Great campsite deep in the Dordogne has everything you need to make a great holiday

We enjoyed our stay, clean modern toilet facilities, thought the draft beer a bit over priced, staff very helpful,
Canoe & Kayak rental, even thou we enjoyed it 19k, to finally arrive ot our destination we were told we had to wait 2hrs for bus, this needs to be addressed Never had this before with a canoe rental, we had to pay for a taxi in the end, thanks for the campsite reception for ordering one for us.We would not use that canoe company again, Popeye!!

Love this place so much😍 the river, the site etc are amazing, the upgraded toilet/shower blocks was a welcomed improvement and are beautiful. Jonathan & Graziella are very helpful & friendly and always welcome any feedback to help improve things further ☺️
Could be good to have a few more options at Le Snack 😉

The campsite is great The owners are so helpful and kind and they're dog Tokyo is adorable. Perfect quiet getaway with direct river access.

Being our 13th year at this campsite, it never disappoints, the stays gets better and better, the improvements to the main shower block are amazing!
Would benefit with a few more toilets, with the improvements to the main shower block some toilets were removed and there was sometimes a queue for them in the mornings which was sometimes not ideal. I spoke with Jonathan before we left and he was happy to receive the feedback and will take my comments onboard as further improvements to the other two blocks are planned for this coming winter.
By the river is the place to be and we enjoyed the view immensely.

Un camping bien situé avec un accès a la riviere vraiment superbe . Petit camping familial où on se sent bien accueillis. Un camping fait pour les enfants ! Beaucoup animations et d'espace
Pas de wifi dans les mobilhomes , les jeux pour les petits enfants devrait etre renouvelé.
La terrasse etait spacieuse . La literie etait de bonne qualité.
Il manque d'équipements. Il faut louer le ventilateur, l'accès a la télé je trouve dommage de ne pas le mettre dans le prix de la location du mobilhome.

Très bon séjour avec des sanitaires propres. Un accueil agréable et un bon restaurant. Diverses activités proposées tous les jours.

Bruit (campeur parlant fort ou rigolant fort) à plus de 23h30 gênant pour les enfants qui sont déjà couchés.

Nous avons tout aimé l'acceil le calme la piscine la dordogne la restauration le soir etc...
la tranquillité , la fraicheur que la dordogne ramène la nuit .
ce n'ai pas que sa ne nous a pas plus mais une place pour la voiture a coté du mobilhome.

Nous avions un emplacement au bord de la Dordogne, sous les arbres, c'était super, camping calme la nuit, juste une connexion avec la nature! Super accueil, disponibilité du personnel et à l'écoute, belle rencontre avec d'autres vacanciers, convivialité au rdv. Animaux acceptés, et ca cest un point important pour notre belle tervueren 😊 Nous renouvellerons dans ce lieu.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d'une semaine au camping La rivière : emplacement tente à l'ombre d'un arbre, commodités régulièrement nettoyées et propre, accès à plusieurs attractions à proximité (canoë, grottes, Rocamadour, etc.)
Température de la douche fluctuante (alternance chaud et froid).
Bon emplacement à l'ombre d'un chêne, ce qui est appréciable en période estivale.

Camping très agréable, beaucoup d’arbre donc de l’ombre quasiment partout dans le camping ce qui est très bien par forte chaleur. Piscine, aire de jeux, terrain de pétanque, mini golf, tables de ping-pong,...
Rien qui ne me vient en tête
Mobile home très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut, situé a l’ombre donc pas de chaleur insupportable. Emplacement assez grand pour stationner la voiture et laisser de la place aux enfants pour jouer. Les mobile home ne sont pas entassés les uns sur les autres ce qui est très bien.
