Camping de l'Hermitage

Selten so saubere Duschen in Frankreich gesehen! Und das zu jeder Uhrzeit!

Nice large pitch in woodland and for an edge of town site it felt quite peaceful. We used the pool. Supermarket nearby.

Facilities and general environment. Easy walk to nearby town centre.

On the night we stayed. There was noise and loud talking g until 3am. I feel the site should impose a .noise curfew of at least 12 midnight.

Lovely atmosphere and very easy campsite to navigate, was perfect for our overnight stop further south but would happily stay for longer too, will definitely recommend it

We loved our pitch and how peaceful and quiet it was! The people at reception were very friendly. We also liked that there was soap by the sinks - a little thing that goes a long way in terms of comfort!

Just a few minor details, such as the toilets not having a toilet seat! We also arrived within the 2 hour gap that reception was closed, not knowing that it would be. However these are very minor inconveniences!

We stayed for two nights on route to a family wedding near Royon, family owners were very helpful and friendly, lovely bar/pool area to relax and food served was basic but good. Toilet/showers were basic but kept very clean. Twenty minute walk along the river into the local village which had a few places to eat and drink. Would definately reccomend.
