Clean, well maintained facilities above average compared to some campsites we have used in France. The facilities are gender shared but this is normal in France! Great location for cycling & hiking and just a short walk into town.

The only issue was the check-in times, it could be made a bit clearer what the check in times are depending on what time of year you are visiting. I’m sure it’s in the small print but details on the booking confirmation would make things a bit easier.

Can’t fault the site or location

It was exactly what we wanted good showers, clean toilets and walking distance to shops. We would definitely stay again

Beautiful facilities, helpful people, peaceful site even when busy

Loved the location, very clean and colourful new facilities all round. Great reception staff. Kindly stayed to receive us when we got a little delayed on our trip. Really nice site amongst the amazing mountains. Thoroughly recommended!

A lovely little camp site . Good , clean facilities, short walk into town , good size pitches .

Not very friendly, and no toilet seats !!

Everything was fine. Toilets were very clean and showers worked well with lots of space. Plot was nice and spacious and easily accessed.

Welcoming friendly staff, excellent facilities, spotlessly clean all the time….. one of the best facilities we have experienced at a site, loved the table tennis table

One way on first terrace

We stayed for 5 nights in a lovely pitch close to the sanitation block , great facilities always clean and the staff were very helpful. The site is a 6 min walk from the centre of town and there is a lovely view from the site across the valley .

None , brilliant site .

The camping was excellent, very good conditions. The bath and toilets were good, clean and spatious. There were a lot of places to do dishes and a a way to wash clothes by hand. The camping places had plenty of space and were cozy.

Maybe add lids to the toilets so people can more confortably sit on them.

The staff is friendly, camping places are big with shade, camping is clean and facilities are new. No negatives, just a great camp!

We stayed three years ago and the spotless facilities looked like new- they still do. Great timers on the taps to reduce waste, squeegee cleaners everywhere so it’s easy for you to clean the showers, washing up area for the next person. Terracing on site gives excellent views to the castle and fells beyond. Brilliant.
