Château Camping La Grange Fort

Pool was lovely beautiful site but hedges make it difficult to park a large van or caravan

Train your staff to be more courteous, improve the food offering. Cold coffee and raw croissants for breakfast - unacceptable! It wasn’t busy yes everything at breakfast/ brunch. Brunch good value but very odd.

This our third visit over the years and hope that it won't be our last. It has a unique character, a friendly and helpful owner, a choice of spacious and private pitches, a good swimming pool and very good value for money.

Unfortunately the Bistro had to close due to staff problems while we were there and it is 5 miles to Issoire where we had to go to eat.

Lovely chateau with excellent facilities for a stopover on the way to Spain.

the region are very nice, the chateau gives the campsite a plus... I would like to come back, but cant because toilets are very bad... need no cleaning.

No soap. not always toiletpaper.. it migth be standard on French campsites.. but it´s bad... didnt look like there was a scheduled cleaning everyday.

We use this site as an overnight stop but it is worthy of a longer stay to explore the beautiful countryside around.

De camping staat op een mooi terrein met een kasteel en een prima zwembad. Het zwemwater is wel aan de koude kant, zelfs onze kinderen waren flink aan het bibberen als ze uit het water kwamen terwijl het 31 graden was. De omgeving is zeer mooi en er zijn leuke uitstapjes in de nabije omgeving.

Hier en daar zie je dat er achterstallig onderhoud is en dat het een beetje vervallen is en het personeel is vriendelijk maar niet warm. Ik voelde me niet meteen welkom en had het idee dat ik af en toe stoorde. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding mag echt wel beter, vervallen is prima maar dan moet de prijs daar ook naar zijn.

Enorm mooie camping qua ligging en uitstraling. Goede plekken en hier en daar mooi uitzicht over het dal. Mooi zwembad en bij een heel mooi chateau. Aardige beheerder.

Ik heb de titel niet voor niets gekozen. Veel werd aan het toeval overgelaten, wat resulteerde in niet schone toiletten, wc papier niet aangevuld, makkelijk als het gaat om uitleg waar je wat kunt vinden. Drankjes (bier, fris) werd niet meer aangevuld in de bar omdat het eind van het seizoen er aankomt. Onduidelijk of de op de camping gelegen bistro open zou zijn. Aardige beheerder, maar mag meer aandacht geven aan hygiëne op de camping en duidelijker de bezoekers wegwijs maken op de camping bij aankomst.

Een camping met verrassend prachtig kasteel, overzichtelijk zwembad en gelegen aan een heerlijke rivier waar je in kan zwemmen. Leuke rondleiding door de gastheer van het kasteel, en voldoende sportieve activiteiten in de omgeving.

De stacaravan kan wel klein onderhoud gebruiken. ( denk aan hendel van een raam/horen, gammele buitentafel)

Het was net zo als de website heeft beschreven een hele belevenis heel mooi kasteel alles geweldig

Het sanitair is verouderd als je in de ruimte binnen en de bestaande douches nieuwe sanitair aanlegd is het perfect

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au camping La Grange Fort. Le camping est situé autour d un magnifique château. Très belle piscine, bonnes infrastructures et personnel accueillant. Nous reviendrons!

Remettre le trampoline en fonction. Nettoyage des WC plus fréquent, du savon pour les mains au lavabo des WC.
