There was an issue with our stay dates but they were able to accommodate us. When there was an issue with the EHU on our pitch they were able to find a solution.
Reconsider the booking fee. . . 25€ for July and August discriminates against people who book in advance and this then makes the price per night very expensive
Pitch was roomy
Look at changing the sanitary system of keys especially as showers and toilets in different blocks and only 1 key or at least give 2 keys.

We had a premium pitch which came with it's own shower and toilet facilities. The site was beautifully kept and the location was perfect.. Would certainly recommend this site.
A shelf in the shower would be useful to put toiletries

Grandparents, mom and 4 year old stayed in a camping tent. We loved the cozy accommodation and the private bathroom with shower that came with it. The pool was well maintained, as was the playground. We ate at the restaurant and found the quality and prices very good. It also seemed popular for pizza takeout. You can order croissants or walk 10 minutes to a nearby bakery. It was quiet at night.
The chalet had a comfortable mattress that filled the space. We brought sheets and a duvet and used our jackets as pillows. We also got a covered picnic table.

The private sanitary arrangement was very good
Hedge cutting was in progress whilst there. This should not be done until mid July or August in France. Additionally the use of petrol hedge cutters is not environmentally friendly and the sound is obtrusive for campers. Battery operated hedge cutters would be a better idea.
The pitch was fine and the private toilet/shower cabin.
Unfortunately there was constant road noise during the day with the occasional train passing. Perhaps this was due to the close proximity of our particular pitch to the front of the site.

I stayed for five nights the trees and flowers are beautiful. I particularly like the fact that you get your own private shower and toilet which was spotless. The pool is lovely. I’ve decided to return next week for a few more days.

The dish wash water for our original site was cold.
Layout and size were good.
Our pitch flooded the weather was bad but our pitch was pitted and water gathered all around our site 2- 3cms. It was very muddy and unpleasant. We were accommodated by the owner to move to better site of our choice and were happy there.

I must come back again and enjoy Ametza and Hendaye properly. People were really nice to me and to my dogs.

Toilet block too far from pitch and difficult with family as shower and toilet in separate blocks, not an ideal situation as keys required to access toilets. Should be more communal toilets availabe instead.

Some of the sporting facilities could do with a little sprucing up. Probably helpful if the beach shuttle service ran later into the evening. All the evening entertainments ended up being aimed at young kids.

Good size pitches, friendly staff, good restaurant, great facilities and good bus service near site for visiting local attractions. For the more energetic convenient cycle tracks are available for sight seeing. Great local beach not far from site.

Very clean, large pitches, excellent facilities. Bar restaurant food was very good. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
Very large, own water supply, we had a personal key to our own shower and toilet, although still in the main block. If I had known when booking there are some pitches with bathrooms on your pitch.
Slightly wet ground as it is grass and mud but it had rained.

Very convenient campsite to travel around the area by public transport. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating especially when we arrived early. Had nice meals at the on-site restaurant .
The water in the bathroom could have been hotter.
