In general, it was a nice stay. The atmosphere was good, and the reception staff were helpful. The security staff outside the campsite were also friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, with a good combination of activities for both children and adults.
Small pitch.
The bathroom and toilet were better than expected.
The pitch was too small for us. We provided the dimensions of our caravan and awning when we booked. We were moved to another pitch with our own toilet and bathroom at a higher price, which we accepted. However, the pitch was still too small. Our caravan was only a few centimetres from the hedge, and we couldn’t fully extend the awning without it reaching into the hedge opposite us. We had to park the caravan in the middle of the pitch, leaving a lot of unusable space behind it and very little space for our car. This was not acceptable, especially as we had provided the dimensions in advance

The pool was too small for the amount of people too crowded. It was not English friendly at all. The reception team spoke good English and a few members of staff, but most were a bit annoyed that I didn't speak French. They weren't very welcoming particularly as nothing was in English, even down to the welcome meeting which was ALL in french. All of the entertainment, games etc wwre jn french with no attempt to provide for other cultures or languages. Really frustrating that you cant buy a drink to have by the pool or eat anything at all as well. Food was very poor onsite.
Deck was good size if table wasn't so big
Would not have slept 4 people. Was very small. It was just me and my son in the end but was meant to be three of us, would have been very cramped for 3 and no idea where a 4th person would have slept. Tiny bedroom no storage space and massive table oversized for deck space. Wasn't very clean when arrived either. Pillows all lumpy and uncomfortable also not told to bring a car cover had bird poo daily on my car all over it. Would have been good to have been told to bring something to protect the car

Steps up to higher level seating are very dangerous when slippy . My sister slipped on them and got badly injured as you are not allowed to wear shoes

Pitch was not in great location . My sisters who travelled with had much better locations . Also few ants in mobile but not too bad

We had a lovely family holiday, we enjoyed the pool and sports areas very much.
Extend the pool opening hours.
Small second bedroom but the rest of the mobile home was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows had plastic covers, so weren’t the most comfortable.
The plastic covered bedding wasn’t very comfortable.

What a perfect holiday. The site was great, theming excellent and plenty to do. The accommodation was clean and had everything we need. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un séjour très bien et surtout calme dans votre camping et ce qu'on recherche ainsi que les activités excellentes
Il faudrait que les électroménager correspondent aux photos de réservation parce que le frigo trop petit pour nous deux et avoir un miroir qu'on se voit entièrement pas que dans la salle de bain concernant la piscine des personnes qui viennent avec des shorts et le caleçon en dessous pas top surtout c'est bien précisé short de bain et le carrelage très glissant à l'entrée de la piscine moi je suis tombé

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Man kann auf dem Campingplatz und auch drum herum viele tolle Sachen machen. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Auf der Anlage findet man alles was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht Ein Traum für Kinder. Wir waren in einem Mobilehome. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön fand ich das viele grün auf der Anlage/zwischen den Mobilehomes.
Ich persönlich würde es besser finden wenn die Shops bis vielleicht 21 Uhr offen gehabt hätten. Immer wenn ich erst Zeit fand zum flanieren war alles schon zu 😅

Wir waren als Familie mit Hund bei euch Urlaub machen und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Es war alles wunderschön und auch das weniger los war in der Nebensaison haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich Bund zuvorkommend und die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Wir hatten eine kaputte Spülmaschine die nicht repariert werden konnte.
Schönes Mobilheim, sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Bequeme Betten und auch der Wirbelpool war klasse
Einen Kescher für blatter im Whirlpool hat gefehlt.
