V few water taps were on, playpark could be better

We have been coming here for years. Each time its just perfect

Peaceful, clean and well maintained campsite in a great location with good scenery and plenty of amenities. Good place to stay to explore the local area. Very helpful and welcoming staff especially at the restaurant despite us not being very fluent in speaking french. Good food and also good value.

We lived in a chalet for 2 nights with 2 kids.

Upgrade of the smaller ablution block and a cold water tap!
The silver birch trees were so graceful and shade providing. The site was flat and spacious.
Surrounding land was waterlogged and muddy because it had been mown when it was too wet.

Lovely location good house and size outside
No one speaks English. On arrival at the reception i just was giving keys to the cabin and no explanation so ehat cause they didn’t speak English only French. So on the last day i found out there was a bread service but i was driving to tbe nearest village for it.

Was not clean shower head was broken. Went to the reception but could understand English and never saw anyone else to come by.

même aux vacances de la Toussaint , il reste encore beaucoup d'activités à faire si le temps est clément. Adapté aux familles, aux enfants, aux sportifs ... détente, découverte, déconnexion

le réfrigérateur vraiment trop petit !!! on ne peut mettre que 1 bouteille debout
*propre mais pourrait être amélioré * cuvette des WC à faire !!
le réfrigérateur trop petit on voudrait venir passé 1 semaine en MAI 2026 mais si il fait beau , impossible avec le petit réfrigérateur d'avoir des denrées fraiches

le coeur de la station, ses commerces, ses animations et le décor fabuleux de la forét et du lac, de belles promenades.
toujours les finitions et surtout le manque de lumière au niveau de la cuisine.
le concept est très bien, surtout avec des enfants .

Le logement est à la limite de l'insalubrité. Condensation +++Moisissure, canapé cassé,housse de canapé dégoûtante. Odeur désagréable liée à l'humidité. Salle de bains peu confortable, très humide et peu agréable.

L organisation d une course parmis des monstres était très bien même si on ne participait pas. Les paysages du val joly sont magnifiques.
Appartement très agréable et spacieux.. L eau de la piscine n est pas assez chaude à mon goût

Accès direct aux magasins, piscine, cafés,... Gratuité des entrées piscine. Petit magasin à proximité
Appartement lumineux, chauffage, lave vaisselle, machine à laver ,
- Fournir des charrettes pr transporter les bagages du parking à l appartement ou mieux , autoriser l accès à la voiture le temps de décharger les bagages. -Indiquer sur le site qu il faut monter des marches pour atteindre l appartement. Pour les personnes handicapées ce n est pas mentionné. Le divan est considéré comme lit 2 pers mais ce n est pas possible et très inconfortable. Peut-être mettre un lit d appoint dépliant au besoin.
