Good facilities, close to the town

We had a good sized pitch for our caravan. The facilities were clean and had very hot water for dishes and laundry. The site was well maintained.
Re-siting of the bins. We were close to the bin area and with hot weather and a breeze we could smell the bins when anyone opened the lid.

Good value for money. Everything worked and was very clean. Very prompt reply to my correspondence and easy payment. The fact that most visitors were in camper vans meant there was more room in the fridge and freezer for us tent users. Brown paper bags and a pen to mark your food was a great idea.
Level the pitch for tents more.
Showers and washing facilities were excellent and kept spotlessly clean every day (please, thank your cleaning staff). Cooking facilities, though few, were adequate for me. The pitch size for my car and tent was very good. It was very useful to have a water source near my tent.
The pitch was quite uneven, and at an angle no matter what direct I pitched my tent. Not your fault, but every night I either had barking dogs throughout the night or on the last night a neighbour practising his drums from early evening until after midnight.

Falaise is such an interesting town with lots to do. Campsite in perfect local but also quiet and well run. New bathroom facilities, little shop at the reception and very helpful staff.

Pitch too narrow, only just enough room to put canopy out. Nettles and brambles need removing.

Easy access to the town .. beautiful nature reserve 5 mins walk away . So much history in Falaise. Found some great restaurants in the town . We used the quiet room to shelter from heavy rain .

We spent a few days at this site, we were pleased with the views, the facilities were excellent, kept cleaned regularly, and shop was adequate

This has has good facilities, but, you need your own toilet paper. It is in a good location close to the town centre.
Some pitches are tapered shapes, not the best. Grass and trees need cutting.
Out of 13 campsites over twelve weeks, this was the most expensive.

Lovely site pitches well kept, ours was on the smaller side though. Facilities very clean. Near the town and Chateau.. Staff very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Highly recommend.

Excellent campsite, facilities looked brand new. A 5min stroll to town. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops to browse. Lovely village square. Would recommend highly.

The facilities were very high quality and spotlessly clean. There was a calmness and peacefulness about the site. Reception had a small supply of essentials. We did have an issue with our bill which was not rectified, but this did not spoil our stay. We would highly recommend this site.
Give reception the authority to refund overcharged amounts.
We were a 7 metre caravan with two people. Disabled sites on the level next to the facilities block are available.

Very pleasant site only 30 miles from Caen. Easy check in, very peaceful and great view of the castle. Facilities modern and clean.

We had a really lovely three night stay in Falaise. The facilities at the site are new, well maintained and Clean, the pitches are large and mostly flat. Great value at site. The town is beautiful with both William the Conqueror’s castle and the Falaise Civil Memorial worth a visit whilst you can are in town.
