Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoGood location for a stop when travelling north or south through France. We were travelling to Rotterdam for the ferry, and it was only a 4 hours 30 minutes drive from the site. It is a pleasant site for a rest, quiet, with good sized pitches and good facilities. We received a friendly welcome, plus the restaurant was open in October, unlike most sites. There is also a heated indoor pool.
Good sized grass pitch in pleasant surroundings.
Like virtually every French site, I am never sure where to deposit grey water

A really nice campsite in a great location on the outskirts of a village and located just over a couple of hours from Le Shuttle. We were heading up after a European trip and this was our last stop. Warm enough to sit out in the bar and have a few drinks before we headed back to our great sized pitch with the river just behind. Ordered the night before for collection in the morning, the croissants and bread were lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great pitch size for our 7.5m motorhome

Straight from the warm welcome by the owners our stay was lovely ( including the gorgeous dog) . Easy pick any pitch policy, extra large pitches, and the chance of a relaxing swim after a long drive . Once set up it was off to the bar varanda for a drink to get last of the evening sun at the raised seating area. Super easy on and off the A26 if you a toll payer . Definitely putting this on my list to revisit.
Waste collection a little later in the morning . Pre 7am a little early for a garbage truck to have its revering siren on and then lifting a bin full of glass bottles,
Pick a pitch policy , extra large spaces.
Maybe number the electrical sockets as per pitch , couldn’t have our first choice as it didn’t have a spare socket so had to move as others had taken it , when theirs was elsewhere .

Lovely site in a great location. Pitches are roomy and the sites very green and natural. Would stay here again.
Just the showers and bathrooms are in need of a tidy up... more water pressure in the showers. Also it was a cold morning, maybe I close them alittle bit to help keep them warm!
Fantastic. Great size.

We loved the site, but the website does not do it justice. So quiet, and peaceful and has excellent facilities. The shower facility is new and very good. We spent some time in the evening using the bark and outdoor patio area and this was fabulous. All the staff were helpful and good-humoured. Our order of bread etc available when asked for. The station and town were conveniently just outside the site (the station a 12-minute walk)
The website does not convey how good this site is at all.
We were able to choose our pitch, which was large and electricity was on the pitch. We were close to the river and we loved our sunrises and sunsets. The pitch was mainly level, grass.

The town the staff the site. All were very pretty and immaculately groomed
Showers were very poor. No shower head so water was like a jet and not very warm
Perfect. Spacious and well maintained

Campsite was immaculate and very quiet even though it was busy. Liked that you could choose your pitch.
The showers!! One was scalding hot, too hot to use, one was too cold and all of them just have a small hole that the water comes out all of the place.
Extremely clean and well groomed

We stayed in one of the chalets. Very good value for money though I would suggest a bit of attention is needed to some minor points of maintenance. As we were there for the two hottest day of the year they were of course pretty baking but there was good shade outside and the pool very close by. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. They even put up with me practicing my very poor French. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Note that the restaurant is closed for food (drinks available). As is pretty much everything else in the village.
A larger range of basic food available in the reception shop?
See above.
