The swimming pool
I think you should keep to their policy of quiet after 23.00. We had a pitch right by the bar and our stay was spoiled by late noise. We would not use this site again. I also think it’s under staffed

Your seasonal staff are very easy to talk with the gentleman who try’s to sort out problems is not.
Nice pitch but the parking of chalet cars should be advised about parking their cars away from Motorhome access to the pitches. Cutting back the hedges would mean we would not scratch our motor homes getting on and off the pitches. Mid morning you cannot find the owner of the car blocking your exit.
The electric hook is not safe and the gentleman who came to look did not understand, abrupt and stressed, he needs customer training. My hook up on 157 was wired with live and neutral reversed and the breaker kept tripping. I had now power for 4 days until the neighbour moved and I used his power socket. The man was abrupt on his visit told me it was my problem. I didn’t complain again as he was uncomfortable to speak with. On leaving I reported it to reception we had no power for four days and the abrupt gentleman walked past and again said it was my problem, please fix that breaker and him.

Having our own shower/kitchen on the pitch was great,unfortunately where we were was very shaded,Shop could have been bigger and the resturant was very average . Overall if we didn't need the shop/ resturant it's a great campsite.

Our pitch was too small to enter without scratching the sides on the hedges. Suggest the hedge is cut back

Lovely friendly helpful staff, who chose our pitch with size of our UK caravan in mind. Great facilities Inc bar and restaurant again with friendly staff.
Chemical disposal point could be checked and cleaned a little more frequently, caused by inconsiderate campers, not site.
Easy to access using motor movers and near entrance when leaving.
Slightly small pitch, had to park car partially on the roadway.

Our accommodation met our requirements. The site staff were helpful and always smiling. The site has improved since our last visit 8 years ago.

We enjoyed our stay at Les Ilates the only down side was when we were out on pitch 141 it was very disappointing and being booked in advance we would expect a better pitch the shower area was quite bad also the outside area needed cutting

A nice quiet position, ideal for exploring the il de re. Good facilities and very nicely presented site. Would definitely recommend.

We’ll laid out accommodation, nice big bed in main bedroom, and more than adequate shower room. We liked the large terrace and that cars were not parked directly outside..

Loix is a little off the beaten track in Ile de Re - but the campsite is perfect for those wanting a wind down - easy cycling access to Ars and St Martin - great campsite, very friendly and accommodating staff, good pool and the artisan village is a great asset.

La sortie des vélo quand on sort du camping monter sur le tretoire est dangereux, et changer plus souvent le peluve de la piscine.
