Lovely small camping site , very clean, very friendly reception, well organised and good equipment

We were made very welcome and cared for. The atmosphere around the camp was friendly and very peaceful. The sanataires were very good and clean. They were cleaned during low demand times so there was no need to shut them whilst cleaning. Lovely walks along the river and through woodland and down to the marina. On return to the campsite, food was provided every other day with a variety of visiting food vans which was perfect for us. There was a small convenience store and fresh bread was available every day and shops in the nearby town.

We were made very welcome and cared for. The atmosphere around the camp was friendly and very peaceful. We were in the process of buying a boat in Arzal so it was very convenient to walk along a lovely path and then woodland down to the marina to see the boat. On return to the campsite, food was provided every other day with a variety of visiting food vans which was perfect for us. There was a small convenience store and fresh bread was available every day
We loved the lodge with a veranda, garden and parking and spacious living. It was very private surrounded by bushes and trees but still friendly when you met people.

The facilities were top rate
We arrived in the heat wave to find a very large pitch shaded by mature trees . We had a caravan and car plus 2 people. The facilities were top class they even provided a fridge and micro wave for the campers.

We spent three days here. The site is spacious and green and well managed - tidy poubelles, fresh bread and basics at reception, great walking along the Vilaine

We enjoyed a lovely spacious pitch and used the very clean and well presented facilities. There are plenty of cycle routes in the area to local towns and villages.
It was a perfect stay.
The pitch was very generous even for our 9M motorhome.

Der Stellplatz war groß, die Sanitären Einrichtungen sauber und gut. Brot konnte bestellt werden und immer wieder kamen mobile Wagen für Creps und andere Speisen Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch englisch.

The pitches are nice and separated with hedges. The service is very friendly. One of the best sanitary facilities I’ve ever experienced. Super nice area for walks.
There were a lot of caterpillars but I guess there’s nothing anyone can do about that.

Friendliness of the Rive de Vilaine team. Nothing is too much trouble. Great job. We particularly liked the foodtrucks that had were arranged, regular and food quality excellent. Fresh bread delivered to site each morning. This is a safe and secure site and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Large pitch, kept clean and tidy, grass cut regularly. Wonderful location set amongst the trees with shade or direct sunlight as you prefer. Facilities arevery well maintained and clean. Hot showers.

We Used this site for a few nights stopover. It is well laid out with hedges around pitches so lots of privacy. The owners are lovely. Very helpful. Facilities are excellent.
We travelled in our motorhome. Our pitch was level and spacious.

Peace and quiet, large pitch, spotlessly clean toilet / shower block. Food truck visit was a surprise bonus.
