We have stayed many times at Venice Verte . We like coming back with our family. .One night this visit eleven of us sat down to dinner at the restaurant at the campsite.
Everything is so easy , all the staff are brilliant and always so helpful . There is no improvement necessary.

Regarding the cobwebs and dead flies, although our accommodation is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival, this can unfortunately happen very quickly in a natural, wooded environment, especially during the summer. Had you let us know during your stay, our housekeeping team would have been happy to come back immediately. Regarding the proximity of the accommodation, our campsite has been designed to preserve a natural, green environment while offering comfortable accommodation. Each pitch has its own clearly defined area, bordered by hedges and vegetation to provide privacy. We also offer different types of accommodation and pitches, some of which provide more space for guests looking for extra room. Thank you as well for your comments about the number of electrical sockets, the outdoor seating area, and the restaurant and bar opening hours. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving our services. Finally, regarding the end-of-stay cleaning, this is part of our booking conditions. However, guests who prefer not to clean the accommodation can choose our optional end-of-stay cleaning service. We used this site as a stop over on the way down to Spain loved the setting and wished we could have stayed longer maybe next time

The plots are spacious and shady. The restaurant was excellent and the staff are charming. Shower and washing facilities are great. The perfect place for cycling along canal paths and the pretty waterside village of Coulon is just 5 mins cycle ride or 15 minute walk. The petit train comes and picks up people to take to a large supermarket and to the Sunday market. Water and electric supplies very close to the plots.

Out campervan plot was large, shady and quite private. The plots were level with easy access to water and electricity. Good electric supply. The campsite at night was quiet
I was concerned that in the small but busy pool area there were no toilets and the nearest ones involved going out of the gated pool area, putting on shoes and walk along the path back to main buildings. A large number of people spent several hours in the pool area without the need to visit the toilets?!

What a fantastic site in a beautiful location. Pitches were huge! Facilities are excellent, very clean and the customer service excelled! Having suffered an accident in our motorhome enroute for our initial 3 night stay we extended by a further 2 nights whilst we tried to organise passage back from France to the UK. The staff were so friendly and helpful in our plight, particular mention to Camille, who went above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff who made us so welcome and assisted. Your patience was greatly appreciated. We’ll be back as soon as we can. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
