Not much to say bad about the site. We had a nice stay about from
Dogs barking all the time. It would have been nice if someone would have spoken to the owners

Staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything and the pitches were nice and shaded.
Not the campsites fault but there were just so many flies so bring lots of repellent.

Would have been perfect if it was a little bit flatter but it was fine.

Very stylish accommodation, sublime experience having breakfast delivered, taking breakfast on the decking with stunning views of the Pyrenean mountains. Especially enjoyed the giant bath.

It's also great to know that you appreciated the beautiful mountain view. Having rubbish bins at the exit of the campsite is the only solusution to respect 100 m distance from pitches and avoid the noize of the trash collectors early in the morning. We're also happy that you found the accommodation spacious with fairly level grass. Sorry about the thunderstorm – unfortunately, we can't control the weather! Reception owner was very pleasant spoke English and many other languages (Amazing) very informative bus stop a short walk straight into Lourdes centre and the Santaries (Grotto) campsite was very clean very peaceful ordered bread and croissant every morning to reception would highly recommend this site to tour Lourdes or as an overnight stop over if you are travelling on route to Spain
It had rained a lot so ground was very boggy but this is beyond the site owners control I’m sure they are sick and tired of the rain also.

Liked the old style buildings with a little modern twist, bathroom facilities were very nice.

Great location - short walk into Lourdes and all that offers. Tidy, well-organised site, good facmilities - clean and well-equipped. Nice restaurant, good atmosphere and reasonale food. Reception staff very helpful. Will be abck!
Limited waste facilities - you have a 2 minute wlk off-sie to deposit rubbish. Grey waste are awkward to access, black waste a bit basic - but both adequate.
EHU accessible, on grass but no mud or other problems. Reasonablke spacing between pitches (motorhome).

It is laid out beautifully. Wonderful pool. Great restaurant on site. Variety of food and themed evenings. Activities offered at the pool too and for children. The people who run the campsite are very friendly and always around, very helpful

Beautiful location with amazing views. Excellent facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. When our taxi failed to turn up, and we were waiting in the pouring rain,they kindly drove us into Lourdes.
Well cared for grassy pitch.
There had been lots of rain and the pitch became waterlogged. It was impossible to reverse out due to wheelspin. Fortunately, there was no one on the adjacent pitch so I was able to roll the van out forwards using g the natural gradient. Given that the type of weather we experienced for most of the week is not unusual, gravel pitches would be better.

We really enjoyed being the campsite. Everything was organised well and working perfectly for us. Thank you for the proper holiday :-)
Nothing.
It was great with a proper bed and all equipments and space, especially after long walk in mountains, everything was comfortable. We use the facilities only in between us, but the size was perfect. I was glad we booked Quadro, rather than Coco Duo. A rabbit and a Cat Goûter we’re always around there and they made us smile a lot. We miss the cat especially! She came to see us every morning and evening, stayed on the chair outside every afternoon. Please give her cuddles from us! Thank you Goûter??
Some insects bitten my legs quite a lot also lots of flies came in the room in evenings, apart from that, everything was totally fine!
