are only a 3 stars campsite at 13.5€ per night per person with electricity and access to all services !!!! Maybe don't forget it...

Welcoming owners, beautiful site, calm and quiet, well maintained, location perfect with range of village services close, great cycling through beautiful countryside.
Need grab rail by wide steps into swimming pool to assist disabled people. Need sunshade parasols at other side of pool.
Grassy pitches are private because separated by hedges and most have a beautiful tree for shade. At time we visited all was very green and pretty.

We had a large place for our campingcar.
Nu the rain it had been inpossible to moe the grass, therefor it was too long.
It was near Taizé where we came for. It was als possible to Go to Taizé while walking
