Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoThe trees and flowering shrubs throughout this small site are a delight, as is the sound of the river. The site is situated below the castle and offers easy walking access to the town.
I was grateful to be able to purchase milk here but what would be a wonderful and really welcome addition would be a morning bakery service, with orders by 6pm the day before. Many sites offer this and it's very popular
I had my own small campervan. The pitch was adequate
The pitches were not at all private and the most expensive I stayed in during the whole of my trip to France.

Great stop off location after arriving by ferry in Caen and on our way down to the Loire. Small site with great facilities and easy access into Falaise for the castle and shops. Would consider staying longer next time.
Views of Castle and sunny pitch.

Beautifully clean and modern toilet block. The view from our pitch of the castle was wonderful especially in the evening light.
There is building work on the far bank of the river but this did not interfere with our stay.
The pitch was flat and wide, electricity point at the pitch great views

The whole site was immaculate big pitches and excellent facilities. Your pitch overlooks the imposing castle of William the conquerer which is just stunning. Falaise is a city steeped in history and we'll worth a walk around. The castle tour was brilliant. Will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful site.

Lovely clean site in great position.
The motorhome pitches ( hard standings ) need tidying up, the weeds and plants are overgrown. They used to be immaculate. The rest of the site is good.

Good sized pitch with nice view

Excellent service area for camping cars, toilet and shower clean. Good location for town and to visit the Chateau. As we had pre booked we were given a hard standing pitch which are quite small , but ideal because of all the wet weather.
Already mentioned above.

Location and the staff
The motorhome spacing on the former tennis court is too close together and needs rethinking

Stopover from `Ferry before heading south. Everything is great about this site. Location under the watchful eye of the Chateau. Great town short walk uphill but well worth it. Site clean, tidy, friendly staff & hard standing- level.
Nothing to dislike.

This campsite is very good value for money and it’s well kept, clean and tidy. Pitches are a little small for the larger Motorhome and some are on a slope.
The site was busy and there wasn’t enough shower and toilet facilities. Had to queue on various occasions when I needed to use the facilities.

The views from the site, ease of walking into the nearby town. A quiet site and very friendly staff.
The shower block, water was on the cold side and higher standards of cleaning required.
Lovely pitch, but grass needed cutting.

Everything was great; email communications prior to stay, position of site, facilities, assistance.
Hot water in shower a bit hit and miss, but not a big deal.
Electric, black & grey waste, as well as fresh water all available/supplied.
