Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoA clean well managed site
It would be perfect if the bar , snack bar and shop would open for a couple of hours at lunch time , we arrived early afternoon and would have liked something to eat.
Excellent modern and clean
We where given sheets and pillowcases, towels would have been great as well

The site had much potential - it was nicely spaced out with good sized pitches in a pleasant setting.
The reception was poor - I was the only customer there - 3 people behind reception barely spoke to me & when they did communicate it was between themselves in French (which I could understand) They gave me no welcome - offered me no site advice - and when it was acknowledged I had pre paid for the pitch I was directed outside to follow a golf cart to my pitch - the young man was polite but did not know the times & where I may order bread etc. The charge for WIFI is excessive and the only time of the many sites I have visited where I have been asked to pay. Limited pool opening for late June.
Generous sized pitch.
Wifi is excessive. a greedy price.

The site is beautiful, hedges and flowers all cared for
Shop and takeaway needs better hours
It was on a nice plot
The caravan smelt of damp . The barbecue was rusty and unusable and frying pans were old . No toaster

The site and pitches are beautiful and well maintained. Pretty shrubs and trimmed hedges and a variety of mature trees. Feels like the grounds of a Chateau should. The chateau is very pretty too.
The tennis court is in a poor state and I didn’t see anyone else use it. €5.00 for the hour is reasonable but I think it should be free to use. The shop opening times should be extended. The snack bar and bar doesn’t open till 5pm which is a shame. I’m sure if it was open all day, certainly for lunch, it would get a lot of custom as there aren’t any other options for food or a drink locally. We ordered and paid for a baguette and pastries and arrived at 10:30 to pick them up (we waited for the heavy rain to stop), only to find the shop shuts at 10:00AM, not open again till 5pm
Perfect

Every time we stay it is after a very long day driving and it is such a fantastic place to just relax and wind down. Checking in is a breeze and pitches are spacious and well maintained.
The showers and toilets are beginning to look a bit tired and need to be refreshed.
Spaciousness and location. Plenty of trees hedges and bushes everywhere. Very well maintained.
The shop opening hours mean you can’t get anything during the day.

The best site we stayed at in our 6 week tour. The Staff were brilliant. I had to telephone to book through ACSI, and mentioned a vet for our dog. The staff arranged an appointment for us at a vet 15 mins away - customer service brilliance! It was a relief for us to know it was sorted. Thank you (and hope you enjoyed the biscuits). Site is well maintained in a parkland vibe. Lots of shade for the hot days. We ate at restaurant twice, and the food was lovely. We will be back!
Great size pitch - plenty`of space

We had a great few days at Bien Assise. We had a premium pitch so there was plenty of room and it was great to have our own huge fridge! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole site was spotlessly clean. The bar and takeaway were very popular and the food at both was delicious. We will definitely be back again on our next trip to France.
Everything provided was in good condition, we only used the fridge. The space available at the pitch was fantastic.

We arrived at this campsite for one night as we were catching the le shuttle the next morning. We were greeted with a very friendly lad who showed us to our pitch . The facilities were first class . Spotless. Pitches were spacious and the restaurant on site was superb. We were so sorry we hadn’t stayed here the previous four night as we absolutely loved this site . We didn’t get a chance to explore the surrounding area but what a lovely place.
Didn’t see anything that need improvement. I did plans for the new swimming pool which will be a great addition
We were in a motorhome

We had booked the site as it’s so convenient for Le Shuttle which we were taking the following morning. On arrival we were very impressed at the welcome, how clean and tidy the site was, pitch sizes, in fact after a four week trip round Europe I have to say it was right up there with the best! We enjoyed a drink at the bar and the take away menu was great. I thoroughly recommend this site, a very pleasant experience and much better than we expected, thank you.
None, we enjoyed it all and the take away chips were great!
Everything, also, despite the fact that the site was full it didn’t feel busy and it was nice and quiet
Nothing.

Nothing too much trouble for staff to make your stay a great one. Facilities are spotless and well maintained no matter what your level of booking. Great food in the eateries and whilst the premium pitches can seem expensive you get what you pay for springs to mind. We travel widely throughout all of the EEC with our motorhome and pooch and this is definitely one of the top sites if not the best.
Some Staff should slow down on those golf buggies they fly round like maniacs sometimes I didn’t know they could go that fast
Great pitch

Very efficient and friendly site. Restaurant next door is an added bonus
As it was our first night in France this year we ordered croissants and baguette for our breakfast. Sadly didn't taste like French baguette or croissants. When we return we will go into Guines for bakery
Lovely wooded site that is good for adults and young families as well. Shop and bar on site and restaurant adjoining. A short walk into Guines

Unreserved visit during busy period. Shown to shady pitch, essential during current extreme temperature. Visited snack bar where we had an excellent meal. Very efficient and polite staff. We have stayed many times but this was probably the busiest we’ve seen.
Level shady pitch close to sanitary facilities.
