Nice welcome on arrival and check in, we had a great 10amp electric and water tap pitch close to river with nice views. Large flat pitches and we were away from most of other camper vans so nice and private Town and cycle paths great to explore on bike and foot and a walk upto the chateau Very good facilities on site and pool was open for us to swim

Cleanliness, size of pitch. The facilities and location.

Change the red gravel to better hardstanding where it is used. Improve the showers by increasing the dressing area in the cubicle and the cubicle doors opening outwards.

We stopped for 3 nights here after a month away touring France. Perfect stop for a ferry crossing only 1.5 hr drive away. Les Angeleys is a lovely medivial town to visit along the Siene river. Close to an english speaking vets for those with dogs. The site is open all October ( and not all are!). The site was lovely with full facilities, although cafe closed in October.

The hot water was less than luke warm every day. Washing dishes and shower was a challenge!

The warm welcome, the large pitches, the beautiful views, the short walk into a beautiful medieval village, the restaurant /bar. The spotlessly clean facilities with soap and toilet paper.

We would love the shower water to be hotter. It is barely warm. Everything else is perfect.

Tidy well-kept site. Clean toilets and showers. Toilet seats. Toilet roll. Hand wash in sanitaires. Hair dryer. Excellent swimming pool open in late season. Plenty water points. Activities in peak season. Bar, restaurant and entertainment throughout.

Bar and restaurant closed 27 September. Disappointed - we arrived the day it closed. Acsi said it was open till the 30th.

Good sized pitches, excellent facilities and a good position.

The showers in the block nearest reception were too hot.

Booked a standard pitch to begin with. When we decided to extend our stay, we moved to a riverside pitch.

An extra chemical toilet point mid site would be beneficial. More information on checking in on for example where to get bread on a morning would be helpful. A “it’s three minutes down on the riverside” with a wave of hands was not helpful. One receptionist was very helpful, the other was not so welcoming even though I always tried to speak French to her (I know my grammar isn’t the best).

This is our 4th stay the pitches are spacious (some with shade) the facilities are clean and we like to eat at 'The Place' simple food done very well.

Stayed many times. Nice site, lovely facilities. Excellent bar/snack bar. Stunning location.

Our stay, on this occasion, was spoilt by inconsistent, or no hot water in the showers, whilst hot water to washing-up sinks was scalding.

Calm, clean site

Very disappointed that we couldn’t order baguettes and croissants for the next day. We were told that it was the end of season- which didn’t make sense.

Better signage on recycling in all languages would help the environmentally and campers to recycle responsible. I work in recycling very important for planet and costs . Bigger menu would help . But fine as it is . Rgs Andy

Lovely overnight stopover and a good start to the holiday

What a beautiful place only did a night stop to break up the journey home but will be back for longer

Showers a bit dated and push button was hopeless!

For more than twenty years we’ve been returning — not every year, but often enough — and for one simple reason: it's an oasis of calm and truly our happy place. Everyone here is professional, welcoming and genuinely kind, which makes every stay a pleasure. The site is immaculate and beautifully laid out, with stunning views of the river and up to the castle ruins. The onsite restaurant overlooks that same gorgeous panorama and serves excellent food and wines — a perfect spot to end the day. Thank you Thibault, Alexandrine, Maria and all the staff who make this place so special.

The site was more than we expected, it was our first time staying at the site and the region. The town Les Anderlys is very old town with some interesting viewing the river Seine also runs very close to the camp site. Some occasionally more up down stream of the camp site . I would definitely visit again , Rouen is about an hrs drive which is also worth visiting . The camp site restaurant is worth a visit hot food and occasional music. We have a dog , the site is dog friendly , there’s a number of different options for all types of holiday accommodation.

Stayed here for the last three years, two weeks in June and two weeks in September. The mobile homes are always beautifully clean. Lots of space between them. . Already booked for next year.
