Rural location near river Seine and on small lake (this was very busy as it was a public holiday) Near towns of Jumieges and Duclair for shops, food, bars etc Lovely cycling around the Seine using the BAC ferries. Friendly reception staff who spoke good English Able to order fresh bread and croissants for breakfast Facilities block small for how busy site likely to be in peak season - OK while we were there. Laundry room with washing machine at good price for wash.
An extra shower in the facilities block would be good No proper drain for motorhome waste water - difficult to park over small roadside drain.

Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Warum belegt man bei geringer Auslastung nicht nur die vorderen Plätze in der Nähe der Rezeption? So könnte man das hintere Sanitärgebäude schließen, müsste die hinteren Plätze nicht pflegen und würde Personal sparen, von dem man offensichtlich nicht genug hat.

Das Gras auf dem Stellplatz war nicht gemäht, die Hecken wucherten. Der Platz war sehr uneben und als Wohnmobil-Platz eigentlich nicht geeignet. Trotzdem hat man uns und anderen Wohnmobilen diese Plätze zugewiesen, obwohl rund um die Rezeption genug geeignete Plätze frei wären. Die Sanitäranlagen waren schmutzig und wurden während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr ungepflegt.

There were lots of things to do here. The site was good with excellent facilities. The toilets were clean and lots of hot water for showers.
Water and electric points did very close.

We had arrived a little late but the reception accommodated us very easily. Pitch was a great size and the site was peaceful, area was lovely and would be good to explore.
If anything I would say a little more division between us and our neighbours would have been appreciated but it didn’t spoil our night there.
We were 4 adults, 1dog, 4m bell tent and a car for 1 night. The pitch was really a great size to have our car next to us too. The campsite was a great size and walks were handy with the dog. Quiet time after 11am was appreciated. Showers and toilets were clean as was the washing area. The site had 2 big sanitary units with separate men’s and ladies, both were adequate as there was no queuing. Good size playground that we could see and the views were spectacular. We will visit this site again and stay longer.
There was a couple of males that were hanging around and asked my husband about restaurants, one asking and another behind my husband. It was intimidating and we felt uneasy so we had to get our boys to be accompanied to the shower block. I did however see security around which gave me peace of mind. Now this is not a fault of the site but perhaps with its location and the other attraction next door the security could be seen around the site more or have a contact number in various locations around the site.

We struggled with traffic on way to the site but were able to communicate easily with the reception. They left clear instructions for us, as we arrived after the reception had closed. The site was beautiful, clean and the lake views at sunset were lovely. The facilities were as described and clean. We used the web site recommendation to go and get a takeaway at the pizzeria in the nearest village and that was fab too. We also appreciated the clear guidance on the website about travelling with a caravan to the site via bridge, not ferry, as the sat nav would have taken us the wrong way.

Location and surroundings were lively. Facilities were clean and in a good condition.
There were limited showers for the number of pitches.

It didn't appear to have been mown for a while, quite long and thistles growing, not ideal to sit out.

We didn’t use activities as only a stop over but a great place for families. Playground area fabulous and beach and water activities looked fun too. Everywhere spotless and bins all over.

Good choice of leisure facilities
Allocated pitch was noisy, adjacent to sanitary block. Although it was a large pitch, the ground was very dusty and not much grass.

Bonjour, Les déplacements au niveau du sanitaire peuvent générer un peu de bruit, mais nous passons règulièrement au moment des douches et en journée et nous ne trouvons pas que le bruit soit excessif. Concernant le sol nous sommes en été avec peu de pluie donc l'herbe est moins verte qu'en hiver. Ecologiquement parlant nous n'arroserons pas nos emplacements pour qu'ils restent bien verts. Site needed tidying ie, hedges grass, could do with a play park for 7 years up as park there was for toddlers, then site hedges were being tidied, 2 days solid strimming and hedge trimming noises.

Generally ok but not much for a 7 year old to do unless you paid for activities next door and when having paid for bouncy castle was told not old enough to use one of them.

What a lovely campsite. All facilities were spotlessly clean, nice hit showers & the staff in reception and around the site are very friendly. The little beach, a short walk from the site is beautiful with crystal clear water.
Electricity never tripped. The pitch had its own tap for walk and a drain a big pitch with plenty of space.

Update facilities and stock shop more as it's not near any other shops.
2nd pitch we moved to was much better and quiet which was nice.
Didn't like the 1st pitch. Too crowded and noisy but reception allowed us to choose another pitch without any issue.
Bonjour, nous ne comprenons pas votrenotation. Vous dites que l'accueil et le personnel est sympathique et vous notez 6/10??? Concernant l'épicerie elle est ouverte en Juillet et Août, donc à cette époque il est normal de ne pas avoir beaucoup de produits. Le 1er magasin est à 4 kms ce que ne me parait pas très éloigné. Nous vous avons permis de changer d'emplacement à votre convenance, je ne vois pas ce que nous aurions pu faire de plus...

Bonjour, Concernant l'électricité il s'agissait d'une coupure générale du réseau EDF sur la région nous ne pouvons pas rien faire pour ça. Concernant la restauration, notre site internet stipule bien que tout est ouvert en Juillet/Août. Merci
