In general, it was a nice stay. The atmosphere was good, and the reception staff were helpful. The security staff outside the campsite were also friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, with a good combination of activities for both children and adults.
Small pitch.
The bathroom and toilet were better than expected.
The pitch was too small for us. We provided the dimensions of our caravan and awning when we booked. We were moved to another pitch with our own toilet and bathroom at a higher price, which we accepted. However, the pitch was still too small. Our caravan was only a few centimetres from the hedge, and we couldn’t fully extend the awning without it reaching into the hedge opposite us. We had to park the caravan in the middle of the pitch, leaving a lot of unusable space behind it and very little space for our car. This was not acceptable, especially as we had provided the dimensions in advance

The pool was too small for the amount of people too crowded. It was not English friendly at all. The reception team spoke good English and a few members of staff, but most were a bit annoyed that I didn't speak French. They weren't very welcoming particularly as nothing was in English, even down to the welcome meeting which was ALL in french. All of the entertainment, games etc wwre jn french with no attempt to provide for other cultures or languages. Really frustrating that you cant buy a drink to have by the pool or eat anything at all as well. Food was very poor onsite.
Deck was good size if table wasn't so big
Would not have slept 4 people. Was very small. It was just me and my son in the end but was meant to be three of us, would have been very cramped for 3 and no idea where a 4th person would have slept. Tiny bedroom no storage space and massive table oversized for deck space. Wasn't very clean when arrived either. Pillows all lumpy and uncomfortable also not told to bring a car cover had bird poo daily on my car all over it. Would have been good to have been told to bring something to protect the car

Steps up to higher level seating are very dangerous when slippy . My sister slipped on them and got badly injured as you are not allowed to wear shoes

Pitch was not in great location . My sisters who travelled with had much better locations . Also few ants in mobile but not too bad

We had a lovely family holiday, we enjoyed the pool and sports areas very much.
Extend the pool opening hours.
Small second bedroom but the rest of the mobile home was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows had plastic covers, so weren’t the most comfortable.
The plastic covered bedding wasn’t very comfortable.

What a perfect holiday. The site was great, theming excellent and plenty to do. The accommodation was clean and had everything we need. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Maybe a wider range of activities for kids out of the school holidays

Vielfalt bei den Essensmöglichkeiten.
Groß, viel Stauraum, schöne Terrasse und Whirlpool, Lage direkt im Wäldchen.
Platz für die Liegen etwas knapp.

Table et banc extérieur vraiment sale, obligé de les nettoyer à l'eau et vinaigre blanc à la brosse, ménage plusque léger à notre arrivée mais après réclamation vous avez été reactifs

Très bien situé par rapport à la mer et proximité avec Espagne, de plus trés belle région
Des détails dans Mobil-home : tablette de la douche rouillée et fixation des toilettes à revoir était en bascule, pour un 5***** rédhibitoire.
Nous avons adoré le SPA, draps serviettes très bien, par contre avant nous avions une petite boîte de bienvenue avec éponge, petits produits de 1ère nécessité : éponge, produits vaiselle, sol et lave vaisselle, cette année rien.

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans un bungalow avec Jacuzzi, juste avant la fermeture du camping, le personnel a été très sympas et a l’écoute
Les moustiques très agressif, mais le camping n’y peut rien

Pas de traitement alternatif au chlore pour le jacuzzi pour les personnes allergiques Pas de moustiquaire aux fenêtres pour éviter de les avoir avec nous la nuit

Le cadre de vie la deco du camping la végétation le jacuzzi privatif la terrasse du mobil home bien couverte les petits cadeaux de bienvenue l’accès à la plage le bar restaurant les infrastructures pour les enfants et les adolescents les nombreuses activités et soirées Les chiens acceptés même dans des mobil home récents
Les horaires d’ouverture des différents services notamment en septembre c’est un peu limité Les allées un peu étroites quand voiture et piétons se croisent La signalisation pour trouver son emplacement
La taille le spa la terrasse la disposition même si les mobil home sont rapprochés il y a très peu de vis à vis les lits fait à l’arrivée les deux salles de bain la climatisation allumée avant notre arrivée
Quelques odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain Quelques toiles d’araignées Manque un peu de couverts mais peu etre a cause de la fin de saison
