We hadden een mooie nieuwe caravan, alleen was het uitzicht niet zoals het voorgeschreven was ( betonplaten voor de veranda). De camping is zeer netjes en zee dichtbij. We zijn alleen eerlijk vertrokken i.v.m. het hele hete weer, maar daar kan de camping niks aan doen.
Mooie nieuwe caravan en de bedden lagen prima.

A good location for beach, shopping and restaurants and near enough to visit other interesting towns within one to one and half hours of driving.
Loved this pitch and would choose again. It was perfect, definitely recommend.

Campsite team excelled in all areas. Reception could sort anything ( we had car problems needing a garage, the dogs need a vet - all sorted ), gardener kept grounds immaculate ( and our dogs happy ). Restaurant/bar is a bonus and worth visiting. Mixture of pitches sunny or shady to suit, very peaceful site. .Local supermarket 5 minutes walk, dog friendly beach 10 minutes walk. Will always revisit if in the area.
Stayed on large pitch with electric, water ,etc . Good mix of sun and shade particularly useful with 2 dogs and large car ( too keep cool ). Space for awning/table /chairs and storing bikes with bike carrier.
Site slightly out of La Tranche, but can be accessed by foot or bike.Site as close to Faute sur Mer but their beach is NOT dog friendly.

The site is a nice sized one and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a choice of pitches and were very happy with ours (number 28). Lots of space between us and our neighbours and we didn’t need ramps to level up our MH. There are excellent cycle tracks and paths all over the area, fantastic for what we like to do!

We have been going to la grande vallee for many years its a family run site samuel and virginie are fabulous hosts ams always welcoming. Quiet immaculate site...

Seeing the owner constantly working to keep the site clean - unlike many campsites The restaurant was excellent - food was great and we had the best Gin & Tonics we had in France in five months!

Site was very well kept and toilets were extremely clean bar and food was excellent , pitch was very large and accommodated our motorhome nicely. Beach was 15 minutes away and a little shop 5 minutes from the park.

We had a large corner pitch. Nice and flat and big enough.
A caravan from the site next door was right behind us and their windows overlooked us. We had to park in a certain way to reach the electric point (20 meter hook up).

Would have liked to chose the pitch size, the pitch was not big enough for our outfit. Took a few attempts to get position to suit the pitch size.

Lovely wide pitches and lovely setting- staff are wonderful and u persuading- the moules evening is a real treat
In England we would luv loo seats - but it's fine really

Ruime plaatsen.Veel bomen en planten op de camping. Goede voorzieningen. Kleinschalig en rustig. Leuke speeltuin en tafeltennistafels. Geen zwembad. Vlakbij is er een mooi natuurreservaat.
Reserveren kost 17 euro. Dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Veel te duur. Douchewater niet warm.

Choice of pitch sizes and location eg sunny or shade. Very quiet overall - barely hear a pin drop. Only noise from adjoining campsites. !

Lovely quiet site away from the more commercial areas, with a nice restaurant and bar. Good sized pitches and the service block was always clean. Good location for cycle routes from the site and only 700m from a sandy beach. Lovely helpful staff.
Maybe free WiFi and separate toilets for men and women.
Good sized sunny pitch next to our friends.
Not very private though. Some hedges need to grow between pitches.

The camping reception was easy, the young Lady at the office made it fast, very friendly and competent. Our place was very clean and large enough. The sanitary was close and also very clean. The beach is also very close
