The cleanliness of the campsite from the moment you entered. Beautiful pool and spotless sanitary facilities. Lovely to have been offered information about the area also. Steps from a lovely sandy beach. Only stayed for one night as a stop before heading home, but will definitely be back.
Hard to think of any. This is a very well organised campsite.
Privacy as the hedging is substantial on all sides. Great to have electricity, water and waste disposal on the pitch.

We have hired a cabin for the last 2 years. It is always perfect on arrival. Little extras such as washing up liquid, new washing up sponge and toilet roll for the first couple of days just in case you have forgotten to pack them, and of course the bottle of local Cider in the fridge is most welcome on the first hot evening

We have holidayed at le grand large for the past 22 years. As always the staff feel like family. The site is super clean. 2 lovely pools. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. This is a really brilliant traditional family holiday site. 5 stars. A massive thank you to all the staff at camping le grand large for making my holiday special.

Arrived having only booked night before. Lovely site, friendly staff, great pitch near the sea with clean spacious facilities, plenty of showers and hot water.. well kept surroundings with no litter and water on each pitch (that I could see). CAMC member but didn’t know this when I booked. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful location, literally next to the beach surrounded by countryside. Very clean facilities. And decent sized shower & toilet block. Cheap Fresh Bread & pastries

Everything about this site is amazing, very clean, great staff, very polite and helpful, our second visit to this site and will definitely return 😊

The staff, from reception at check in to staff at the bar were excellent very friendly. Toilet and shower blocks were kept clean. The food in the snack bar is very good and the music entertainment was fantastic. You are right on the fantastic beach, All in all we had a wonderful stay at this campsite and would recommend it.

We came back after 7 years because of lock down, we have been coming here for about 20 years and will be coming back again. We celebrated our daughter’s 21 birthday.
There is nothing that we would change about any of our stays.
We were on a camping pitch and it was lovely clean and a really great size

This was our 5th stay. 3 times in a tent and twice in a camper van. Good sized plots, fairly level and with water & electricity.

A first class, family run, campsite. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a couple of playgrounds and a bouncy castle. There is direct access to a fabulous 2km beach. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is excellent and the bar area serves snacks. The whole site is very tidy. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
The cottages are large and all have decking. So no problem eating inside or outside.
