Fabulous site… spacious pitches and excellent clean facilities. Lovely restaurant too!!

Very pleasant stay. Quiet with nice views over a small lake

Everything, especially the sense of space and peacefulness. All the facilities we used - sanitary, shop, restaurants, laundry - were excellent.

Ensure all washing machines are of the same high standard, with drawer for adding detergent and softener.

Lovely pitches, immaculate facilities, restaurant and takeaway are excellent. Pool looked great but the weather was a bit chilly so didn’t use it. Great cycling to be had. Staff very friendly.

Lovely stay again. Such an impressive location. Everything immaculate Restaurant meal was beautiful, especially the beef bourguignon. The grounds looked amazing , even in the rain.

Our pitch was lovely, but a long wet walk to toilets in heavy rain, as we do not have one in our unit.

Site was maintained at top level, clean and tidy, toilets and showers were spotless. Large pitches, pitches were a bit worn but you expect that in September.

An oasis of perfection. Welcoming and friendly on arrival, beautiful site and so well maintained, a credit to everyone involved. Also, a wonderful takeaway boeuf bourguignon accompanied with a bottle of the Chateau's wine 5*. This will most probably be the standout stay in our visit to France. We hope yo return. Thank you

We liked the size of pitch, the cleanliness of the washroom, the quietness, the quality of the restaurant.

WiFi throughout the site would be good.

More vegetarian choices in the restaurant as this was not catered for.

4th time of staying and it never disappoints! It is the most gorgeous site

The only change I would make (same as last year) is that the surface around the swimming pool is real harsh and painful on the feet. I notice other people find it the same.

This site is absolutely outstanding! There is something for everyone in the family. The facilities were spotless and cleaned multiple times a day. The camp shop was very well stocked and even stocked replacement gas bottles which is good to know for future reference. The pool was fab and my son loved the slides. We ate at the restaurant and the Beef bourgignon was out of this world! We will definitely return on future visits to France but probably as part of a stop off to/from the south as there wasn’t much to locally to do. We had to travel 30mins+ to places.

Maintain trees near the toilet block better. During our stay, many branches fell onto our pitch. One branch was very large and fell onto the roof of our trailer. Thankfully there was no damage but there could easily have been. This branch fell when there was no wind too so we couldn’t blame the storm that happened during our stay.

We have been caravan / motorhome holidays for 40+ years. This was easily the best site we have ever used. We made a specific pitch request on our initial booking regarding a disability which was very well managed. Great restaurant.

one of the best sites I have stayed on anywhere. Stayed with my son in a tent for two nights. Lovely pitch at our request next to fishing pond. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. Great spotless showers and toilets- Good value takeaway food and higher end restaurant Well stocked and reasonably priced show.

A our second stay at this wonderful campsite. The spacious pitches, excellent restaurant and helpful staff combine to make this a top class place.

Can’t think of any

Been camping for many years and this is by far the best campsite we have stayed at. The place is spotless and immaculate. The staff were super friendly. Pitches very generous and the toilets wer very very clean. Pizza was excellent as well but didnt eat in the restaurant. Shop well stocked with cold wine, beers, juices and other bits. Order fresh bread and croissants etc for next day collection. We will definitely be going back as it's a little gem and just reachable in a day from the UK.

Wine tasting was free which was great, however portions were minuscule.

Excellent, large pitch, fantastic facilities. We loved the surroundings, the pool, the bar, the pizzas, the bread, in fact we loved everything. Staff were only too willing to help if we needed anything. We will return.

It is difficult to see how it can be improved.

The site, amazing and clean with big pitches. Great location near to the river for SUP and cycling without fear of cars. Takeaway and food vans really great, the latter serving the best burger we’ve ever eaten! Well stocked shop, good bar and really helpful staff.

Water pressure - the toilet block we were near did struggle with water pressure at peak times. Also when we stayed the filtering in the pool struggled to keep flys off the surface.
