Fleurie is a beautiful place with lovely views. The staff at the bar were great and the park and pool are fantastic for kids.
Better information in English re check in and check out. There is a €80 fee for cleaning that was not discussed once. Someone should have come to check us out so we knew to clean it. Apparently its "clear on the website" but we booked months ago. The €80 fee was just taken a few days after we left due to the room needing hoovering. They also dont provide any cleaning products.They offer electric bikes but no toddler/young child helmet. There was 1 child bike broken and the other barely functional. We paid for premium which included bikes and couldn't go on a bike ride and no compensation give
Nice sized decking for outside dining. The grill is great! The toys were okay but mainly for younger children (under 4) so not much for kids from 4+.
The shed is not an acceptable place for kids to sleep, particularly the age of kids that they are advertising it for as its so far from the main rooms. In the heat, the shed got up to 38° even with windows open and no fan is provided. Door into shed was also very hard to use. They charge you for a travel cot but theres no room for a travel cot?! Only 4 lounge chairs for 11 people. The decking had some maintenance issues. The property could not fit 11 people in it. No kettle. Mugs are too small for tea.

The area is lovely and the site is well maintained. Sanitary blocks modern hot showers and clean. The Services that were provided were very good. The wine tasting sessions were great…
The pool is too small for the site as we tried on 2 occasions to go but the amount of people in was overwhelming… which was a shame as it was very hot ..

Access was tight with cars parked outside chalets which made a little stressful coming in out of pitch…especially with children running/cycling past

The pool seems to need abit of attention as Lino is coming away from its walls not sure whether the heat is not helping but we did enjoy our swim.

Location was excellent, site was clean and tidy, toilets and showers were also spotless clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Although the wine and Tapas bar was nice, a proper restaurant would be good.
Access was good. Pitch was a good size, water for each pitch, great. We liked the idea of the vending machines ( although we didn't use them).
The extra cost of added extras, (jacuzzi, shuttle bus bbq) although we understand the need, information of these and cost would have been great to allow people to book in advance.

arrived in the rain to a fantastic happy hour!!!… the facility was great!!!… location sooo great !!!!… right in the heart of beaujolais!!!🙌🙌😍😍❤️❤️❤️

Our campsite is indeed surrounded by many trees, which allows many of our pitches to benefit from pleasant shade, but we also have to live alongside the nature and wildlife around us. 😊 During a future stay, please do not hesitate to contact us if your pitch does not suit you. All our pitches are approximately 100 m² and have water and electricity, providing maximum comfort for all our guests. 🙂 Regarding dining options, we offer several possibilities to suit everyone’s tastes: a selection of tapas at our Wine Bar, room service with around ten different dishes, as well as a variety of food trucks every evening in July and August and every weekend during the low season. The village of Fleurie, located just 500 metres from the campsite, also offers several restaurants. We are sorry that our dining options did not fully meet your expectations, and we hope to have the opportunity to discuss this with you during a future stay. Very children focused - not a place to stay long term if you want to use the pool. Abit like children’s swim time all the time.
Pitch with electric & water - well managed
There were a lot of flies & the pitch had v little grass left but it had been a heat wave. We had to pay extra for dogs but there was no facilities for dogs - dog walks recommended or anything. There was a football field opposite that I used. Some people did not pick up after their dogs, which is a tad unpleasant.

All our pitches do indeed have water and electricity for your greater comfort. Our campsite is designed with families in mind, with facilities for children (paddling pool, slides, playground, etc.) as well as for parents, including the swimming pool and our private wellness area, so that everyone can enjoy their holiday to the fullest! Regarding pets, the additional charge is indeed indicated on our website. We do not have any facilities specifically dedicated to dogs, but we are always delighted to welcome them to our campsite! Dog waste bags are available at several locations around the campsite. If any waste is not picked up, please do not hesitate to let us know so that we can take care of it. Marie & Stephane's Escapades introduced us to Beaujolais and educated us about the region and its wine culture. We were in a motor home and so mobility for us was limited to our e-bikes. However, we saw things that even if we had the car we would never have found. Things that only local knowledge would bring. We visited 2 wine estates, a mediaeval town with fabulous market, an Etang, hired the Mehari and followed the 3 hour tour to visit 4 Crus and an e-bike ride with Stephane. Plenty of food options if you don't want to cook and it feels like staying with friends. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night on our way home and really enjoyed the site and its location. The wine tasting was great fun too!
The food truck was very slow to serve (we waited about 30 mins for our food).

We did the trip suggestions in the brochure visiting Oingt and its surrounds and on another day walking from Espace Brouilly, both were excellent outings.
A bit more grass on some of the pitches or putting people in tents on the grassier sites is my only feedback.
WiFi everywhere on site is a big plus.
