"Peace and quiet in nature - dog friendly lake!"
At first sight felt basic, but actually our pitch was excellent - quiet, private, green - and facilities were clean. Nearby facilities of the park, picnic grounds pool and lake - all a short walk - were absolutely excellent and the natural landscape very green and relaxing. No big road next to the lake - only nature and walking paths - and it could be accessed with SUP or kayak from anywhere. V close to campsite also a couple of lakeside restaurants (very basic food - pizza etc - but decent beer and wine). great walking trails, wished we'd booked for longer..

The kids animation and entertainment area was a bit drab, but we had no need for it so it didn't bother us.

Review Comfort pitch with electricity

Pitch was perfect. Near wash facilities, but private, sun and shade at all times, very quiet and very green. One of the best pitches we've had
